A cartridge support device for a filtration separator, the cartridge support device (101) comprising: the sealing cover plate comprises an integrated sealing cover plate (201), a first fixing piece (202), a second fixing piece (203), a special-shaped supporting rod (204) and an annular sealing cover plate (205), wherein the first fixing piece (202), the second fixing piece (203) and the special-shaped supporting rod (204) form a coaxial structure;
the integrated sealing cover plate (201) is used for pressing and sealing one end of the filter element (102), the integrated sealing cover plate (201) comprises a disc-shaped sealing cover plate (301), a protruding piece (302) is arranged on one side of the disc-shaped sealing cover plate (301), a fixing hole (303) is formed in the protruding piece (302), and the fixing hole (303) is matched with the first fixing piece (202);
the integrated sealing cover plate (201) is connected with one end of the first fixing piece (202) through the fixing hole (303);
a groove (307) is formed in the other end of the first fixing piece (202), the width of the groove (307) is matched with the thickness of the special-shaped supporting rod (204), a first through hole (308) is formed in the other end of the first fixing piece (202), the first through hole (308) is perpendicular to the groove (307), and the first through hole (308) is matched with the second fixing piece (203);
the first fixing piece (202) is connected with one end of the special-shaped supporting rod (204) in an inserting mode through the groove (307), and is fixedly connected with the first through hole (308) through the second fixing piece (203);
the section of the special-shaped supporting rod (204) is N-shaped, a second through hole is formed in the inclined surface (402) of the special-shaped supporting rod (204), the second through hole corresponds to the first through hole (308), and the second through hole is matched with the second fixing piece (203);
the special-shaped support rod (204) penetrates through the annular sealing cover plate (205), the other end of the special-shaped support rod (204) is inserted into the gas lift pipe (103), the special-shaped support rod (204) supports the inner wall of the filter element (102) through two edges (403) and two side edges (404), and the other end of the special-shaped support rod (204) is welded with the gas lift pipe (103);
the annular sealing cover plate (205) is used for performing press-fit sealing on the other end of the filter element (102), and the annular sealing cover plate (205) is fixed on the outer surface of the riser (103) in a welding manner; the gas lift pipe (103) is welded on a pipe plate (104), and the pipe plate (104) is welded on the inner wall of the filtering separator;
the other side of the integrated sealing cover plate (201) is also provided with a support ring (304);
the outer diameter of the support ring (304) is equal to the inner diameter of the filter element (102), the end of the support ring (304) contains a chamfer (305), and the support ring (304) is inserted into the inner cavity of the filter element (102) through the chamfer (305);
the other side of the integrated sealing cover plate (201) is also provided with a first sealing strip (306);
the first sealing band (306) is an annular convex sealing band, the cross section of the first sealing band (306) is semicircular, the first sealing band (306) is embedded in the filter element (102), and the diameter of the first sealing band (306) is larger than the inner diameter of the filter element (102) and smaller than the outer diameter of the filter element (102);
the first sealing belt (306) is coincident with the circle center of the support ring (304);
the surface of the annular sealing cover plate (205) in contact with the filter element (102) is also provided with a second sealing band (601);
the second sealing band (601) is an annular convex sealing band, the cross section of the second sealing band (601) is semicircular, and the diameter of the second sealing band (601) is larger than the inner diameter of the filter element (102) and smaller than the outer diameter of the filter element (102).
2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the protruding member (302) of the one side of the unitary sealing cap plate (201) is a regular hexagon.
3. The device according to claim 1, wherein the first fixture (202) is a grooved threaded shaft and the fixture hole (303) is a threaded hole.
4. The device according to claim 1, wherein the second fixture (203) is in a clearance fit with the first through hole (308) and the second through hole.
5. The device according to claim 4, wherein the second fixture (203) is a cotter pin and the first through hole (308) and the second through hole are through-pin holes.
6. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the inclined surface (402) of the shaped support bar (204) is inserted with one end into the groove (307).
7. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the other end of the profiled support bar (204) is welded to the draft tube (103) by means of a weld between the two edges (403) and the two sides (404).
