Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a commodity package, and more particularly, to a commodity package including a box-shaped package body that houses a commodity, and a transparent insertion window (japanese inserting needle し ) that closes an opening provided in the package body, and in which a thin accessory is displayed in the insertion window.
Background
Conventionally, as a commodity package having a transparent window portion through which an internal commodity can be viewed from the outside, a commodity package in which a transparent portion is formed of cellophane, a thin transparent synthetic resin sheet, or the like and is adhered to a box body is generally known. On the other hand, as shown in patent documents 1 and 2, for example, there is also known a commodity package including a box-shaped package main body in which a commodity is accommodated and an opening is provided in a part thereof, and a window (not bonded to the main body) inserted into the package main body to close the opening. The insertion window is generally formed of a transparent member such as a thin synthetic resin plate.
If the opening of the package main body is closed by the insertion window in this manner, the commodity does not protrude outside the package main body through the opening. Further, since the insertion window is transparent, the commodity in the package main body can be observed from the outside through the opening. In particular, if the shape of the insertion window is a shape that is tightly fitted into a part of the package main body, the package main body that is easily deformed due to the opening can be reinforced by the insertion window.
On the other hand, thin test products (such as aluminum bags) and cards (cards) may be attached to a product case as accessories. If the accessories are attached to the outside of the box with an adhesive or the like, the accessories may fall off or become dirty. Therefore, a transparent portion may be provided in a part of the case, and a thin test article or a thin card may be attached to the inside of the case so as to be visible from the outside. However, in the case where the transparent window portion is bonded to the case in the case where the transparent window portion is provided, the step of attaching or adding the transparent window portion to the inside becomes complicated, and the efficiency is poor.
Thus, the present inventors have found that: the commodity package is provided with a main box and an insertion window without a transparent window part adhered, a slit is formed on the insertion window part, accessories are installed, and then the commodity package is arranged on the box main body, thereby realizing efficiency.
On the other hand, in the case of a commodity package including a main body box and a window, it is conceivable to apply a structure in which 4 linear slits are provided to a thin member on the side to be held in order to hold a thin accessory in contact with the window made of a thin transparent member. This structure is a conventionally well-known structure, and hereinafter, for ease of understanding, description will be given assuming that the accessory is a square. The 4 straight slits are provided in the insertion window so as to form an angle of, for example, 45 degrees with respect to the short side and the long side of the attached quadrangular accessory and surround the periphery of the accessory where the center portion is located. The accessories are inserted into the incisions so that the four corner portions pass through the incisions from the central portion of the accessories to the outside.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, in the structure in which 4 straight slits are provided in the insertion window, the following problems are recognized. That is, when the thin accessory is attached to the receptacle in a state of being in contact with the inner surface of the receptacle, the four corner portions of the accessory protrude outward of the receptacle through the notches, respectively. If the four corners of the accessory project outward from the insertion window as described above, the tip of the four corners, which are generally perpendicular to each other, may interfere with the package body when the insertion window is inserted into the package body, making it difficult to perform the insertion operation. Further, the tip of the four-angled portion protruding to the outside of the insertion window may hit the hand of a user holding the product package, which may cause discomfort. In the case where the accessories are held after the insertion window is inserted into the package main body, the former problem is not caused, but the latter problem may occur regardless of the order of the insertion operation of the insertion window and the accessory mounting operation.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a box which can be visually confirmed from the outside of the box when thin accessories are attached to a box-shaped package body, can be efficiently provided without giving a sense of incongruity at the time of work when the accessories are attached to the inside so as not to peel off, take away, or be stained, and further, to prevent a sense of incongruity caused by a part of the accessories held at an inner portion of a receptacle hitting a hand of a user or the like or being an obstacle to a work for inserting the receptacle when the box which can be efficiently provided is a commodity package provided with the box-shaped package body and the receptacle.
Means for solving the problems
The commodity package of the present invention comprises:
a box-shaped packaging body having front, rear, left and right side plates, a bottom plate, and an openable lid portion provided at an upper portion, wherein an opening through which a commodity contained therein can be viewed from the outside is formed in a part of the side plate;
a transparent member insertion window which is inserted into the package main body from the top of the package main body with the lid opened, and which closes the opening by contacting a part of the side plate from the inside of the package main body; and
a thin accessory held by a portion of the receptacle that closes the opening,
a plurality of notches are formed in the portion of the insertion window closing the opening and are protruded inward,
the attachment is held by the insertion window from the inside of the package main body by inserting the edge portion of the attachment into the cutout.
The term "inwardly projecting" means that the outer edge of the portion of the window that closes the opening projects toward the center of the window. In addition, the number of the plurality of cuts is typically preferably 4, 3, or the like. In particular, when the accessories are substantially square as described below, the number of accessories is preferably 4 from the viewpoint of preventing falling.
