the steel plate after being cleaned and air-dried enters the automatic polishing and grinding box 7 along the conveying strip 1, when the steel plate contacts the polishing and grinding roller 8 in the automatic polishing and grinding box 7, the polishing and grinding roller 8 polishes two sides of the steel plate, part of waste materials generated in the polishing and grinding process enter the inclined groove 9, part of the waste materials are remained on the surface of the steel plate, the waste materials in the inclined groove 9 enter the collecting box 12 along the discharge hole 11, and when the device is not used, the scraper 15 can be used for scraping the inside of the inclined groove 9, so that the inside of the inclined groove 9 is ensured to be clean;
the polished steel plate enters the position of the circular plastic pipe 1605, the air blower 1603 is connected with a power supply and starts to normally operate, air flow blown out by the air blower 1603 enters the plastic pipe 1605 along the connecting rod 1604 and is discharged from the air holes 1606, gas discharged from the air holes 1606 is blown to the surface of the polished steel plate, so that waste on the surface of the steel plate is blown, the blown steel plate enters the surface of the sponge block 1609, the surface of the blown steel plate is cleaned again by the sponge block 1609, and then dirt on the surface of the polished steel plate is reduced, so that the polished steel plate is kept clean, and the polished steel plate can be conveniently coated in the later period;
then the polished steel plate enters the preheating box 17 and enters the heating box 18 from the preheating box 17, the heating box 18 can heat the steel plate and is compatible with the same heated coating, then the heated steel plate enters the paint spraying box 19 along the conveying strip 1, the paint spraying box 19 sprays the surface of the heated steel plate, the sprayed steel plate enters the heat dissipation box 20 along the conveying strip 1, then the heat dissipation fan 21 is connected with a power supply and starts to rotate, the heat dissipation fan 21 drives the air flow to blow to the surface of the steel plate behind the spray head, so as to dissipate the heat of the sprayed steel plate, the heat dissipation fan 21 drives the air flow to enter the groove 22 and enter the exhaust duct 23 from the inside of the groove 22, and the air is exhausted from the inside of the cone-shaped opening 24, so that the temperature inside of the heat dissipation box 20 is reduced, and the air inside of the cone-shaped opening 24 enters the U-shaped pipe 26 along the exhaust duct 25, inside steam heating of U type pipe 26 accomodates the inside water of cavity 27, thereby make water intensification, and water can produce steam when intensifing, steam enters into inside gas chamber 28 along accomodating cavity 27, thereby heat preheating box 17, and preheating box 17 conducts the heat to the steel sheet surface, thereby preheat unheated steel sheet, can utilize the gaseous waste heat after the steel sheet dispels the heat fast, and then utilize the gas after the steel sheet heat dissipation to preheat unheated steel sheet, and then the consumption of the energy has been reduced.
