Background
Engineering often requires the determination of a plane, such as a road, a yard, a square, a dock surface, an airport, etc., in a port, which involves engineering measures, an application discipline. The system is a subject directly serving national economic construction and national defense construction, is closely combined with production practice, and is the most active branch subject in mapping. With the conversion from the traditional mapping technology to the digital mapping technology, the development trend and direction of the engineering measurement technology are automation, real-time and digitization of measurement data acquisition and processing; the scientization, standardization and normalization of measurement data management. The laser swinger can instantly establish a large-range plane, vertical plane and inclined reference plane to provide a reference plane or line for construction, building and decoration. Therefore, a sweep level instrument is needed, the sweep level instrument is a rotary emission type laser level instrument, and a horizontal plane is swept in civil engineering, building engineering and interior decoration engineering: the laser swinger projects a visible laser beam, and is matched with a laser swinger receiver consisting of two receiving diodes and a display, wherein the receiving diodes receive laser, and the display displays the position of a light spot. Meanwhile, the position of the light spot is adjusted through a buzzer with variable tone. The infrared leveling instrument is matched with an infrared receiver, so that one person can operate quickly, if the optical leveling instrument and the staff gauge are used for operation, at least two persons are required to operate the infrared leveling instrument, and the working efficiency is very high. However, when the laser swinger used in the current engineering construction is used for engineering measurement, the following steps of aiming and reading the instruments one by one in a one-to-one centering way, rough leveling way and fine leveling way, wherein the rough leveling way and the fine leveling way are more critical steps in the whole measurement process, both the two steps in the prior art are time-consuming, and the process is more complicated.
In the existing measuring method, a tripod is erected and adjusted in a relatively flat measuring field (such as in a foundation pit and on a floor terrace) and then roughly leveled, so that the using environment of the instrument is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
One object of the present invention is to provide a support for a sweep leveling instrument, which can be fixed along with the actual thickness of a workpiece during the process of splicing, hoisting and the like of tower drum segments, so as to prevent the instrument from shaking and ensure that the sweep leveling instrument can be adjusted in levelness, so that the sweep leveling instrument can be in a continuous and stable working state for balance detection.
According to a first aspect of the invention, there is provided a levelling support for a level indicating instrument, comprising:
base, clamping device, sweep spirit level connecting piece and rings connecting piece, the base is "U" type, the adjustable setting of clamping device is in the base both sides, sweep spirit level connecting piece with rings connecting piece all sets up on the bearing plane of base.
Optionally, for the leveling support of the swinger, the base includes the bearing plane and two support frames, the support frames are arranged at two ends of the bearing plane, and each support frame is provided with a first fixing hole.
Optionally, for the leveling support of the swinger, the clamping device includes a universal foot plate, a butterfly nut and a first fixing nut, a bolt of the universal foot plate passes through one of the first fixing holes, the butterfly nut and the first fixing nut realize fastening of the bolt at two ends of the support frame, the disk part of the universal foot plate is arranged on the inner side of the inverted U shape, and the butterfly nut is arranged on the inner side of the inverted U shape.
Optionally, for the leveling support of the swinger, the inner side of one end of the support frame, which is far away from the bearing plane, gradually draws close and merges towards the outer side.
Optionally, for the leveling support of the leveling instrument, the bearing plane is provided with a second fixing hole, the connecting piece of the leveling instrument includes a second fixing bolt, the second fixing bolt penetrates through the second fixing hole, and the leveling instrument is arranged on the bearing plane and fixed with the second fixing bolt.
Optionally, the leveling support of the swinger further comprises a buffer member arranged below the bearing plane.
Optionally, for the leveling support of the swinger, the buffer comprises rubber or wood.
Optionally, for the leveling support of the leveling instrument, a third fixing hole is formed in the bearing plane, and the buffer member is fixed by a fixing bolt through the third fixing hole.
According to a second aspect of the invention, a measuring method is provided, which comprises the step of using the leveling support of the swinger to arrange on a workpiece to be measured for measurement.
Optionally, for the sweeping method, the workpiece comprises a tower.

Its advantages include at least:
1. the utility model is simple, portable, flexible, and portable, and can be used according to local conditions;
2. the stable acting point and the fixed point in the surveying and mapping process are ensured;
3. the levelness before use is ensured to facilitate the leveling test before use;
4. and the reliable connection between the instrument and the construction platform/tower barrel is ensured.

A more detailed description of a floor-levelling support and measuring method according to the invention will now be given in conjunction with the schematic drawings in which a preferred embodiment of the invention is shown, it being understood that a person skilled in the art may modify the invention described herein while still achieving the advantageous effects of the invention. Accordingly, the following description should be construed as broadly as possible to those skilled in the art and not as limiting the invention.
The invention is described in more detail in the following paragraphs by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and from the claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.
