In the scheme, the motor is hung on the peripheral wall of the outer barrel, and the direction of the mounting column extends towards the front part of the outer barrel, so that the motor can be independently assembled and disassembled without assembling and disassembling the whole washing machine, and the maintenance and the installation of the motor are convenient.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment describes a wall-mounted washing machine, which includes an outer tub 1 directly mounted on a wall, an inner tub rotatably fitted in the outer tub 1, and a rotary plate 3, wherein the rotary plate 3 is disposed at the rear side of the outer tub 1 and connected to a rotary shaft of the inner tub; the output shaft of the motor 4 is in transmission connection with the rotary table 3 through a transmission belt 6; a mounting structure 5 configured for removably attaching the motor 4 to an end of the outer tub 1 adjacent the wall.
The invention directly assembles the outer cylinder 1 on the wall, saves an assembly structure between the outer cylinder 1 and the wall, does not have a back panel, reduces the production and transportation cost of the washing machine, simplifies the assembly steps of the washing machine, reduces the assembly difficulty of the washing machine, and reduces the workload of installers.
Example four
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that at least one hanging lug 2 protruding outward in the radial direction is arranged on the wall of the outer cylinder 1, and the hanging lug 2 is attached and fixedly connected to the wall.
The outer cylinder 1 is hung on the wall through the hanging lugs 2, and does not need components such as a damper and the like for supporting, so that the number of components on the washing machine is reduced, the production cost and the assembly difficulty of the washing machine are further reduced, the integral size and weight of the washing machine are reduced, the appearance of the washing machine is optimized, and the wall hanging reliability of the washing machine is improved.
Preferably, four corners of the cylinder wall of the outer cylinder 1 are respectively provided with a hanging lug 2, and more preferably, the hanging lugs 2 are arranged on two height surfaces.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment is different from the third and fourth embodiments in that a support member extending toward the outer tube 1 is disposed on the wall, and the support member passes through the hanging lug 2 and is supported by the hanging lug 2.
Preferably, a damping gasket is respectively clamped and fixed between the wall and the hanging lug 2, and between the hanging lug 2 and the nut, so that the noise generated in the working process of the washing machine is reduced.
The hanging lug 2 can be fixedly connected with the wall through a bolt, so that the hanging lug 2 is clamped and fixed on a screw 512 and a screw rod between the bolt and a nut and the wall. Preferably, a damping gasket is clamped and fixed between the wall and the hanging lug 2, and between the hanging lug 2 and the bolt and the nut, so that the noise generated in the working process of the washing machine is reduced.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 1-6, the present embodiment is different from the first to fifth embodiments in that the output shaft of the motor 4 is axially protruded from the rear side of the drum module, so that the output shaft of the motor 4 is in the same plane corresponding to the rotary disk 3.
In the above case, the connection between the output shaft of the motor 4 and the turntable 3 is the easiest to implement, and the occupied space is the smallest.
The motor 4 and the hanging lug 2 are arranged along the peripheral wall of the outer barrel 1 in a staggered mode.
The motor 4 is detachably connected with the outer barrel 1, so that the motor 4 can be conveniently maintained and replaced.
The motor 4 is arranged at the lower side of the outer barrel 1 and is arranged close to the right side of the outer barrel 1.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A wall-mounted washing machine, comprising:
an outer cylinder;
an inner cylinder arranged in the outer cylinder;
the motor for controlling the rotation of the inner cylinder is hung on the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder.
2. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the washing machine further comprises a mounting structure for suspending the motor from a circumferential wall of the outer tub,
preferably, the mounting structure includes:
the positioning fixing part is arranged on the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder;
and the mounting part is matched with the positioning fixing part to fixedly suspend the motor on the peripheral wall of the outer barrel.
3. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mounting structure comprises at least two positioning fixing portions and a mounting portion, and the positioning fixing portions are spaced apart from each other along a circumferential direction of the outer tub,
preferably, the number of the positioning fixing parts is two, and the two positioning fixing parts are respectively a left positioning fixing part and a right positioning fixing part, the left positioning fixing part is positioned at the left lower part of the outer barrel, the right positioning fixing part is positioned at the right lower part of the outer barrel,
more preferably, the left positioning fixing part is higher than the right positioning fixing part.
4. The wall-mounted washing machine according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the positioning fixing part comprises:
the first suspension part is arranged to radially protrude out of the peripheral wall of the outer barrel;
and one end of the mounting column is connected to the first hanging part, and the other end of the mounting column extends to the rear part of the outer barrel along the axial direction of the outer barrel.
5. The wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 4, wherein the positioning fixing portion further comprises a set of ribs connected to the outer circumferential wall surface of the outer tub and the first hanging portion, respectively,
preferably, the reinforcing rib group comprises a plurality of longitudinal reinforcing ribs extending along the axial direction of the outer cylinder, and the longitudinal reinforcing ribs are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the outer cylinder.
6. The wall hanging type washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the mounting part comprises:
the second suspension part extends or protrudes from the surface of different sides or corners of the motor in the radial direction, the second suspension part is provided with a mounting hole for sleeving the mounting column, and preferably, two corners of the motor close to the rear side of the outer cylinder are respectively provided with the second suspension part protruding in the radial direction;
and the screw is connected with the mounting column to fix the motor.
7. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the mounting part further comprises a locking member for locking the coupling of the positioning fixing part and the mounting part,
preferably, the locking piece comprises an expansion pipe, the expansion pipe is sleeved in the mounting hole and sleeved on the mounting column, the connection is expanded and locked in the process of connecting the screw and the mounting column,
more preferably, the locking piece further comprises a flat plate-shaped abutting plate arranged at one end of the expansion pipe, one end face of the abutting plate abuts against the mounting hole, the other end face of the abutting plate abuts against the screw,
still preferably, the expansion pipe and the abutting plate are integrally formed, and the other end of the expansion pipe, which is not connected with the abutting plate, is provided with a limiting bulge for preventing the expansion pipe from being separated from the mounting hole.

the limiting fixing part is arranged on the peripheral wall of the outer barrel;
the limiting installation part is matched with the limiting fixing part to limit and suspend the motor on the peripheral wall of the outer barrel;
preferably, the mounting structure comprises a limit fixing part and a limit mounting part, the limit fixing part is arranged on the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder in front of the positioning fixing part along the axial direction of the outer cylinder,
more preferably, the limit fixing part and the two positioning fixing parts form a triangle.
9. A wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 8,
the limiting fixing part comprises a third hanging part and a fixing column, wherein the third hanging part and the fixing column radially protrude out of the peripheral wall of the outer barrel, one end of the fixing column is connected to the third hanging part, the other end of the fixing column extends towards the rear part of the outer barrel along the axial direction of the outer barrel, preferably, the limiting fixing part further comprises a reinforcing rib group which is respectively connected with the peripheral wall surface of the outer barrel and the third hanging part, more preferably, the reinforcing rib group comprises a plurality of longitudinal reinforcing ribs which extend along the axial direction of the outer barrel, and the longitudinal reinforcing ribs are arranged at intervals along the circumferential;
the limiting installation part comprises a fourth hanging part which radially extends or protrudes from the side part of the motor, a fixing hole for sleeving the fixing column is formed in the fourth hanging part, the fourth hanging part is preferable, the limiting installation part further comprises an expanding tube, and the expanding tube is sleeved in the fixing hole and sleeved on the fixing column.
10. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mounting structure further comprises a stopper portion for stopping against the motor, the stopper portion being provided on the motor and including a stopper abutment plate for mating with the outer tub.
