The polyurethane foam is used as a biological carrier, has good mechanical strength, is favorable for immobilizing microorganisms such as nitrobacteria, nitrosobacteria, denitrifying bacteria and bacillus, and can efficiently decompose substances such as urea in urine.
And step 3: and (3) sterilizing the urine obtained in the step (2), and sterilizing the urine by adopting an ultraviolet lamp, wherein the ultraviolet lamp is an UV ultraviolet lamp. The ultraviolet lamp is put into the sleeve made of transparent material and then immersed in urine to kill bacteria including bacteria propagules, spores, mycobacteria, coronavirus, fungi, rickettsia, chlamydia and the like.
And 4, step 4: and (3) crushing the excrement obtained in the step (1), then dehydrating, and dehydrating the excrement by adopting a centrifugal machine.
And 5: fermenting the solid excrement obtained in the step (4), mixing anaerobic bacteria and spraying a proper amount of liquid obtained in the step (2) into the solid excrement, placing the solid excrement into a plastic greenhouse, fermenting by utilizing solar energy, treating the liquid generated in the step (4) through the step (2), wherein the anaerobic bacteria comprise bacillus licheniformis and saccharomycetes,
the bacillus licheniformis decomposes toxic and harmful substances in urine and purifies water. And the bacillus licheniformis has stronger activity of protease, lipase and amylase and can degrade nutrients.
Yeasts grow in both aerobic and anaerobic environments, i.e., they are facultative anaerobes, which break down sugars into carbon dioxide and water under aerobic conditions and grow faster. In the absence of oxygen, yeast break down sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide.
In summary, the method for harmless treatment of the public toilet feces for travel comprises the steps of firstly separating the feces from urine through the feces pretreatment device, then carrying out microbial treatment on the obtained urine to decompose urea and eliminate peculiar smell, wherein anaerobic bacteria comprise bacillus licheniformis and saccharomycetes, carrying out sterilization treatment on the urine obtained after the microbial treatment, putting an ultraviolet lamp into a sleeve made of transparent material, then immersing the sleeve in the urine to carry out sterilization treatment on the urine, killing bacteria comprising bacterial propagules, spores, mycobacteria, coronaviruses, fungi, rickettsiae, chlamydia and the like, crushing the solid feces obtained after the pretreatment, then carrying out dehydration treatment, and carrying out dehydration treatment on the feces by adopting a centrifugal machine. And (2) performing fermentation treatment on the solid excrement obtained after the dehydration treatment, mixing anaerobic bacteria in the solid excrement and spraying a proper amount of liquid obtained after microbial treatment, uniformly placing the solid excrement subjected to the dehydration treatment in a plastic greenhouse, performing fermentation by using solar energy, mixing the liquid obtained after the dehydration treatment into the urine obtained after pretreatment, and performing subsequent treatment. Through the treatment, urine and excrement can be effectively treated and recovered and further used as fertilizer or feed for subsequent utilization.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
