As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment includes a vehicle body 1 provided with a push rod, and a roof 11 is provided on the vehicle body 1 and located directly above the vehicle body 1. The temperature controller 24, the relay 26 and the fin dry-burning heating pipe 22 are sequentially connected, the temperature controller 24 is further connected with the controller 25, and the relay 26 is connected with an external power supply. In this embodiment, each temperature controller 24 is provided with a set of preset temperature ranges (the temperature ranges may correspond to the heat preservation process or the grilling process in the roasting cylinder 2), the temperature controller 24 is used for monitoring the set temperature ranges, the controller 25 is used for selecting a switch of the temperature controller 24, specifically, the thermocouple 23 monitors the temperature in the roasting cavity 20 and transmits data to the temperature controller 24 in real time, when the monitored temperature reaches the maximum temperature set by the temperature controller 24, the temperature controller 24 transmits a signal to the relay 26, the relay 26 cuts off the power supply, and the fin dry-burning heating tube 22 stops supplying heat; when the monitored temperature reaches the lowest temperature set by the temperature controller 24, the temperature controller 24 transmits a signal to the relay 26, the relay 26 outputs a power supply, and the fin dry-fire heating pipe 22 restarts heating. In each of the present embodiments, the number of the cylinder grooves 12 is 2.
In this embodiment, a protective iron sheet 27 is further disposed outside the baking cylinder 2, and the protective iron sheet 27 covers the baking cylinder 2 to protect the baking cylinder 2. The lower part of the baking cavity 20 is provided with a baking tube fixing seat 36, the baking tube fixing seat 36 is positioned below the fin dry-burning heating tube 22 and is fixed with the bottom of the baking cylinder 2, the bottom of the telescopic baking tube 31 is inserted into the baking tube to be fixed, and the baking tube fixing seat 36 is used as a positioning fulcrum at the lower part of the telescopic baking tube 31 to help the telescopic baking tube 31 with a certain length to keep a vertical position, so that the stability of the telescopic baking tube 31 in working is further improved.