In the commodity package of the present invention having the above-described structure, examples of the accessory include cards in which a method of using a commodity contained in the commodity package, an advertisement, and the like are described, and samples of commodities related to the commodity. As the sample, when a commodity contained in a commodity package is a cosmetic product as an example, a sample containing a trial cosmetic product similar to the cosmetic product stored in the commodity package or a related cosmetic product (a hair conditioner (english: rinse) or the like) different from the cosmetic product stored in the commodity package is exemplified.
Further, a printed matter (printed matter on which personal names and information are printed) which is custom-printed as required may be printed in a card shape, or printed on the spot in accordance with the design of a customer, and attached or stuck to the container.
The accessories are thin and mounted in contact with the inner surface of the insertion window so as not to interfere with the stored commodities. The above-described card is originally a thin card. In addition, the trial cosmetics and the like are often constituted by a thin bag body in which the cosmetics are enclosed. Preferably, the shape is a substantially quadrangular shape, and the notch is formed at a position where a side portion of the quadrangle is inserted.
In the merchandise package of the present invention having the above-described configuration, the accessories may have a substantially circular outer shape. More specifically, the "substantially circular" means a perfect circle, an ellipse, an oblong, a shape obtained by combining these, and the like.
In addition, in the merchandise package of the present invention having the above-described structure,
the package body may be tapered from the top to the bottom at least at the portion of the side plate where the opening is formed, and the portion of the insertion window that closes the opening may be tapered corresponding to the tapered portion of the side plate, but the package body is not limited to this.
The term "correspond" means that the portion of the window that closes the opening and the tapered portion of the side plate overlap each other at least partially and substantially closely. The phrase "substantially and closely overlap each other" naturally means that the 2 portions have completely the same shape, but is not limited to this, and means that the 2 portions have a shape close to completely the same shape.
Preferable examples of the accessories include a bag containing a cosmetic product therein, and a card displaying a message for a user using a commodity.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
In the commodity package of the present invention, the main body box and the insertion window which is transparent and not adhered to the main body are configured, and the accessory is attached to the insertion window and then provided in the main body, whereby the accessory can be efficiently provided inside the main body. Further, by devising the shape of the notch for attaching accessories to the insertion window, it is possible to prevent the accessories from falling, eliminate the sense of incongruity of the portion of the accessory exposed to the outside of the box, and make the installation work to the box efficient.
That is, since the plurality of cuts having a shape protruding inward are formed in the portion of the insertion window that closes the opening of the package main body, the attachment is held by the insertion window from the inside of the package main body by inserting the edge portion thereof into the cuts, and therefore, the portion of the attachment exposed from the cuts to the outside of the insertion window becomes the edge portion thereof. That is, in the case where a linear slit is formed in the receptacle as in the related art and a part of the accessory is inserted and held therein, the insertion is required to be a corner portion of the accessory, whereas if a convex-shaped slit is used, the insertion may be an edge portion of the accessory. Thus, if the edge of the accessory is exposed from the cutout to the outside of the window, the exposed portion can be prevented from touching the hand of the user or the like to cause discomfort or being an obstacle to the task of inserting the window.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a three-dimensional shape of a product package 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawing, the commodity package 1 includes, for example, a box-shaped package body 3 that houses 2 commodities 2, a receptacle 4 that is inserted into the package body 3 with a portion thereof along an inner surface of a front side plate 3a of the package body 3, and a thin accessory 5 that is held in the receptacle 4 with a portion thereof in contact with the inner surface of the receptacle 4.
Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing a state before the assembly of the product package 1 by disassembling the elements 3 to 5. The details of the elements 3 to 5 and the assembly of the product package 1 will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2. The package body 3 is formed of, for example, thick paper or thin synthetic resin sheet. The packaging body 3 has a front side plate 3a, a rear side plate 3b, a left side plate 3c, and a right side plate 3d, which are front, rear, left, and right side plates, a bottom plate 3e, and cover plates 3f, 3g, 3h, and 3i which constitute a lid portion on the upper portion of the packaging body 3, and is box-shaped in an assembled state.
The front plate 3a, the rear plate 3b, the left plate 3c, and the right plate 3d are tapered from top to bottom. Here, "upper" and "lower" are defined such that the bottom plate 3e side is defined as "lower" and the opposite side of the bottom plate 3e is defined as "upper" regardless of the posture of the package body 3. By providing the front side plate 3a, the rear side plate 3b, the left side plate 3c, and the right side plate 3d with the tapered shapes as described above, the entire packaging body 3 in the assembled state is also tapered in the same manner. Such a tapered packaging body 3 can give a good impression to a user of the storage of the product 2 in the packaging body 3 when, for example, the outer shape of the product 2 is tapered.
