step four: putting the wavy paper tape between a first feeding belt 7 and a second feeding belt 8 from the left side, clamping the wavy paper tape by using an upper layer of thin rod 10 and a lower layer of thin rod 10, and conveying the wavy paper tape rightwards until the wavy paper tape is pushed to the position between two flat paper tapes to finish bonding, and continuously conveying the wavy paper tape to the right side;
step five: when the bonded paper board is conveyed to the position of the material discharging box 11, the first air pump 16 pumps air inside the material discharging box 11 close to the middle part through the first air pumping pipe 17, the thin rod 10 and the bottom suction block 12 on the thin rod penetrate through the sliding groove 14 and the notch 15 to enter the material discharging box 11, the thin rod slides outwards after receiving the suction force of the air until the thin rod is separated from the paper board, the paper board is smoothly conveyed out from the right side, and after the thin rod 10 and the suction block 12 penetrate through the partition strip 13 in the material discharging box 11 and enter the other section, the first air pump 16 blows the pumped air into the material discharging box 11 again through the first air outlet pipe 18, pushes the suction block 12 and the thin rod 10 to reset, and finally conveys the material discharging box 11 again to complete a process.
