Detailed Description
It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present invention and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other.
The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a hanging assembly structure 1, which has a simple structure and is convenient to assemble, and meanwhile, can save assembly steps and improve the efficiency of assembling and disassembling the first assembly 2 and the second assembly 3.
It should be noted that the hanging assembly structure 1 provided in this embodiment may be used for equipment that needs to be hung, such as a ceiling machine. The hanging assembly structure 1 provided by the embodiment is used for a ceiling machine, so that the assembly efficiency between the grid and the panel of the ceiling machine can be improved, and the assembly steps can be saved.
Referring to fig. 2, the hanging assembly structure 1 provided in this embodiment includes a first assembly body 2, a second assembly body 3 and a connection assembly 4, wherein the first assembly body 2 is detachably mounted on the second assembly body 3, and the connection assembly 4 includes at least one first connection structure 5 disposed on the same side of the first assembly body 2 and a second connection structure 6 disposed on the second assembly body 3 and matched with the first connection structure 5. When the first assembly body 2 and the second assembly body 3 are in the first matching state, the first connecting structure 5 is detachably arranged on the second connecting structure 6; when the first assembly 2 and the second assembly 3 are in the second assembly, the first connecting structure 5 can be hung from the second connecting structure 6, so that the first assembly 2 is hung from the second assembly 3.
It should be noted that the connection assembly 4 is used to provide different mating manners when the first assembly 2 and the second assembly 3 are in different assembled states, so as to improve the connection efficiency of the first assembly 2 and the second assembly 3. Referring to fig. 9 and 10 in combination, the first mating state between the first assembly 2 and the second assembly 3 refers to a normal use state of the first assembly 2 and the second assembly 3, where the first assembly 2 may be connected and fixed only by the first connection structure 5 and the second connection structure 6, or may be other mating manners, such as clamping, bolting, etc., based on the mating of the first connection structure 5 and the second connection structure 6. When it is necessary to change the mating state between the first fitting body 2 and the second fitting body 3 from the first mating state to the second mating state (e.g., disassembly), the mating manner between the first connecting structure 5 and the second connecting structure 6 is also changed. Since the first connecting structure 5 is located on the same side of the first fitting body 2, and the second connecting structure 6 mated with the first connecting structure 5 is also located on the same side of the second fitting body 3, the first fitting body 2 can be disengaged from the second fitting body 3 by rotating the first connecting structure 5 relative to the second connecting structure 6, and the mated state between the first fitting body and the second fitting body can be changed from the first mated state to the second mated state. At this time, the first connecting structure 5 and the second connecting structure 6 still cooperate, and the first connecting structure 5 can be hung on the second connecting structure 6, so that the first assembly 2 and the second assembly 3 are kept connected at the connection position of the first connecting structure 5 and the second connecting structure 6, and the first assembly 2 and the second assembly 3 can be overhauled and replaced on the basis of keeping one side connected. The first assembly body 2 does not need to be taken down, so that on one hand, the operation steps are saved, the disassembly and assembly efficiency is improved, on the other hand, the space for accommodating the disassembled first assembly body 2 is not needed, the disassembly and assembly difficulty and the disassembly and assembly requirements are reduced, and the damage caused by improper placement of the first assembly body 2 after disassembly is reduced.
That is, there are at least two ways of mating between the first connection structure 5 and the second connection structure 6: the first connection structure 5 enhances the connection between the first fitting body 2 and the second fitting body 3 when the first fitting body 2 is fitted with the second fitting body 3; when the first assembly body 2 and the second assembly body 3 are released from being assembled, the first connecting structure 5 can enable the first assembly body 2 to be hung on the second assembly body 3 in a mode of being connected with the second connecting structure 6, so that the first assembly body 2 does not need to be completely disassembled, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
In the present embodiment, the installation space 7 further has a bottom wall 17, and the first side wall 8 and the second side wall 9 are provided on both sides of the bottom wall 17, respectively.
