Description

Traumatic injury treatment is with wearable real-time supervision device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of instruments and equipment for cooperative medical treatment, and particularly relates to a wearable real-time monitoring device for traumatic injury treatment.
Background
The traumatic injury is a plurality of diseases and common diseases in clinic, particularly the fracture is the most common, but the fracture is not healed or is delayed to heal, which is a relatively troublesome problem in the fracture treatment, although a plurality of methods for accelerating the fracture healing exist, the effect of some treatment methods is not obvious, particularly, the fracture is treated in western medicine, the upper steel plate, the steel needle, the intramedullary needle, the screw nail and the like are cut through the operation, then a small splint, a plaster bandage, an external fixing bracket, traction, braking, fixing and the like are added, and the acceptance of patients is low. The traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of treating fracture, and has the characteristics of simplicity, convenience, safety, effectiveness, low toxic and side effects, low cost and the like which are accepted by doctors and patients all the time.
The traditional method for treating traumatic injury mainly utilizes Chinese herbal medicines for treatment, takes the treatment of fracture as an example, utilizes a plurality of Chinese herbal medicines which mainly comprise drynaria rhizome, panax notoginseng and the like, is mainly used for treating traumatic injury and injuring tendons and bones, and has the effects of relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, relieving swelling and pain and promoting fracture healing. The traditional Chinese medicine can be administered by crushing or sun drying fresh Chinese herbal medicine into fine powder, adding appropriate amount of ethanol, applying on affected part, and fixing with gauze or bandage.
It can be seen that the prior art has several major drawbacks:
(1) in the traditional treatment method for traumatic injury, the timing of the administration of Chinese herbal medicines for supplementing alcohol is often controlled manually and depends on subjectivity and experience of people.
(2) The affected part of the patient cannot be monitored in real time, the optimal treatment opportunity is missed, and a larger improvement space exists.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a wearable real-time monitoring device for traumatic injury treatment, which is characterized in that the device comprises a supporting body, and a drug encapsulation layer and a sensor which are arranged on the supporting body; the supporting body is used for being attached to an injured part of a patient when being worn; the medicine packaging layer comprises Chinese herbal medicines and alcohol and is used for providing the wound part of the patient with the effect of the Chinese herbal medicines under the effect of the alcohol; the sensor is used for sensing and detecting the temperature, humidity and pressure of the injured part of the patient when the patient wears the medical packaging layer, wherein the humidity value obtained by sensing and detecting is used for reflecting the amount of alcohol contained in the medical packaging layer, so that the alcohol can be conveniently supplemented to the medical packaging layer in time to ensure the drug effect; the temperature value and the pressure value obtained by sensing detection are used for reflecting the swelling degree condition of the injured part of the patient and providing the recovery condition of the injured part of the patient in real time.
As a further preferred aspect of the present invention, the device further comprises an actuator, the actuator is connected to the sensor, the actuator further comprises a heater assembly, and the heater assembly is configured to determine whether to heat according to a temperature value, a humidity value, and a pressure value detected by the sensor to increase the temperature and assist the thermal therapy; and simultaneously, the humidity value is used for judging whether alcohol is supplemented to the medicine packaging layer or not so as to adjust the medicine release.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the support body further includes a fixing splint for fixing a fracture injury portion of a patient when worn.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, fixing bands are further provided at both ends of the support main body, and a hook and loop fastener is further provided on the fixing bands for closely adhering the support main body to the injured part of the patient when worn.
As a further preferred aspect of the present invention, the apparatus further includes a wireless communication unit for transmitting the temperature value, the humidity value, and the pressure value detected by the sensor to an external terminal.
As a further preferred aspect of the present invention, the external terminal is a mobile phone.
As a further preferred aspect of the present invention, the apparatus further includes a wireless communication module for transmitting the temperature value, the humidity value, and the pressure value detected by the sensor to an external terminal;
the wireless communication component is also used for transmitting an execution instruction to the actuator, and the actuator is used for executing the operation of supplementing alcohol to the medicine packaging layer or not to adjust the medicine release and the operation of starting the heater component to heat so as to raise the temperature and assist the heat treatment according to the execution instruction.
Through the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the temperature, the humidity and the pressure of the injured part of the patient are sensed and detected in real time through the sensor by strictly controlling the function and the action types of the sensor, on one hand, the humidity value obtained through sensing and detection can be used for timely supplementing alcohol to the medicine packaging layer (the detected humidity value can reflect the amount of the alcohol contained in the medicine packaging layer), on the other hand, the swelling condition of the injured part of the patient can be reflected by the temperature value and the pressure value obtained through sensing and detection, and the recovery condition of the injured part of the patient is provided in real time.
The invention can also further formulate a proper treatment scheme according to the diagnosis result, for example, the invention can cooperate with a signal transceiver module (such as a Bluetooth communication module) to send monitoring results (such as temperature sensing information, pressure sensing information and humidity sensing information) to other terminals (such as mobile phones); the mobile phone can further obtain a curative effect monitoring treatment scheme through cloud computing analysis and diagnosis and the like, and the curative effect monitoring treatment scheme is also transmitted back to the wearable device through the signal receiving and transmitting module, so that execution of each actuator is adjusted, and thermal treatment or drug release adjustment and the like are assisted.
The flexible sensor in the invention can play the following 2 main roles: 1. monitoring the content of ethanol in all Chinese herbal medicine formulas by a humidity sensor, and indicating the ethanol supplementing time; 2. through temperature and pressure sensor, monitor the swelling degree condition in affected part, provide the treatment effect of patient affected part for medical personnel in real time to in time adjust treatment according to the diagnosis result.
