The air pressure change is detected by a precision pressure sensor. If the air pressure changes more than a certain range, the inner cover seal is said to have a leakage condition or a condition that the seal is not in place. And for products with poor sealing, the products are removed from the second rotary table through a second removing cylinder 12.
Specifically, a first feeding cylinder 15 is arranged at the inlet of the first conveying guide rail 2 close to the first rotary table 3, and a second feeding cylinder 16 is arranged at the inlet of the second conveying guide rail 10 close to the second rotary table 11; first carousel 3 and second carousel 11 are driven by motor 211, and the edge has evenly seted up the arc breach.
The distance between about three box bodies on the left side of the first feeding cylinder 15 and the left side of the second feeding cylinder 16 is respectively provided with a detection electric eye, and the detection electric eyes are respectively positioned on the first conveying guide rail 2 or the second conveying guide rail 10 and are used for detecting whether the box bodies exist.

After the label is discharged through the conveying mechanism, the label pressing head 191 can suck in air by utilizing vacuum to suck the label, and then the label is pressed onto the bottle body by pressing down the label through the labeling cylinder. It should be noted that the transmission component of the labeling machine 19 is a technical means commonly used in the art, and is not the innovation point of the present invention, so the specific structure of the labeling machine 19 is not described herein.
Specifically, the second conveying rail 10 is further provided with a correlation sensor 18 and a third rejection cylinder 17, and the correlation sensor 18 is located on the left side of the third rejection cylinder 17. The tail end of the second conveying guide rail 10 is also connected with a turnover bent rail.
It should be noted that the detecting electric eye is a common technical means in the field, and is a standard component, which generally uses a photosensitive element as a sensing element to work, and senses different light reflection, and has different responses on a measuring circuit. The invention selects the electric eye directly from the prior art, so that the specific structure of the electric eye does not need to be waited for.
The detection electric eye is also arranged at other places for judging the position of an article and the like, and the specific installation position is not described any more.
