Abstract

Background
Renal disease hemodialysis is a common treatment for renal disease, and is generally performed at the four limbs; because the hemodialysis lasts for a long time, the patient keeps the same body position continuously in the dialysis process, the discomfort of joints and muscles can occur, the dialysis tube can be pulled due to the overlarge activity range of the limbs, and the dialysis tube is easy to fall off; some patients often lie in bed for taking away time, but the dialysis process is blocked because of worry that unconscious turning over after sleeping pulls the dialysis tube or presses the dialysis tube, most patients are difficult to fall asleep without worry, and greater mental stress is easily caused.
In view of the above situation, some dialysis special beds capable of fixing four limbs of a patient are provided in the prior art, but the design of such beds is simple, and a binding and fixing forced limiting mode is mostly adopted, so that the influence of the limb movement of the patient on the dialysis process can be avoided to a certain extent, but obviously, the normal movement range of the patient is sacrificed, the patient can generate constraint feeling and discomfort, and the joint and muscle of the patient cannot move freely to relax.

The invention realizes the fixation of the limbs, keeps the fixed part in a horizontal state, avoids the separation of the dialysis tube caused by accidental falling, ensures that the dialysis part has enough movement space, ensures that the patient can freely move the limbs to relax and stretch, has the fixing function and also adaptively matches the posture change and the limb movement of the patient, and can prevent the discomfort of joints and muscles because the patient does not need to keep a fixed posture; in addition, because the sliding plate is kept horizontal all the time, even if the patient unconsciously moves the limbs in the process of sleeping, the sliding plate can not fall to the lower part of the bed side, so that the patient is provided with a safe sleep guarantee, and the mental stress of the patient is greatly relieved.

Therefore, through the movement coordination among the connecting rod, the steering plate, the sliding plate and the translation plate, the invention not only realizes the fixation of limbs for dialysis, keeps the fixed part in a horizontal state, avoids the separation of a dialysis tube caused by accidental dropping, but also ensures that the dialysis part has enough movement space, ensures that the patient can freely move the limbs to relax and stretch, has the fixation function and also adaptively matches the posture change and the limb movement of the patient, ensures that the patient does not need to keep a fixed posture, and prevents the discomfort of joints and muscles.