In this embodiment, the first connection structure 5 is a hook structure, the second connection structure 6 is a card seat structure matched with the hook structure, and the hook structure is detachably connected with the card seat structure.
That is, the first assembly 2 and the second assembly 3 are realized by means of the hook structure and the clamping seat structure without completely removing the first assembly 2, so that the disassembly and assembly operation between the first assembly 2 and the second assembly 3 is performed, the operation steps are saved, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
When the first assembly body 2 and the second assembly body 3 are assembled, the hook structure arranged on the first assembly body 2 is clamped into the clamping seat structure of the second assembly body 3, and the first assembly body 2 and the second assembly body 3 can be firmly fixed in other connection modes in a supplementary mode through limiting and fixing the clamping hook structure and the clamping seat structure. When the first assembly body 2 needs to be disassembled, the first assembly body 2 provided with the hook structure rotates relative to the clamping seat structure, the connection mode between the hook structure and the clamping seat structure is converted, and under the action of the hook structure and the clamping seat structure, the first assembly body 2 is hung, the first assembly body 2 does not need to be completely disassembled, and the disassembly and assembly of parts are realized.
Referring to fig. 3 to 8, in the present embodiment, the card seat structure is provided with a mounting space 7, the mounting space 7 has a first side wall 8 and a second side wall 9 opposite to each other, and the second side wall 9 is disposed close to the second assembly 3. The hook structure comprises a connecting part 10 and a hook part 11, wherein the hook part 11 is arranged on the first assembly body 2 through the connecting part 10. In the first engagement state, the hook portion 11 engages with the bottom wall 17 of the installation space 7; in the second mating state, the hook portion 11 and the connecting portion 10 hang from the first side wall 8.
Alternatively, both end portions of the hooking portion 11 are respectively provided on the two connection portions 10. Further, a cavity is provided between the hooking portion 11 and the first fitting body 2, and a side wall of the cavity is used for being matched with the first side wall 8 to hang the first fitting body 2.
The hook 11 has a holding surface 12 and a limiting surface 13. When the first assembly body 2 and the second assembly body 3 are in the first matching state, the hook part 11 is positioned in the installation space 7, and the abutting surface 12 abuts against the bottom wall 17 of the installation space 7; when the first assembly body 2 and the second assembly body 3 are in the second matching state, the connecting part is hung on the first side wall 8, and the limiting surface 13 is abutted against the inner wall surface of the first side wall 8.
It can be appreciated that the hook structure and the cartridge structure are in the first mating state: the abutting surface 12 abuts against the bottom wall 17 of the installation space 7, so that the first assembly body 2 and the second assembly body 3 are fixed; when the hook structure and the clamping seat structure are transited from the first matching state to the second matching state: the hook structure rotates relative to the clamping seat, so that the connecting part is hung on the first side wall, the limiting surface 13 is propped against the inner wall surface of the first side wall 8, and the first assembly body 2 is hung on the second assembly body 3, so that the first matching state is realized.
The first side wall 8 and the second side wall 9 are disposed opposite to each other, and an inner wall surface of the first side wall 8 is a side surface of the first side wall 8 adjacent to the second side wall 9, and an inner wall surface of the second side wall 9 is a side surface of the second side wall 9 adjacent to the first side wall 8. That is, the inner wall surface of the first side wall 8 and the inner wall surface of the second side wall 9 are both located in the installation space 7. In the process that the assembly relation between the first assembly body 2 and the second assembly body 3 is disassembled by being mutually matched, the hook part 11 rotates in the installation space 7, and then the positions of the abutting surface 12 and the limiting surface 13 are adjusted, so that the abutting relation between the abutting surface 12 and the bottom wall 17 of the installation space 7 is converted into the abutting relation between the limiting surface 13 and the inner wall surface of the first side wall 8, and the first assembly body 2 is hung on the second assembly body 3.
