Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of household furniture, and particularly relates to a cabinet with a dining table.

Background

A cabinet is a platform for storing kitchen utensils and cooking. The cabinets on the market, although in various forms, are mostly of the traditional type and have simpler functions, and are only used as cabinets for storing kitchen utensils and for cooking. In addition to the cabinets, tables are typically prepared for eating. When the traditional kitchen is arranged, the cabinet and the dining table are arranged separately, namely, the cabinet and the dining table are relatively independent and respectively occupy storage space. With the increasing population of China, the per capita housing area is gradually reduced, the occupied area of a corresponding kitchen is sharply reduced, and the movable space in the kitchen is narrow due to the arrangement of the cabinets and the dining tables, so that the living standard of people is affected, and the happiness index is reduced.

The Chinese patent with publication number CN 203952935U discloses a cabinet with a dining table, which mainly comprises a cabinet body and a dining table on the left side of the cabinet, wherein the dining table on the left side of the cabinet consists of two table tops and two cylindrical support columns. Two table tops of the dining table on the left side of the cabinet can be folded rightwards and attached together, and the table tops stand on the left side of the cabinet.

Although the above-mentioned cupboard with dining table can improve the problem of over-crowded independent dining tables due to small kitchen space by folding the table top to a certain extent, the folded table top still occupies a part of the kitchen space, and cannot satisfy the current idea that people want to fully utilize the housing space to improve the housing quality under the limited housing condition.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a cabinet with a dining table, which can be pulled out to open the dining table during dining, and the dining table is entirely hidden in the cabinet body when not used at ordinary times, so as to effectively save kitchen space and alleviate kitchen congestion.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1, the cabinet with a dining table of the present invention includes a cabinet body 10 and a dining table 20. The dining table that has seted up in cupboard body 10 holds the chamber, and dining table 10 slides and connects in the dining table and hold intracavity wall. The dining table 20 is normally stored in the dining table accommodating cavity; when the cabinet needs to be used, the dining table 20 is pulled out from the cabinet body 10 for use.

The dining table 20 comprises a first table top 21 and a second table top 22 which are respectively connected with the cabinet body 10 in a sliding way, and the cross sections of the first table top 21 and the second table top 22 are in an inverted U shape. In a normal state, the first table top 21 and the second table top 22 are both stored in the cabinet body 10, the second table top 22 is stacked below the first table top 21, and the entire dining table 20 is stored in the cabinet body 10, so that the occupied space is small. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, two side plates of the first table top 21 are slidably connected to the inner wall of the accommodating chamber of the dining table through the lifting guide rail 11, two side plates of the second table top 22 are slidably connected to the inner wall of the accommodating chamber of the dining table through the slide rail 12, and one end of the second table top 22, which is far away from the lifting guide rail 11, is movably supported on the ground through the sliding support 23.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the lifting rail 11 includes a horizontal section 111 and an inclined section 112, and the inclined section 112 is disposed at an end of the lifting rail 11 close to the sliding support 23 and is inclined downward relative to the horizontal section 111. The lower end of the inclined section 112 is connected with the slide rail 12, and the first table top 21 slides to the slide rail 12 along the lifting guide rail 11 and is flush with the second table top 22. A limit strip is fixedly connected with the cabinet body 10 right above the lifting guide rail 11, and the first table-board 21 is slidably clamped between the lifting guide rail 11 and the limit strip. The first table top 21 is first located at the horizontal section 111 of the lifting rail 11, and when the first table top 21 is pulled, the first table top 21 moves horizontally due to the limit of the limit bar and the horizontal section 111 until the end of the first table top 21 away from the sliding support 23 moves to the inclined section 112 and continues to move downwards along the inclined section 112 for the subsequent unfolding of the table. When the first table 21 is folded in the cabinet body 10, the first stopper 13 blocks the first table 21 to prevent the first table from further colliding with the inner wall of the cabinet body 10.

One end of the first table top 21 close to the sliding support 23 is movably connected with one end of the second table top 22 far away from the sliding support 23. Referring to fig. 2 and 4, notches are formed at one end of the two side plates of the first table top 21 close to the sliding support 23 and one end of the two side plates of the second table top 22 far from the sliding support 23. The two notches are used for matching when the first table-board 21 and the second table-board 22 are combined into a plane. Referring to fig. 5, the inner walls of the notches of the two side plates of the first table 21 are provided with first linking blocks 213, the outer walls of the notches of the two side plates of the second table 22 are provided with second linking blocks 221, and the projections of the first linking blocks 213 and the second linking blocks 221 along the sliding direction of the first table 21 are always partially overlapped to ensure that the first linking blocks 213 can contact with the second linking blocks 221 to drive the first table 11 to be drawn out from the cabinet body 10. In addition, the distance from the first linkage block 213 to the notch edge perpendicular to the first table top 21 and the distance from the second linkage block 221 to the notch edge perpendicular to the second table top 22 are equal to the length of the notch edge parallel to the first table top 21, so that the matching effect of the notches of the first table top 21 and the second table top 22 is ensured to form a complete table top in a splicing manner, and the situation that the first table top 21 is overlapped on the second table top 22 when the table top 20 is unfolded or a gap is left between the first table top 21 and the second table top 22 is avoided.

When the dining table 20 is pulled open, the sliding support 23 is pulled, the sliding support 23 drives the second table 22 to pull the second table 22 out of the cabinet body 10 until the first linkage block 213 abuts against the second linkage block 221, the sliding support 23 continues to drive the second table 22 outwards, and meanwhile, due to the cooperation of the first linkage block 213 and the second linkage block 221, the first table 21 moves outwards until the end of the first table 21, which is far away from the sliding support 23, falls on the slide rail 12, and the first table 21 and the second table 22 are matched with each other in the gap, so that the end surfaces of the two are flush, and the splicing with the second table 22 is completed, thereby forming a complete table top. When the dining table 20 is folded, the sliding support 23 is pushed, the first table 21 moves toward the cabinet body 10 along the lifting rail 11 under the pushing force of the second table 22 and moves upward, the sliding support 23 is pushed continuously, the first table 21 rises to the horizontal section 111 of the lifting rail 11 and is staggered with the second table 22 in the vertical plane, so as to provide a space for the second table 22 to move toward the cabinet body 10, and the second table 22 moves inward continuously and is finally stacked under the first table 21, thereby completing the folding of the dining table 20.

Preferably, a pulley is connected to the bottom surface of the sliding support 23. The sliding support 23 of the present invention can be two support posts, which are respectively located at the front end of the second table 22. The support post may be hingedly connected to the second table 2290 degrees so that the support post may be stowed.
