Description

Temporary storage treatment method for waste sludge of urban sewage treatment plant
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of treatment of waste sludge of urban sewage treatment plants, in particular to a temporary storage method of waste sludge of urban sewage treatment plants.
Background
According to the latest published data of the State statistics office, the total population of China reaches 13.95 hundred million by 2018, the urbanization rate reaches 60 percent, and the urbanization proportion of China reaches more than 70 percent in 2035 years, which is estimated to be close to the urbanization rate of the China.
The increasing population base and urbanization rate of China show that a large number of people are flowing into cities from rural areas, which directly leads to the large surge of the number of water consumption of residents. Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the water consumption per capita is also increased, and in order to adapt to the acceleration of the urbanization process and comply with the current environmental protection requirement and policy, a large number of sewage treatment plants are newly built in the city planning to accept and treat municipal sewage. The production amount of urban sewage is increased year by year, the yield of sludge waste produced by urban sewage treatment plants is increased, and if the sludge waste is not treated in time and is safely disposed, the health of urban residents is seriously threatened.
The sludge treatment method mainly comprises sludge concentration, sludge dehydration, sludge conditioning, aerobic treatment, anaerobic treatment and sludge drying. The main disposal methods of the sludge include sludge composting, sanitary landfill, sludge incineration, sea discharge, land utilization, sludge brick making and the like, but before the sludge is disposed, the water content of the sludge needs to be reduced to below 60%, and the disposal methods such as incineration have higher requirements on the water content of the sludge. However, the water content of the sludge generated by the urban sewage treatment plant is only less than 80% after dehydration, and the requirement of direct disposal cannot be met, meanwhile, the disposal capability of the sludge matched with cities and towns is greatly lagged, and the sludge treatment plant special for cities and towns is difficult to treat the sludge generated by all urban sewage treatment plants and meets the requirement of sanitary and safe disposal, so that a large amount of wet sludge is stored in a refuse landfill or a distributed storage, the risk of secondary pollution is brought to the surrounding environment, and the health of residents is threatened.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a temporary storage and disposal method for waste sludge of a town sewage treatment plant, which ensures that the sludge is stored and reduced safely and environmentally, provides buffer and convenience for subsequent sludge treatment, meets the requirement of environmental protection, can relieve the pressure of the treatment of the waste sludge of the town sewage treatment plant by combining with the new environmental protection technology in recent years, and structures and devices can meet the relevant environmental protection requirement, thereby being beneficial to improving the urban environment.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

b. carrying out outward treatment on the sludge with the water content of less than 60% after sedimentation;
c. collecting supernatant obtained after sedimentation to an upper supernatant pool;
d. the supernatant in the supernatant tank is lifted to a small-sized integrated sewage treatment device through a supernatant reflux pump, and the supernatant is purified and returned to a municipal pipe network or used for watering the surrounding green land;
e. and (4) conveying the residual sludge purified by the small-sized integrated sewage treatment device to a wet sludge field pile, and repeating the steps b, c, d and e.
The preferable scheme of the temporary storage method of the waste sludge of the urban sewage treatment plant is that during the sludge storage period, wet sludge at the lower layer and dry sludge at the upper layer which is contacted with air are discontinuously mixed by a crane grab bucket in a dry sludge storage yard, so that the water content of the dry sludge is further reduced; after the water content of the sludge in the wet sludge storage yard is reduced to 60-70% through self gravity sedimentation, the sludge with the water content of 60-70% is transferred to a dry sludge storage yard through a crane grab bucket for storage sedimentation.
The preferable scheme of the temporary storage method of the waste sludge of the urban sewage treatment plant is that the supernatant tank is arranged between the dry sludge storage yard and the wet sludge storage yard, and a supernatant return standpipe is additionally arranged in the wet sludge storage yard.
The preferable scheme of the temporary storage method of the waste sludge of the urban sewage treatment plant is that the supernatant tank is provided with an online liquid level detector and is interlocked with a supernatant reflux pump, the pump is automatically started when the supernatant reaches a high liquid level, and the pump is stopped when the supernatant reaches a low liquid level.
The preferable scheme of the temporary storage method of the waste sludge of the urban sewage treatment plant is that an inlet and an outlet of the small-sized integrated sewage treatment device are respectively provided with an online turbidity meter, the online turbidity meter at the inlet guides the dosing concentration of the small-sized integrated sewage treatment device, and the online turbidity meter at the outlet judges whether the turbidity degree after sewage treatment reaches the standard or not.
The preferable scheme of the method for temporary storage and disposal of the waste sludge of the urban sewage treatment plant is that the dry sludge storage yard and the wet sludge storage yard adopt a frame factory building form, a set of high-energy particle deodorization devices are intensively arranged near the dry sludge storage yard and the wet sludge storage yard, odor gas online detectors are respectively arranged in the dry sludge storage yard and the wet sludge storage yard, forced ventilation is carried out through an exhaust fan when the concentration reaches 0.8 time of the national standard limit value, and the extracted gas is purified by the high-energy particle deodorization devices and then discharged.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the dry sludge storage yard and the wet sludge storage yard share a grab crane, a ventilation facility, a small-sized integrated sewage treatment device, a supernatant reflux pump and an efflux pump, so that the investment is greatly reduced;
(2) supernatant produced by the sludge is treated by the small-sized integrated sewage treatment device and then can be discharged to a municipal pipe network or used nearby for green land watering, so that the environmental protection requirement is met, and water resources are saved;
(3) forced ventilation systems are arranged in the dry sludge storage yard and the wet sludge storage yard, and the air in the factory building is purified by adopting a high-energy particle deodorization technology, so that the environmental protection requirement is met, and the atmospheric environment is protected.
(4) The equipment is simple to operate and easy to manage.