The cover plates 3f, 3g, 3h, and 3i are continuous with the upper ends of the front plate 3a, the rear plate 3b, the left plate 3c, and the right plate 3d, respectively, via bent portions. These lid plates 3f, 3g, 3h, and 3i are in an open-lid state in which the upper portions of the package main bodies 3 are opened, as shown in fig. 2, without being combined with each other. The lid plates 3f, 3g, 3h, and 3i are similar to a general paper box, and for example, the lid plates 3h and 3i are folded inward, the lid plate 3g is folded inward so as to cover the lid plates, the lid plate 3f is folded inward so as to cover the lid plates, and the insertion portion 3j at the tip end of the lid plate 3f is inserted into the slit 3k of the lid plate 3g, whereby the upper portion of the package body 3 is closed.
The folding of the cover plates 3f, 3g, 3h, and 3i is performed substantially at right angles to the front plate 3a, the rear plate 3b, the left plate 3c, and the right plate 3d continuous to the respective cover plates. Here, a notch 3m is provided in the rear side plate 3b, and the notch 3m is used to hang the packaging body 3 on, for example, a wall surface of a commodity store or a display shelf (neither shown).
Although not shown in particular detail, the bottom plate 3e is generally formed by folding and combining portions continuous with the front plate 3a, the rear plate 3b, the left plate 3c, and the right plate 3d, in the same manner as the cover plates 3f, 3g, 3h, and 3 i. However, the bottom plate 3e may have another structure.
In addition, an opening 3n is provided in a part of the side plate. More specifically, the opening 3n is formed in a part of the front plate 3a, the left plate 3c, and the right plate 3 d. In the front side plate 3a, an opening 3n is formed in a portion between the upper end portion and the lower end portion to a certain extent in order to ensure the strength of the assembled package main body 3. The opening 3n extends further outward from the above-described portion of the front side plate 3a to a part of the left side plate 3c and the right side plate 3 d. The commodity 2 accommodated in the package body 3 can be observed from the outside through the opening 3 n.
In the package body 3, a relatively thin insertion window 4 formed using a transparent member such as a vinyl chloride sheet is disposed. The insert window 4 is housed in the package body 3 by inserting a lid portion including the lid plates 3f, 3g, 3h, and 3i into the package body 3 from above and downward through the space between the lid plates 3f, 3g, 3h, and 3i in an open state as shown in fig. 2.
The insertion window 4 has 3 portions that are in contact with the inner surfaces of the front side plate 3a, the left side plate 3c, and the right side plate 3d of the package body 3, respectively, and has a cross-sectional shape of "コ" when viewed in the vertical direction. The 3 portions of the insertion window 4 are formed in a tapered shape closely overlapping the front side plate 3a, the left side plate 3c, and the right side plate 3d of the package body 3, respectively. More specifically, the 3 portions of the insertion window 4 are formed in similar shapes slightly smaller than the front side plate 3a, the left side plate 3c, and the right side plate 3d, respectively.
When the insertion window 4 having the above-described shape is housed inside the package body 3, which is originally easily deformed due to the opening 3n, is reinforced by the insertion window 4, and thus such deformation can be effectively prevented. Further, since the insertion window 4 is formed of a transparent member, even if the insertion window 4 is housed inside the package main body 3, the state in which the commodity 2 can be observed from the outside through the opening 3n can be maintained.
After the receptacle 4 is housed inside the package body 3, the cover plates 3f, 3g, 3h, and 3i are brought into the closed state shown in fig. 1. In addition, normally, after the receptacle 4 is housed in the package body 3 in this manner, the product 2 is housed in the package body 3. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the product 2 may be accommodated in the package body 3, and then the receptacle 4 may be accommodated in the package body 3.
When the receptacle 4 is housed in the package body 3 as described above, the opening 3n of the package body 3 is closed by the receptacle 4. Therefore, the commodity 2 does not protrude outside the package body 3 through the opening 3 n.
In the present embodiment, as described above, the front side plate 3a, the rear side plate 3b, the left side plate 3c, and the right side plate 3d of the package body 3 are each tapered from the top to the bottom. In the insertion window 4, 3 portions that come into contact with the front side plate 3a, the left side plate 3c, and the right side plate 3d of the package body 3 are also tapered in accordance with the shape of each side plate. Therefore, when inserting the insertion window 4 into the package main body 3 from the upper portion thereof, the two are less likely to interfere with each other, and the work of inserting the insertion window 4 is facilitated.
The attachment 5 is held in the window 4 and has a thin rectangular shape. The accessory 5 is, for example, a bag containing a cosmetic product. In the present embodiment, the product 2 contained in the package body 3 is, for example, a cosmetic, and the bag body is a sample of the cosmetic. That is, a bag body in which the same trial cosmetic as the cosmetic stored in the product 2 or a related cosmetic different from the cosmetic stored in the product 2 is packed is used as the accessory 5. The bag is basically a bag obtained by laminating 2 sheets of aluminum sheet, synthetic resin film, or the like, with the contents disposed therebetween, and by bonding the peripheral edges of the sheets by welding or the like.
