In view of the above problems, the following solutions exist in the prior art: (1) clicking more information pages entering the group chat in the group chat, clicking to search the chat records to enter a classification page, continuously clicking the group members to search the members in the group, sliding up and down to search a designated message sender, and clicking the designated message sender to enter a chat record page only containing the person; (2) and clicking multiple people to enter more pages, clicking to search the chat records to enter a search page, and searching the session information of the specified message sender.
However, this scheme (1) has the following disadvantages: 1) the operation path is too long, the user needs to click for at least 5 times to enter a new page respectively for information investigation, and the efficiency is low; 2) the user can not check the conversation of the appointed message sender in real-time chat, and can only enter a personal chat record page for checking, so that the timeliness is low; 3) only single-person session information is supported to be checked, and multi-person session information cannot be checked at the same time; this scheme (2) has the following disadvantages: 1) key information needs to be typed for inquiry, the conversation information is often too complicated, and the user needs to remember the key information difficultly; 2) the search results are classified by keywords, and more other people's information related to the keywords can appear, so that information interference is caused; 3) the browsing entrance is deep, and the user needs to operate for multiple times to enter the search interface, so that new messages are missed.
In view of the above problems, no effective solution has been proposed.
