Abstract
The invention relates to food-grade lubricating oil applied to a compressor, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 45-75 parts of lubricant base oil, 20-45 parts of polyol ester, 0.5-1.0 part of inhibitor, 0.5-1.0 part of phenolic antioxidant and 10ppm parts of dimethyl silicone oil. When the food-grade lubricating oil is used in an air compressor, the oil quality of the food-grade lubricating oil is kept unchanged under the action of high temperature, and compressed air is pollution-free.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of compressor oil, in particular to food-grade lubricating oil applied to a compressor.
Background
Semisynthetic and fully synthetic lubricating oil for air compressors commonly used at present. The lubricating and cooling functions inside the compressor are realized. The invention provides a new solution to the problems that the oil and air are compressed to form an oil-gas mixture when the air is compressed, a polluted toxic gas is generated to the air, and the synthetic lubricating oil contains toxic additives such as toluene, naphthylamine, tricresyl phosphate and the like, so that the synthetic lubricating oil cannot be used in the fields with high gas quality requirements, such as food, packaging and air compression places.

In view of the problems in the prior art, the present invention is directed to a food-grade lubricant for compressors, which solves the above-mentioned problems.

A food-grade lubricating oil applied to a compressor comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 45-75 parts of lubricant base oil, 20-45 parts of polyol ester, 0.5-1.0 part of inhibitor, 0.5-1.0 part of phenolic antioxidant and 10ppm parts of dimethyl silicone oil.
Preferably, the lubricating base oil is a synthetic base oil.
Preferably, the lubricating base oil is a refined mineral oil.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the inhibitor is octyldiphenylamine.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the inhibitor is butyldiphenylamine.
In any of the above embodiments, it is preferable that the lubricant base oil comprises 65 parts of lubricant base oil, 34 parts of polyol ester, 0.5 part of inhibitor, 0.5 part of phenolic antioxidant and 10ppm parts of simethicone.
In any of the above embodiments, it is preferable that the lubricant base oil comprises 60 parts of lubricant base oil, 39 parts of polyol ester, 0.45 part of inhibitor, 0.45 part of phenolic antioxidant and 10ppm parts of simethicone.
In any of the above embodiments, it is preferable that the lubricant base oil comprises 58 parts of lubricant base oil, 41 parts of polyol ester, 0.45 part of inhibitor, 0.45 part of phenolic antioxidant and 10ppm parts of simethicone.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
when the food-grade lubricating oil is used in an air compressor, the oil quality of the food-grade lubricating oil is kept unchanged under the action of high temperature, and compressed air is pollution-free, so that the food-grade lubricating oil is suitable for fields with high requirement on gas quality, such as food, packaging and places for compressing air. The air compressor device can completely replace water lubrication single screw compressor, dry oil-free screw machine, vortex machine and other types of air compressor devices. The lubricating effect and the heat dissipation capability of the host are effectively guaranteed, and the air environment-friendly effect is achieved.

raw materials: 60 parts of lubricant base oil, 39 parts of polyol ester, 0.45 part of butyl diphenylamine, 0.45 part of phenolic antioxidant and 10ppm parts of dimethyl silicone oil.

raw materials: 58 parts of synthetic base oil, 41 parts of polyol ester, 0.45 part of octyl diphenylamine, 0.45 part of phenolic antioxidant and 10ppm parts of dimethyl silicone oil.
Example 6:
raw materials: 58 parts of refined mineral oil, 41 parts of polyol ester, 0.45 part of butyl diphenylamine, 0.45 part of phenolic antioxidant and 10pp parts of simethicone.

The food-grade lubricating oil applied to the compressor is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 45-75 parts of lubricant base oil, 20-45 parts of polyol ester, 0.5-1.0 part of inhibitor, 0.5-1.0 part of phenolic antioxidant and 10ppm parts of dimethyl silicone oil.

3. A food grade lubricating oil for compressors according to claim 1 wherein: the lubricating base oil is refined mineral oil.
4. A food grade lubricating oil for compressors according to claim 1 wherein: the inhibitor is octyl diphenylamine.
5. A food grade lubricating oil for compressors according to claim 1 wherein: the inhibitor is butyl diphenylamine.
6. A food grade lubricating oil for compressors according to claim 1 wherein: 65 parts of lubricant base oil, 34 parts of polyol ester, 0.5 part of inhibitor, 0.5 part of phenolic antioxidant and 10ppm parts of simethicone.
7. A food grade lubricating oil for compressors according to claim 1 wherein: 60 parts of lubricant base oil, 39 parts of polyol ester, 0.45 part of inhibitor, 0.45 part of phenolic antioxidant and 10ppm parts of simethicone.
8. A food grade lubricating oil for compressors according to claim 1 wherein: 58 parts of lubricant base oil, 41 parts of polyol ester, 0.45 part of inhibitor, 0.45 part of phenolic antioxidant and 10ppm parts of simethicone.
