s3, selecting various external members of the intelligent fitness equipment by the user through an app program to combine and match, namely simulating a fitness mode of the specific fitness equipment and setting fitness intensity, wherein the intelligent fitness equipment works according to the simulated fitness mode and intensity selected by the user, so that the user can perform fitness activities through an immersive fitness scene constructed by the portable comprehensive intelligent fitness equipment and the external audio and video equipment;
s4, the intelligent fitness equipment acquires real-time motion data of a user through the data acquisition sensing module and transmits the real-time motion data to the app program of the mobile terminal through the wireless communication module, and meanwhile, the user can synchronously control the external audio and video equipment to output video and audio signals through the app program of the mobile terminal, so that the immersive interactive fitness of the fitness equipment and the audio and video scenes is realized;

A portable integrated intelligent interactive fitness system implementing the method of claim 1, comprising: the portable comprehensive intelligent fitness equipment comprises a portable comprehensive intelligent fitness equipment, at least one mobile terminal and external audio and video equipment;
the portable comprehensive intelligent fitness equipment comprises a complete set of components, and a data acquisition sensing module and a wireless communication module which are arranged in the complete set of components, wherein the complete set of components are used for mutually matching and simulating various fitness equipment and matching with a mobile terminal and external audio and video equipment to construct various immersive fitness scenes for a user;
the mobile terminal is internally provided with an app program, and the app program is internally provided with a user fitness information file management module, an AI algorithm correction module and an audio and video synchronous control module;
the data acquisition sensing module comprises a face recognition unit, a fingerprint recognition unit and a motion data sensing unit and is used for carrying out face recognition or fingerprint recognition;
the face recognition unit, the fingerprint recognition unit and the motion data sensing unit are arranged on the portable comprehensive intelligent fitness equipment, the face recognition unit and the fingerprint recognition unit are used for acquiring identity information of a user and generating a corresponding user ID serial number, and the motion data sensing unit is used for acquiring real-time motion data of the user;

the AI algorithm correction module is used for giving reference data according to the real-time motion data of the motion state of the user and correcting the user in real time;
the audio and video synchronization control module is used for controlling external audio and video equipment;
the wireless communication module is used for establishing and maintaining wireless communication connection with the app program and sending the user ID serial number and the real-time motion data acquired by the data acquisition and sensing module.

The portable integrated intelligent interactive fitness system of claim 2, wherein: the complete set of components of the portable comprehensive intelligent fitness equipment comprises a gravity bottom plate, an elastic band, a horizontal bar and a wrist strap, wherein a through hole is formed in the gravity bottom plate, a fixing ring is hinged to the through hole, one end of the elastic band is buckled on the fixing ring through a buckle ring, and the wrist strap and the horizontal bar are buckled at the other end of the elastic band through the buckle ring.

8. The portable integrated intelligent interactive fitness system of claim 1, wherein: the external audio and video equipment is any one of a tablet personal computer, a large-screen display screen with a projection function and a smart phone.
