4. and printing an anti-counterfeiting pattern on the back surface of the white cardboard, and pasting double-sided offset paper on the back surface of the white cardboard for mounting to obtain the color anti-counterfeiting paper with the three-dimensional effect.
In conclusion, the UV flexo printing ink is printed on the front surface of the white cardboard by the flexo printing mode through the printing of the upper gloss seat of the offset press, the printing ink layer is thick, the color stability is good, and the discharge of VOCs is avoided; after color printing, connecting lines for UV pearl coating, and also adopting a flexographic printing mode to realize, after pearl coating, impressing by using a specially-made flexographic plate with pattern information, drying after impressing to obtain a three-dimensional effect, printing an anti-counterfeiting pattern on the back, and selecting semitransparent writing paper for gluing and attaching to obtain the color anti-counterfeiting paper with the three-dimensional effect. The invention effectively solves the problems of unstable color and three-dimensional effect, low production efficiency and large pollution of the existing color special paper.

Claims (10)

1. A preparation method of color anti-counterfeiting paper with a three-dimensional effect is characterized by comprising the following steps:
printing UV (ultraviolet) flexo printing ink on the front surface of the white cardboard in a flexo printing mode, carrying out UV irradiation on the UV flexo printing ink, and forming a UV flexo printing ink layer on the front surface of the white cardboard;
printing UV pearlescent ink on the surface of the UV flexo printing ink layer in a flexo printing mode;
imprinting the front surface of the white cardboard by adopting a flexible plate with a pattern, and carrying out UV irradiation on the front surface of the white cardboard after imprinting to form a three-dimensional pattern effect on the front surface of the white cardboard;
and printing an anti-counterfeiting pattern on the back surface of the white cardboard, and pasting double-sided offset paper on the back surface of the white cardboard for mounting to obtain the color anti-counterfeiting paper with the three-dimensional effect.

The method for preparing color security paper with three-dimensional effect according to claim 1, wherein the UV flexo ink comprises 20-35% of epoxy acrylic resin, 5-10% of 1, 6-hexanediol diacrylate, 5-10% of tripropylene glycol diacrylate, 10-15% of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 2, 4, 6- (trimethylbenzoyl) diphenylphosphine oxide, 3-5% of benzophenone derivative, and 20-40% of pigment containing fluorescent material BaGd2(MoO4)4
3. The method for preparing color anti-counterfeiting paper with a three-dimensional effect according to claim 1, wherein the step of printing UV flexo printing ink on the front surface of the white cardboard by a flexo printing method comprises the following steps:
two ink pumps are adopted to supply ink simultaneously to carry out two groups of coatings of flexography, wherein the number of coating anilox roller lines is 80-120L/cm, and the ink carrying capacity of the anilox roller is 8.0-13.0cm3/m2

The method for preparing color anti-counterfeiting paper with a three-dimensional effect according to claim 1, wherein the UV pearlescent ink comprises 40-60% of acrylic resin, 10-25% of reactive diluent, 10-15% of pearlescent powder, 5-10% of photoinitiator and 1-3% of auxiliary agent by weight, and the pearlescent powder comprises optical color changing pigment RGB 20.
6. The method for preparing color anti-counterfeiting paper with the stereoscopic effect according to claim 1, wherein the shore hardness of the flexible plate with the patterns is 90-95D.
7. The method for preparing color anti-counterfeiting paper with the stereoscopic effect according to claim 1, wherein the anti-counterfeiting pattern comprises at least one of characters, product LOGO and graphics.
8. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickness of the white cardboard is uniform, and the quantitative ratio of the white cardboard is 170-200g/m2
9. The method for preparing color anti-counterfeiting paper with three-dimensional effect according to claim 1, wherein the double-sided offset paper is semi-transparent and has a basis weight of 50g/m2
