The main body of the bearing type square cabin 1 is formed by an aluminum alloy structure and comprises a manganese steel underframe, and the manganese steel underframe is fixedly connected with the vehicle main body, so that the bearing type square cabin 1 can be tightly fixed at the rear part of the vehicle main body; a maintenance equipment cabin is arranged at the front part of the bearing type square cabin 1, namely one side close to the cockpit, and is configured to store maintenance equipment, specifically, the maintenance equipment cabin comprises an equipment frame 6 made of aluminum alloy, the equipment frame 6 is configured to fix the maintenance equipment, and a first lighting device is arranged at one side of the maintenance equipment cabin; as shown in fig. 4, a service door 5 is provided at the other side of the service equipment compartment, wherein the first illumination device is configured to be able to function as illumination when the service door 5 is opened for service.
As shown in fig. 5, an L-shaped wing door 7 is provided at the rear of the carrying shelter 1, the L-shaped wing door 7 comprises an end portion, a first portion 8 and a second portion 9, wherein the L-shaped wing door 7 is connected with the main body of the carrying shelter 1 through the end portion and can rotate around the end portion to open or close the L-shaped wing door, specifically, the first portion 8 of the L-shaped wing door is used as the top of the carrying shelter 1, and the second portion 9 of the L-shaped wing door is used as the rear of the carrying shelter 1; a wing door lock is arranged on the carrying shelter 1, and the wing door lock is configured to lock the L-shaped wing door 7 on the carrying shelter 1 to prevent the wing door from being opened; further, a hydraulic drive device 10 is provided inside the carrying shelter 1, the hydraulic drive device 10 being configured to drive the opening and closing of the L-shaped wing door 7. It should be noted that the hydraulic driving device 10 may be a hydraulic cylinder or other mechanism driven by hydraulic pressure.
In addition, a second lighting device is provided in the upper inside of the carrying shelter 1, the second lighting device being configured to illuminate when the L-shaped flap door 7 is opened, so as to provide illumination during the movement of the interception net system 4 to a designated position by the hydraulic loading and unloading system 2.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 to 10, in order to move the intercepting net system 4 to a specified position and adjust it to a specified posture by the hydraulic handling system 2, the hydraulic handling system 2 includes a translation mechanism 11, a turnover mechanism 12 and a lifting mechanism 13, wherein the translation mechanism 11, the turnover mechanism 12 and the lifting mechanism 13 are connected in sequence, the translation mechanism 11 is connected with the bottom of the carrying-type shelter 1, and the lifting mechanism 12 is connected with the intercepting net system 4; as shown in fig. 6, the translation mechanism 11 is configured to horizontally move the turning mechanism 12 and the lifting mechanism 13 to a predetermined position outside the carrier shelter 1 in synchronization with the interception net system 4, as shown in fig. 7, the turning mechanism 12 is configured to turn the lifting mechanism 13 in synchronization with the interception net system 4, and as shown in fig. 8, the lifting mechanism 13 is configured to vertically move the interception net system 4 to a predetermined position. In this way, the interception net system 4 can be automatically loaded on the vehicle body or unloaded on the ground by the combined action of the translation mechanism 11, the turnover mechanism 12 and the lifting mechanism 13, and thus, the automatic loading and unloading of the interception net system 4 is realized.
The screen system 4 includes a main body frame 14, a screen 15, a hinge and a locking device, wherein the main body frame 14 is a foldable mechanism, and the screen 15 is mounted on the main body frame 14 and can be folded or unfolded in accordance with the state of the main body frame 14
Thus, as shown in figures 9 and 10, the interception net system 4 can be unfolded from the folded state to form a larger area of the interception net after being unloaded on the ground; as another preference, a connection is provided between the lifting mechanism 13 of the hydraulic handling system 2 and the body frame 14 of the interception net system 4, by means of which connection the interception net system 4 can be deployed obliquely after deployment, e.g. the maximum deployable width forms an interception net with a width of not less than 20 m, a height in the vertical state of 2.5 m and a height in the inclined state of 2.2 m. In addition, in order to facilitate maintenance of the interception net system 4, as shown in fig. 12, the connection portion may be configured to detachably connect the interception net system 4 and the hydraulic handling system 2, for example, by engaging with each other, and the interception net system 4 and the hydraulic handling system 2 may be separated and then independently blocked for isolation.
When the hydraulic folding barrier is used, the hydraulic folding barrier can be operated through the following steps:
1. starting an engine of the vehicle to enable a power takeoff to be sucked, and controlling the leg part 3 to extend out and be supported on the ground through the hydraulic loading and unloading system 2;
2. the L-shaped wing door 7 is rotated around the end part thereof by opening the wing door lock, so that the L-shaped wing door 7 is opened on the bearing type shelter 1;
3. the intercepting net system 4 is integrally moved towards the rear part, overturned and moved up and down through the hydraulic loading and unloading system 2, so that the intercepting net system 4 is arranged in a falling mode;
4. unlocking the interception net system;
5. controlling the expansion of the body framework 14 in the interception net system 4;
6. the control connection causes the interception net system 4 to be arranged obliquely;
7. and controlling the connecting part to separate the intercepting net system 4 from the bearing type shelter 1, disconnecting the power takeoff, extinguishing the vehicle engine and finishing obstacle setting.
