Fig. 3 and 4 respectively show a specific structural schematic diagram of the insert, in the present invention, the insert is a hollow structure, and the end surface of the insert facing the non-decorative surface of the decorative plate is provided with a hole, that is, the insert embedded in the decorative plate is a hollow annular structure or a columnar structure with a counter bore formed at one end, so as to ensure that the decorative plate can realize dry hanging connection through the insert.
In a specific embodiment, the top of the inner insert is provided with a through connecting hole or a through clamping groove with a certain depth, the central axis direction of the connecting hole is consistent with the mounting direction of the decorative plate, and the decorative plate is mounted and connected in a dry hanging mode through the connecting hole. In order to facilitate installation and processing, the top and the bottom of the side wall of the inner insert can be symmetrically provided with through connecting holes or clamping grooves and other connecting structures, so that the decorative plates can be connected in two directions only by paying attention to the fact that the positions of the connecting holes or the clamping grooves are not inclined no matter when the inner insert is installed or the decorative plates are hung on the hanging piece in the follow-up process, the situation that the direction of the decorative plates is reversed due to the installation direction of the inner insert is not needed to be worried about, and the installation efficiency is greatly.

opening a hole: drilling a plurality of counter bores with preset depths on a non-decorative surface of the decorative plate at preset intervals, in rows or columns or in a matrix form, wherein the depth of each counter bore is required to be less than the thickness of the decorative plate and is more than or equal to the thickness of the embedded piece;
gluing: coating adhesives on the bottom and the inner wall of each counter bore;
embedding: the embedded piece is sequentially embedded into the counter bore according to the preset direction, the extending direction of the connecting hole or the clamping groove of the embedded piece is consistent with the mounting direction of the decorative plate, and meanwhile, the end face of the embedded piece is parallel and level to or lower than the surface of the non-decorative face of the decorative plate.
When the decorative board produced by the production method is used for decorating a wall surface, the on-site anhydrous construction can be realized, the on-site stirring of gypsum bonding powder is not needed, the positioning of an auxiliary bracket is also not needed after the installation, the waiting for the solidification of bonding mortar is also not needed, and the construction period is greatly shortened. When the dry-hanging installation is carried out, the hanging piece is fixed on the corresponding wall surface position only according to the arrangement interval and the position of the counter bores, and then the decorative plate is hung on the hanging piece through the inner embedded piece. The decorative plate produced by the production method can be replaced with decorative plates with different decorative surfaces according to requirements so as to achieve different decorative effects, and the detached decorative plate can be reused, so that the decorative plate is green, energy-saving and environment-friendly.
