a base 6 on which a positioning grinding wheel 15 is mounted;
a power box 1 for mounting a movable grinding wheel 14;
one end of the threaded rod 13 is fixed with the bracket through a bearing, the bracket is fixed with the base 6, and the other end of the threaded rod 13 can control the movement amount of the movable grinding wheel 14;
a control lever 12 fixed to the threaded rod 13, the control lever 12 being rotatable to control a rotation angle of the threaded rod 13, thereby controlling a distance between the movable grinding wheel 14 and the positioning grinding wheel 15; the support block 16 can support the linear bearing housing 7;
as shown in fig. 1, the coreless grinding machine further includes:
a bracket structure fixed to the lever 12;
the shell of the first air cylinder 21 is hinged with the base 6, the connecting rod is hinged with the support structure, and the first air cylinder 21 can drive the control rod 12 to rotate through the support structure;
the shell of the second air cylinder 4 is fixed with the base 6, when the control rod 12 moves downwards and rotates for an angle, the second air cylinder 4 can touch the connecting rod of the second air cylinder 4, and the second air cylinder 4 can buffer the descending speed of the control rod 12, so that the movable grinding wheel 14 can be controlled to roughly grind the linear bearing shell 7;

when the control rod 12 further rotates by an angle, the control rod 50 of the control valve 5 can be touched, the return pressure spring of the control rod can further buffer the descending speed of the control rod 12, so that the movable grinding wheel 14 can be controlled to finish the fine grinding of the linear bearing shell 7, meanwhile, the connecting rod of the third air cylinder 32 starts to stretch, after a period of time, the connecting rod touches the trigger switch 31, the trigger switch 31 is connected with the controller, the controller controls the first air cylinder 21 and the second air cylinder 4 to return, the control rod 12 automatically returns, the control valve 5 returns under the control of the return pressure spring 56 to drive the third air cylinder 32 to return, and the outer grinding of the linear bearing shell 7 is completed.
The controller can select a single chip microcomputer as a control chip to complete the control of each action.
The support structure includes:
a first bracket 22, a first end point of which is fixed with the threaded rod 13;
a first end of the second bracket 23 is fixed with the control rod 12 and is away from the threaded rod 13 by a certain distance, a second end is fixed with a second end of the first bracket 22, and the first bracket 22, the second bracket 23 and a section of the control rod 12 form a triangular structure;
