Abstract

The plastic outer layer is made of the following raw materials in parts by weight; 60-100 parts of plastic material, 30-50 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer plastic, 20-50 parts of polybutylene terephthalate, 10-30 parts of epoxy fatty acid methyl ester, 30-60 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 20-40 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 15-25 parts of calcium carbonate, 25-45 parts of dispersing lubricant, 10-20 parts of surface auxiliary agent, 15-30 parts of toughening agent and 20-40 parts of anti-aging agent. The invention has the advantages of good oxidation resistance of the plastic outer layer of the mechanical pressing plate, difficult aging, good fire resistance and wear resistance, good safety performance of the prepared mechanical pressing plate and long service life.
Description
Technical Field

A. heating and stirring plastic materials, ethylene propylene diene monomer plastic, polybutylene terephthalate, epoxy fatty acid methyl ester and polyvinyl chloride under vacuum for 2-3h, and uniformly mixing to obtain a product a;
B. adding nano silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, a dispersing lubricant, a surface auxiliary agent, a toughening agent and an anti-aging agent into the product a, heating and stirring for 1-2 hours under vacuum to obtain a product b;
C. and extruding the product b through an extruder, and performing hot press molding to obtain a finished product.

Compared with the prior art, the plastic outer layer passes through the outer side of the press plate of the glue bonder, and has the characteristics of good oxidation resistance, difficult aging, good fire resistance and wear resistance, so that the prepared press plate has good safety performance and long service life.
Experiments prove that:
the inventors carried out the following tests using the 6mm plastic outer layer obtained in the examples and the existing 6mm plastic outer layer for bonding: 1. testing the hardness at 25 ℃; 2. burning for 3 minutes by using open fire; 3. the hardness test was carried out by heating at 80-100 ℃ for 24 hours in an oxygen atmosphere, and the results are shown in the following table:

As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the prior art, the plastic outer layer prepared by the invention has the characteristics of high hardness, good wear resistance, good fire resistance, good oxidation resistance and difficult aging, so the mechanical pressing plate prepared by bonding the plastic outer layer has the characteristics of good safety performance and long service life.
In conclusion, the invention has the beneficial effects that the plastic outer layer of the press plate has good oxidation resistance, is not easy to age, has good fire resistance and wear resistance, and the prepared press plate has good safety performance and long service life.

The processing method of the plastic outer layer comprises the following steps:
A. heating plastic material, ethylene propylene diene monomer plastic, polybutylene terephthalate, epoxy fatty acid methyl ester and polyvinyl chloride to 300 ℃, stirring for 2-3h under vacuum, and uniformly mixing to obtain a product a;
B. adding nano silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, a dispersing lubricant, a surface auxiliary agent, a toughening agent and an anti-aging agent into the product a, heating to 250 ℃, and stirring for 1-2 hours under vacuum to obtain a product b;
C. and (4) extruding the product b through an extruder, wherein the extrusion temperature of the extruder is 300 ℃, and performing hot press molding to obtain a finished product.
Example 2. A machine pressing plate plastic outer layer is made of the following raw materials; 80kg of plastic material, 40kg of ethylene propylene diene monomer plastic, 35kg of polybutylene terephthalate, 15kg of epoxy fatty acid methyl ester, 40kg of polyvinyl chloride, 27kg of nano silicon dioxide, 20kg of calcium carbonate, 30kg of dispersing lubricant, 15kg of surface additive, 21kg of toughening agent and 37kg of anti-aging agent.
The processing method of the plastic outer layer comprises the following steps:
A. heating plastic material, ethylene propylene diene monomer plastic, polybutylene terephthalate, epoxy fatty acid methyl ester and polyvinyl chloride to 350 ℃, stirring for 2-3h under vacuum, and uniformly mixing to obtain a product a;
B. adding nano silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, a dispersing lubricant, a surface auxiliary agent, a toughening agent and an anti-aging agent into the product a, heating to 280 ℃, and stirring for 1-2 hours under vacuum to obtain a product b;
C. and (4) extruding the product b by an extruder, wherein the extrusion temperature of the extruder is 320 ℃, and performing hot press molding to obtain a finished product.
Example 3. A machine pressing plate plastic outer layer is made of the following raw materials; 90kg of plastic material, 37kg of ethylene propylene diene monomer plastic, 42kg of polybutylene terephthalate, 27kg of epoxy fatty acid methyl ester, 55kg of polyvinyl chloride, 33kg of nano silicon dioxide, 23kg of calcium carbonate, 33kg of dispersing lubricant, 17kg of surface additive, 28kg of toughening agent and 36kg of anti-aging agent.
The processing method of the plastic outer layer comprises the following steps:
A. heating plastic material, ethylene propylene diene monomer plastic, polybutylene terephthalate, epoxy fatty acid methyl ester and polyvinyl chloride to 400 ℃, stirring for 2-3h under vacuum, and uniformly mixing to obtain a product a;
B. adding nano silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, a dispersing lubricant, a surface auxiliary agent, a toughening agent and an anti-aging agent into the product a, heating to 300 ℃, and stirring for 1-2 hours under vacuum to obtain a product b;
C. and (4) extruding the product b through an extruder, wherein the extrusion temperature of the extruder is 350 ℃, and performing hot press molding to obtain a finished product.
Example 4. A machine pressing plate plastic outer layer is made of the following raw materials; 80kg of plastic material, 40kg of ethylene propylene diene monomer plastic, 35kg of polybutylene terephthalate, 20kg of epoxy fatty acid methyl ester, 40kg of polyvinyl chloride, 30kg of nano silicon dioxide, 21kg of calcium carbonate, 38kg of dispersing lubricant, 16kg of surface additive, 22kg of toughening agent and 32kg of anti-aging agent.
The processing method of the plastic outer layer comprises the following steps:
A. heating plastic material, ethylene propylene diene monomer plastic, polybutylene terephthalate, epoxy fatty acid methyl ester and polyvinyl chloride to 350 ℃, stirring for 2-3h under vacuum, and uniformly mixing to obtain a product a;
B. adding nano silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, a dispersing lubricant, a surface auxiliary agent, a toughening agent and an anti-aging agent into the product a, heating to 280 ℃, and stirring for 1-2 hours under vacuum to obtain a product b;
C. and (4) extruding the product b through an extruder, wherein the extrusion temperature of the extruder is 330 ℃, and performing hot press molding to obtain a finished product.
Example 5. A machine pressing plate plastic outer layer is made of the following raw materials; 100kg of plastic material, 50kg of ethylene propylene diene monomer plastic, 50kg of polybutylene terephthalate, 30kg of epoxy fatty acid methyl ester, 60kg of polyvinyl chloride, 40kg of nano silicon dioxide, 25kg of calcium carbonate, 45kg of dispersing lubricant, 20kg of surface additive, 30kg of toughening agent and 40kg of anti-aging agent.
The processing method of the plastic outer layer comprises the following steps:
A. heating plastic material, ethylene propylene diene monomer plastic, polybutylene terephthalate, epoxy fatty acid methyl ester and polyvinyl chloride to 400 ℃, stirring for 2-3h under vacuum, and uniformly mixing to obtain a product a;
B. adding nano silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, a dispersing lubricant, a surface auxiliary agent, a toughening agent and an anti-aging agent into the product a, heating to 300 ℃, and stirring for 1-2 hours under vacuum to obtain a product b;
C. and (4) extruding the product b through an extruder, wherein the extrusion temperature of the extruder is 350 ℃, and performing hot press molding to obtain a finished product.