Alternatively, the connection part 10 is L-shaped, and the connection part 10 is provided with an assembly chamfer to make the hook structure smoother during rotation.
In this embodiment, the first connecting structure 5 further includes a spacing rib 14, the spacing rib 14 is disposed on the first assembly body 2, and two end portions of the spacing rib 14 are disposed on the two connecting portions 10 respectively, the above-mentioned cavity is formed between the spacing rib 14 and the supporting surface 12, and the cavity can limit the moving range of the first assembly body 2 in the second matching state, that is, at this time, the wall surfaces of the spacing surface 12 and the spacing rib 14 located in the cavity are respectively limited by the inner and outer wall surfaces of the first side wall 8, so as to reduce the shake of the first assembly body 2 when hanging.
In this embodiment, the hook 11 is provided with a wedge surface 15, two ends of the wedge surface 15 are respectively connected with the abutting surface 12 and the limiting surface 13, and the length of the abutting surface 12 is smaller than that of the limiting surface 13.
It can be understood that the length of the abutting surface 12 is smaller than the length of the limiting surface 13, that is, the mating area between the first connecting structure 5 and the second connecting structure 6 in the first mating state is smaller than the mating area between the first connecting structure 5 and the second connecting structure 6 in the second mating state, so that the mating stability of the first assembly body 2 and the second assembly body 3 in the second mating state is ensured, and the hanging safety of the first assembly body 2 is ensured.
Optionally, the thickness of the first side wall 8 is greater than the thickness of the second side wall 9, so that the first side wall 8 has a stronger supporting capability when the first assembly 2 is hung, and further, the first side wall 8 is prevented from breaking when the first assembly 2 is hung.
In this embodiment, the first side wall 8 is provided with a clamping groove 16 matched with the connecting portion 10, and the connecting portion 10 is partially accommodated in the clamping groove 16 and is clamped with the clamping groove 16. The cooperation of connecting portion 10 and draw-in groove 16 can be convenient for the location between the two, and then improves assembly efficiency.
When the number of the connection portions 10 and the hook portions 11 is plural, the hook portions 11 are located between two adjacent connection portions 10, and both end portions of the hook portions 11 are disposed at the connection portions 10, respectively. That is, the number of the hooking portions 11 is one less than the number of the connecting portions 10.
In this embodiment, the second connection structure 6 further includes a supporting rib 19, the supporting rib 19 is located in the installation space 7, and two ends of the supporting rib 19 are connected to the first side wall 8 and the second side wall 9 respectively.
In this embodiment, the supporting ribs 19 are staggered with the clamping grooves 16.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the first connecting structure 5 is integrally formed with the first fitting body 2, and the second connecting structure 6 is integrally formed with the second fitting body 3.
The beneficial effect of hanging assembly structure 1 that this embodiment provided: the connection assembly 4 is used for providing different matching modes when the first assembly body 2 and the second assembly body 3 are in different assembly states so as to improve the connection efficiency of the first assembly body 2 and the second assembly body 3. When the first assembly body 2 and the second assembly body 3 are in the first matching state, the first connecting structure 5 and the second connecting structure 6 are fixedly connected. When it is necessary to adjust the first fitting body 2 and the second fitting body 3 from the first fitting state to the second fitting state, the fitting manner between the first connection structure 5 and the second connection structure 6 is also changed accordingly. Since the first connecting structure 5 is located on the same side of the first fitting body 2, and the second connecting structure 6 mated with the first connecting structure 5 is also located on the same side of the second fitting body 3, the first fitting body 2 can be disengaged from the second fitting body 3 by rotating the first connecting structure 5 relative to the second connecting structure 6 and the mated state between the first fitting body 2 and the second fitting body 3 can be changed from the first mated state to the second mated state. The hanging assembly structure 1 provided in this embodiment is simple in structure and convenient to assemble, and meanwhile, can save assembly steps and improve the efficiency of assembly and disassembly of the first assembly body 2 and the second assembly body 3.