The accessories 5 are held from the inside of the packaging body 3 on the front surface of the insertion window 4, that is, on the portion that contacts the front side plate 3a of the packaging body 3. The accessory 5 may be held before the insertion window 4 is inserted into the package main body 3 or after the insertion. The accessory 5 is held in detail as follows. As also shown in fig. 3, a plurality of cutouts 4a are formed in the portion of the insertion window 4 that contacts the front side plate 3 a. In the present embodiment, as an example, 4 slits 4a are formed, and each of these slits 4a is formed in a shape having a curved portion protruding inward. More specifically, the curved portion is generally in a shape called a mountain shape, a tongue shape, or the like. Here, the above-mentioned "projecting inward" means projecting toward the center side of the window 4 from the outer edge portion of the window 4 closing the opening 3 n.
The accessories 5 are held by the insertion windows 4 by inserting the edge portions 5a of the accessories from the inside of the package main body 3 into the portions of the 4 cutouts 4a of the insertion windows 4. Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the state of the receptacle 4 holding the accessory 5 as viewed from the right side plate 3d side of the package main body 3. In fig. 4, the thickness of the insertion window 4 and the accessories 5 is exaggeratedly shown, and therefore, the notch 4a of the insertion window 4 is largely shown projecting toward the commodity 2 side. However, in practice, the thickness of the receptacle 4 and the accessory 5 is sufficiently smaller than the size of the notch 4a, and therefore the notch 4a does not protrude to the extent shown in the drawing.
When the accessory 5 is held in the insertion window 4 as described above, as shown in fig. 2, the portion of the accessory 5 exposed to the outside of the insertion window 4 becomes the edge portion 5a thereof. In this way, in a state where the linear edge portion 5a is exposed to the outside of the insertion window 4, unlike the case where the four corner portions of the accessory 5 are exposed, it is possible to prevent the exposed portion of the accessory 5 from hitting the hand of the user or the like to cause discomfort or being an obstacle to the work of inserting the insertion window 4 into the package main body 3.
The number of the plurality of notches 4a formed in the window 4 is not limited to 4 in the present embodiment. That is, the number of the slits 4a may be 2 or 3. However, the number of the notches 4a is preferably 3 or 4 in order to prevent the retained accessories 5 from coming off the notches 4a and falling off, and particularly preferably 4 in the case where the accessories 5 are square.
The shape of the notch 4a projecting inward is not limited to the shape in the present embodiment. That is, the notch 4a may be formed in a triangular shape or the like protruding inward, for example. Even if the notch 4a has such a shape, the portion of the accessory 5 exposed to the outside of the insertion window 4 becomes the edge portion 5a as shown in fig. 2. Therefore, in this case as well, as in the case of the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the exposed portion of the accessory 5 from hitting the hand of the user or the like and giving a sense of incongruity or being an obstacle to the work of inserting the window 4 into the package main body 3.
The number of accessories held in the receptacle 4 is not limited to 1, and a plurality of accessories may be held. Fig. 5 shows an embodiment in which a plurality of accessories are held in this manner, and here, the other accessory 6 is held in the receptacle 4 together with the accessory 5 described above. In this example, the other accessory 6 is a card on which a message to the user using the product 2 is displayed. The message is, for example, a descriptive text relating to the use of the article 2, an advertisement text relating to the article 2 or another article associated with the article 2, or the like. In the example of fig. 5, the accessory 6 as such a card is disposed on the front side of the accessory 5, but the accessories 5 and 6 may be disposed in the reverse order.
Further, the shape of the accessories is not limited to the quadrangle in the above-described embodiment. For example, as shown in fig. 6, a substantially circular attachment 15 may be retained. The accessories 15 of this example are elliptical in more detail, but accessories having a perfect circle, an oblong, a shape obtained by combining these, or the like may be applied. The shape of the accessory may be a polygonal shape other than a quadrangle.
For reference, fig. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 show a front view, a rear view, a left side view, a right side view, a top view, and a bottom view of the assembled product package 1, respectively, as seen to particularly clearly show a main portion (a portion where 4 slits 4a are provided) of the receptacle 4. Fig. 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 show a front view, a rear view, a left side view, a right side view, a top view and a bottom view of the assembled product package 1, in which the entire receptacle 4 is particularly clearly shown. Fig. 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 show a front view, a rear view, a left side view, a right side view, a plan view and a bottom view of the assembled product package 1, respectively. Fig. 25 is a perspective view showing the outer appearance of the product package 1 containing the product as it is (that is, a hidden portion is not shown by a broken line), fig. 26 is an expanded view of the package main body 3, and fig. 27 is an expanded view of the insertion window 4.