In the description that follows, it will be understood that when a layer (or film), region, pattern, or structure is referred to as being "on" a structure, layer (or film), region, and/or pattern, it can be directly on another layer or structure, and/or intervening layers may also be present. In addition, it will be understood that when a layer is referred to as being "under" another layer, it can be directly under the other layer, and/or one or more intervening layers may also be present. The inventor finds in long-term production practice that in the existing surveying and mapping method, when the tower drum ring pieces are spliced and hoisted, a tripod cannot be assumed according to the environment where the tower drum is located, and balance detection cannot be performed on the tower drum ring pieces with different thicknesses. The high-precision laser swinger is high in equipment cost, complex in related manufacturing technology and high in maintenance cost, and in the process of splicing rings and hoisting the tower drum, due to factors such as a construction site or weather, the laser swinger does not have a stable acting point and a fixed point, so that normal work cannot be realized.
Thus, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic side view of a leveling pedestal of a swinger according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a leveling support of a swinger in an embodiment of the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a leveling support of a swinger, which comprises:
base 1, clamping device, sweep spirit level connecting piece 9 and rings connecting piece 8, the base is "U" type down, the adjustable setting of clamping device is in the base both sides, sweep the spirit level connecting piece with rings connecting piece all sets up on the bearing plane of base.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the base includes the bearing plane and two supporting frames 2, the supporting frames 2 are disposed at two ends of the bearing plane, and each supporting frame is provided with a first fixing hole.
Referring to fig. 1, the clamping device includes a universal foot plate 6, a wing nut 7 and a first fixing nut 5, a bolt of the universal foot plate 6 passes through one of the first fixing holes, the wing nut 7 and the first fixing nut 5 fasten the bolt at two ends of the support frame 2, the disk portion of the universal foot plate 6 is disposed on the inner side of the inverted "U" shape, and the wing nut 7 is disposed on the inner side of the inverted "U" shape.
Therefore, the position of the universal foot disc 6 can be adjusted, the clamping distance can be adjusted according to the actual workpiece condition, and good fixation can be achieved.
In one embodiment, the one support frame 2 is provided with a plurality of clamping devices, for example, as shown in fig. 2, and one support frame 2 is provided with two clamping devices. Further, the number of the holding means may be larger.
Referring to fig. 1, the inner side of one end of the support frame 2 away from the bearing plane gradually draws close to the outside and merges.
Specifically, the longitudinal section of the support frame 2 may be in a shape of a right trapezoid, and the oblique waist is far away from the bearing plane. And the feet of the two support frames 2 are deviated from each other. I.e. as described in fig. 1.
In addition, the inner side of one end of the support frame 2 far away from the bearing plane gradually draws close to the outside and is combined is not limited to straight line transition, and also can be arc transition.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the bearing plane is provided with a second fixing hole, the swinger connector 9 includes a second fixing bolt, the second fixing bolt passes through the second fixing hole, and a swinger (not shown) is arranged on the bearing plane and fixed with the second fixing bolt.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the leveling support of the swinger further includes a buffer 4 disposed below the bearing plane.
In one embodiment, the buffer 4 comprises rubber or wood.
The buffer piece 4 can better realize the direct contact between the bearing plane and the workpiece, can buffer vibration, reduce the shaking of the swinger, and prevent the displacement and even the falling.
Referring to fig. 2, a third fixing hole 11 is formed in the bearing plane, and the buffer 4 is fixed by a fixing bolt through the third fixing hole 11.
In the invention, the hanging ring fixing piece 8 on the bearing plane is connected with the construction platform or the tower ring fixing embedded piece by using a rope, thereby ensuring the stable acting point and the fixed point in the working engineering.
Correspondingly, the invention provides a measuring method which comprises the step of arranging the leveling support of the swinger on a workpiece to be measured for measurement.
In one embodiment, the workpiece comprises a tower.
When the invention is used, the second fixing bolt of the connecting piece 9 of the sweep level instrument can firstly pass through the second fixing hole, and then the sweep level instrument is arranged on the bearing plane and fixed with the second fixing bolt. For example, the swinger may be a laser swinger. And the hoisting ring fixing piece 8 is connected with a tower barrel construction platform or a tower ring.
Then, the tower ring is placed on the tower cylinder ring piece, the butterfly nut is adjusted according to the thickness of the tower ring, and the tower ring is clamped into the inverted U-shaped base and is kept between the universal foot plates. And then finely adjusting the leveling instrument to carry out leveling test before use.
A reserved space in the leveling support of the leveling instrument is used for fastening and rotating the support and the leveling instrument. The buffer piece in the support is used as a buffer zone between the plane scanner and the workpiece, so that the workpiece is prevented from being in direct contact with the support. Therefore, the shaking of the instrument caused by wind power is reduced, the sliding of the swinger is avoided, and the measuring instrument is protected from being damaged in the working process.
In summary, the leveling support for the swinger provided by the invention comprises: base, clamping device, sweep spirit level connecting piece and rings connecting piece, the base is "U" type, the adjustable setting of clamping device is in the base both sides, sweep spirit level connecting piece with rings connecting piece all sets up on the bearing plane of base. Its advantages include at least:
1. the utility model is simple, portable, flexible, and portable, and can be used according to local conditions;
2. the stable acting point and the fixed point in the surveying and mapping process are ensured;
3. the levelness before use is ensured to facilitate the leveling test before use;
