The invention discloses a guide catheter which comprises a handheld base, an outer lining connecting sleeve and a guide catheter body. The guide catheter provided by the invention can smoothly pass through various tortuous and complex blood vessels, the risk and time of the operation are reduced, the production process of the guide catheter provided by the invention is simple, the cost is low, and the automatic mass production can be realized.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a guide catheter and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of economic technology, the living standard of people is higher and higher, the change of life style of people leads to the very frequent occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and when the diseases are treated, the interventional therapy is a relatively universal treatment mode, and a catheter is a very important device in the interventional operation. In interventional therapy, a guiding catheter with good compliance and flexibility is used to reach the distal end of a lesion and deliver an interventional stent or instrument through the lumen of the guiding catheter.
At present, a great variety of guide catheters with different sizes are available on the market, but the traditional guide catheter has great defects in the operation, or has poor flexibility and is not beneficial to entering a bent blood vessel; or too poor rigidity to facilitate pushing.
Therefore, it is a major problem in current interventional medicine to prepare a guiding catheter with good structural strength and excellent flexibility.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a guide catheter which has good structural strength and flexibility in interventional therapy. But the preparation process is simple, the cost is low, and the method can be used for automatic production. Greatly improving the production efficiency and the economic cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: guide catheter, including handheld base, outer lining adapter sleeve and guide catheter body, guide catheter body include skin, intermediate level, inlayer and development mark, its characterized in that: the middle layer is formed by cutting the whole metal pipe.
Further, the metal tube of the middle layer is cut in a spiral mode from the near end to the far end, and the cutting density is from thin to dense.
Furthermore, the metal tube of the middle layer is symmetrically cut, and the cutting density is from thin to dense from the near end to the far end.
Furthermore, the near end of the metal pipe of the middle layer is symmetrically cut, and the cutting density gradually changes from thin to dense; the far end of the metal pipe of the middle layer is spirally cut, and the cutting width is gradually narrowed.
Further, the outer layer of the guide catheter is treated by a hydrophilic lubricating coating.
Furthermore, the lubricating additive used for the hydrophilic lubricating coating treatment adopts a hydrophilic high-molecular additive, a hydrophilic nano high-molecular additive, a polyethylene glycol stearate material or a self-lubricating high-molecular material, and preferably polyvinylpyrrolidone.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the middle-layer metal pipe is cut in a direct cutting mode, and the cut guide catheter has good structural strength and flexibility and can easily enter a bent blood vessel; the cutting mode has simple production process and low cost, and can realize automatic batch production.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In describing the embodiments of the present invention in detail, the drawings are not necessarily to scale, and the drawings are not intended to limit the invention.
Reference to "proximal" in the present patent refers to the end closer to the operator of the guiding catheter, and "distal" refers to the end farther from the operator of the guiding catheter.
Example 1
As shown in figure 1, the guide catheter disclosed by the invention comprises a handheld base, an outer lining connecting sleeve and a guide catheter body, wherein the guide catheter body comprises an outer layer, an intermediate layer, an inner layer and a developing mark.
As shown in fig. 2, the intermediate layer is formed by cutting the whole metal pipe; the metal tube of the middle layer is spirally cut from the near end to the far end, the cutting width is narrowed from width, and the cutting width is from 1mm to 0.02 mm.
Example 2
As shown in figure 1, the guide catheter disclosed by the invention comprises a handheld base, an outer lining connecting sleeve and a guide catheter body, wherein the guide catheter body comprises an outer layer, an intermediate layer, an inner layer and a developing mark.
As shown in fig. 4, the intermediate layer is formed by cutting the whole metal pipe; the metal pipe in the middle layer is symmetrically cut, and the cutting density gradually changes from thin to dense.
Example 3
As shown in figure 1, the guide catheter disclosed by the invention comprises a handheld base, an outer lining connecting sleeve and a guide catheter body, wherein the guide catheter body comprises an outer layer, an intermediate layer, an inner layer and a developing mark.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the intermediate layer is formed by cutting the whole metal pipe; the near end of the metal tube of the middle layer is symmetrically cut, and the far end of the metal tube is spirally cut; further spiral cuts are tapered from wide to narrow.
The guiding catheter described above was treated with a hydrophilic lubricious coating of polyvinylpyrrolidone.
It will be understood that "proximal" is used herein to refer to the end closer to the operator or worker, as opposed to "distal" which is the end farther from the operator or worker.
The above description is only for the purpose of describing the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any variations and modifications made by those skilled in the art based on the above disclosure are within the scope of the appended claims.
