本发明公开了一种便捷式光伏瓦安装框架,包括底板、支撑块、垂直挡板;所述底板上设有多个放置光伏瓦片组件的支撑杆,底板一侧上端面设有垂直挡板;所述的底板通过垂直挡板与相邻的底板呈阶梯式相连;本发明安装方便,结构简单,利用支撑块与底板形成的通道有利于光伏瓦散热,同时具有防火、阻水等性能。

本发明涉及一种光伏瓦,特别涉及一种便捷式光伏瓦安装框架。
背景技术
随着人们对居住环境舒适度的要求日益增高,建筑上的能耗也日益增长。传统能源获得方式受到越来越多限制的时候,如何采用经济、环保、可靠的新能源降低建筑能耗受到越来越多的关注。太阳能光伏发电瓦片的出现完美的解决了这一问题。将太阳能光伏发电瓦片直接铺设在建筑屋顶上,形成光伏屋顶发电系统,将太阳能转换为电能用于建筑自供电,而多余的电能还能并入当地电网,将一个传统的耗能建筑转变为节能甚至负能耗功能建筑。光伏瓦作为建筑的一部分,很多性能要求是必不可少的,比如发电、防火、防水、机械性能以及光伏瓦的散热性能等,但现有的技术中,往往只能满足单一性能,并没有全面考虑光伏瓦的安装性能而不能得到实际的应用。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供一种可防火、防水、机械性能高、结构简单的便捷式光伏瓦安装框架。
技术方案:一种便捷式光伏瓦安装框架包括底板、支撑块、垂直挡板;所述底板上设有多个放置光伏瓦片组件的支撑块,底板一侧上端面设有垂直挡板;所述的底板与屋顶横梁固定连接。
进一步的,所述支撑块可为条状、点状、块状;所述的条状包括横向支撑条及纵向支撑条或其中的一种。
进一步的,所述的底板下端面一侧设有卡块,垂直挡板上端面设有凹槽,所述的底板下端面卡块与垂直挡板上端面凹槽契合,底板通过垂直挡板与相邻底板呈阶梯式相连。
进一步的,所述的垂直挡板上设有散热孔,可防止雨水倒灌及散热。
进一步的,所述的光伏瓦组件通过卡扣或夹具与底板相连。所述的卡扣通过固定销与底板相连。
进一步的,所述的底板通过挂钩或钉子与屋顶横梁相连。
进一步的,所述的底板为防火板材。
工作原理:将光伏瓦组件直接放置于底板上的支撑块上,使用底板上的卡扣或夹具将光伏瓦组件固定,底板上还设有垂直挡板,底板通过垂直挡板与相邻的底板呈阶梯式相连。安装框架通过底板与屋顶横梁固定连接。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下显著效果:本发明采用防火底板上设有支撑块的方式以提高光伏瓦的防火和机械性能,同时框架上有散热孔以及支撑块和底板之间留有空气通道,可达到散热的效果。使用卡扣式的安装方式,便于光伏瓦的安装和更换,极大的节省了人力成本和安装时间。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,本发明包括多个底板5、支撑块、垂直挡板11;底板5上设有多个放置光伏瓦片组件6的横向支撑条4及纵向支撑条3,光伏瓦组件6通过卡扣9与底板5相连,卡扣9通过固定销7与底板5相连。底板5一侧上端面设有垂直挡板11,另一侧下端面设有卡块8-1,垂直挡板11上端面设有凹槽8-2,通过设置的垂直挡板11上端面的凹槽8-2和底板5另一侧下端面的卡块8-1可以对相邻两块底板5进行卡接,使得相邻底板5之间呈阶梯式相连。屋顶横梁2与纵梁1固定连接,安装框架通过底板5固定于屋顶横梁2上。
如图2所示,安装时,将光伏瓦组件6放置于支撑块上,支撑块与底板5之间形成空气通道,底板5为防火板材,不仅方便光伏瓦组件散热,还可起到防火作用。光伏瓦组件6四周卡位与卡扣9位置一一对应,扳动卡扣9以固定光伏瓦组件6,垂直挡板11上设有散热孔12,可进一步对光伏瓦组件6散热,同时可防止雨水倒灌。

1.一种便捷式光伏瓦安装框架,其特征在于:包括底板(5)、支撑块、垂直挡板(11);所述底板(5)上设有多个放置光伏瓦片组件(6)的支撑块,底板(5)一侧上端面设有垂直挡板(11);所述的底板(5)与屋顶横梁(2)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便捷式光伏瓦安装框架,其特征在于:所述支撑块可为条状、点状、块状;所述的条状包括横向支撑条(4)及纵向支撑条(5)或其中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便捷式光伏瓦安装框架,其特征在于:所述的底板(5)另一侧下端面设有卡块(8—1)。
