Abstract
The invention relates to a modified acrylic varnish and a preparation method thereof, wherein the acrylic varnish consists of a main agent, a curing agent and a diluent, and the main agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: curing agent: 1-1.5:0.4-0.5:0.3-0.5 of diluent; the invention also provides a preparation method of the varnish, which comprises the preparation of the main agent and the preparation of the curing agent and the diluent. The modified acrylic varnish disclosed by the invention is prepared by mixing three components, taking acrylic resin as a main film forming substance, and mixing and modifying the acrylic resin, polyurethane and cellulose acetate butyrate, wherein the three components have great complementarity in performance, so that the corrosion resistance and the solvent resistance of the acrylic resin are enhanced, and the brightness of the varnish can be increased. In addition, the water resistance and the adhesion of the varnish can be improved by combining the acrylic resin with the polyurethane curing agent and the diluent.

Technical Field
With the increasing living standard of people, the quality requirement on home decoration is higher and higher. The requirements for the painting of movable parts of woodworkers in decoration, such as the manufacture of bookshelves and wardrobes, and purchased furniture, etc., tend to be perfect. However, the varnishes currently on the market have some drawbacks: poor brightness and adhesion, weak heat resistance and water resistance, and easy shedding and mildewing of the painted surface.

a modified acrylic varnish consists of a main agent, a curing agent and a diluent, wherein the weight parts of the main agent, the curing agent and the diluent are as follows: a main agent: curing agent: 1-1.5:0.4-0.5:0.3-0.5 of diluent; the main agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of acrylic resin, 30-40 parts of polyurethane, 15-25 parts of cellulose acetate butyrate, 0.8-1.5 parts of flatting agent, 1-2 parts of defoaming agent, 5-10 parts of xylene, 5-10 parts of butanol and 5-6 parts of film-forming assistant; the curing agent is prepared by mixing a polyurethane curing agent and dehydrated n-butyl acetate, wherein the polyurethane curing agent accounts for 30-40 parts, and the dehydrated n-butyl acetate accounts for 40-50 parts; the diluent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of ethyl acetate, 10-30 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 20-30 parts of toluene and 10-30 parts of cyclohexanone.
Compared with the prior art, the modified acrylic varnish disclosed by the invention is prepared by mixing three components, taking acrylic resin as a main film forming substance and mixing and modifying polyurethane and cellulose acetate butyrate, and has great complementarity in performance, so that the corrosion resistance and solvent resistance of the acrylic resin are enhanced, and the brightness of the varnish can be increased. In addition, the water resistance and the adhesion of the varnish can be improved by combining the acrylic resin with the polyurethane curing agent and the diluent.
Furthermore, the defoaming agent is a polyether defoaming agent, and the polyether defoaming agent has lasting effect and high defoaming speed.
Further, the leveling agent is polyether modified polymethyl alkyl siloxane solution, polyester modified poly dimethyl siloxane solution containing acrylic acid functional group, acrylate copolymer solution or the mixture thereof.
Further, the film-forming aid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of silane coupling agent KH550, 15-25 parts of dodecyl alcohol ester and 10-15 parts of benzyl alcohol; further, the preparation method of the film-forming additive comprises the steps of mixing the silane coupling agent, the dodecyl alcohol ester and the benzyl alcohol in parts by weight, stirring and reacting for 30-40 minutes, then heating to 60-80 ℃, and continuing to stir and react for 30 minutes to obtain the film-forming additive.

(2) Sequentially adding 50 parts of acrylic resin, 40 parts of polyurethane, 15 parts of cellulose acetate butyrate and 5 parts of a film-forming additive into a clean container meeting the standard, dispersing for 5-7 minutes at the speed of 800 revolutions per minute of 700-;
the preparation method of the curing agent comprises the following steps: 30 parts of polyurethane curing agent and 40 parts of dehydrated n-butyl acetate are mixed and dispersed for 5-10 minutes at the speed of 700-800 rpm until the mixture is uniform.
The preparation method of the diluent comprises the following steps: after 20 parts of ethyl acetate, 30 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 20 parts of toluene and 10 parts of cyclohexanone are mixed, the mixture is dispersed for 4-10 minutes at the speed of 500-600 revolutions per minute until the mixture is uniform.

As can be seen from the comparison, all indexes of the modified acrylic varnish disclosed by the invention are higher than technical indexes in national standards. The varnish disclosed by the invention has good heat resistance, water resistance and adhesion.

the curing agent is prepared by mixing a polyurethane curing agent and dehydrated n-butyl acetate, wherein the polyurethane curing agent accounts for 30-40 parts, and the dehydrated n-butyl acetate accounts for 40-50 parts;
the diluent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of ethyl acetate, 10-30 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 20-30 parts of toluene and 10-30 parts of cyclohexanone.
