The server is in communication connection with the mobile terminal and the video terminal to perform information interaction, and the server can be a server, such as a rack server, a blade server, a tower server or a cabinet server, or a server cluster consisting of a plurality of servers, or a cloud computing service center. The video terminal is in communication connection with the mobile terminal and the server to perform information interaction, and the video terminal can be a notebook computer, a desktop computer and the like with a two-dimensional code identification function.
It should be noted that the method provided in the embodiment of the present application may be further extended to other suitable network application scenarios, and is not limited to the application environment applied to the local area network shown in fig. 1. In practical applications, the application environment may also include more or fewer mobile terminals, servers and video terminals.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for quickly configuring a video terminal to access a video system, which is applied to a mobile terminal, and the method includes:
step 201, sending the position information of the mobile terminal to a server, so that the server searches video terminals near the mobile terminal according to the position information;
in the embodiment of the invention, when a user needs to deploy a video system, the mobile terminal is positioned through the positioning function of the mobile terminal, the current position of the mobile terminal is sent to the server, and after the server receives the position information of the mobile terminal, the server searches video terminals near the mobile terminal according to the position information of the mobile terminal, wherein the near video terminals are the video terminals in the local area network range of the video system which the user needs to deploy.
In other embodiments, after searching the video terminals, the server queries the configuration information of the corresponding video terminal in the stored configuration information according to the identification of the video terminal, and sends the queried configuration information list to the mobile terminal. The identification mark of the video terminal is used for identifying only one video terminal. The stored configuration information is that when a deployment person deploys the video terminal, the configuration information of the video terminal is uploaded to a server, and after the server receives the configuration information, an identification mark is added to the configuration information and the configuration information is stored.
Step S202, receiving a configuration information list of the video terminal sent by the server.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in step S201, the server searches for video terminals near the mobile terminal according to the location information of the mobile terminal. And sending the configuration information of the corresponding video terminal in the configuration information to the mobile terminal in a list form according to the searched identification mark of the video terminal.
Step S203, extracting the configuration information of the configuration information list, and detecting whether the configuration information is legal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the server obtained in step S202 sends the configuration information list to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal extracts the configuration information in the configuration information list after receiving the configuration information list, and detects the extracted configuration information. Since the configuration information includes information such as a serial number of the video terminal, IP address information, and a gateway, it is necessary to detect whether the format of the configuration information is legal. For example, the serial number of the video terminal must satisfy the serial number composition rule and be composed of 11 digits, and only the serial number satisfying these two conditions is a legal serial number. In this way, it is avoided that the user experience is reduced because the user cannot carry out the video conference when carrying out the video conference due to the wrong configuration.
And step S204, if the configuration information is legal, generating a two-dimensional code picture according to the configuration information in a specific format, and adding a corresponding identification mark, wherein the identification mark is used for identifying the video terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal obtained in step S203 may detect the configuration information, and when it is detected that the configuration information is legal, the mobile terminal generates a two-dimensional code picture from the configuration information according to a specific format, and adds a corresponding identification mark, where the specific format is a format that can be identified by a video terminal, and the identification mark is used to identify only one video terminal.
Step S205, sending the two-dimensional code picture to a corresponding video terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in step S204, the mobile terminal generates a two-dimensional code picture according to the configuration information in a format that can be recognized by the video terminal, and adds a corresponding recognition identifier. And when the video terminal is accessed into the video system after receiving the two-dimension code picture, the video terminal opens the two-dimension code picture identification function and scans the two-dimension code picture. After the two-dimension code picture is scanned, matching the identification mark in the two-dimension code picture with a preset identification mark of a video signal terminal, and if the identification mark in the two-dimension code picture is matched with the preset identification mark of the video signal terminal, extracting the configuration information in the two-dimension code picture. And configuring the extracted configuration information to the video terminal so that the video terminal can establish communication connection with a video conference server of the video system through the configured configuration information, thereby realizing the access of the video terminal to the video system.
The embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the position information of the mobile terminal is sent to the server through the mobile terminal, so that the server searches the video terminal near the mobile terminal according to the position information, the configuration information list of the video terminal is sent to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal receives the configuration information list, the configuration information is taken out from the list, the two-dimensional code picture generation is carried out on the configuration information, the corresponding identification mark is added, the two-dimensional code picture is sent to the video terminal, so that the video terminal identifies and extracts the configuration information, and the communication connection is established with the video system according to the configuration information. When the video terminal is accessed into the video system, the video system can be accessed quickly, conveniently and efficiently without complex manual configuration and extra hardware cost, so that the difficulty of accessing the video system by the video terminal is greatly reduced.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for quickly configuring a video terminal to access a video system, which is applied to a server, and the method includes:

Step S502, if the configuration information is correct, the configuration information is configured to the video terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in step S501, the video terminal displays the configuration information extracted from the two-dimensional code picture to the user for confirmation, and the user configures the configuration information to the video terminal after confirming that the configuration information is correct.
Step S405, establishing communication connection with the video system according to the configuration information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the configuration information confirmed by the user in step S502 is allocated to the video terminal, so that the video terminal and the video system establish a communication connection.
In other embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, the video terminal establishes a communication connection with the video system specifically
Step S503, the video terminal establishes communication connection with the video conference server of the video system according to the configured configuration information.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the user configures the configuration information without errors to the video terminal, the video terminal establishes communication connection with a video conference server in the video system through the configuration information, thereby realizing the access of the video terminal to the video system.
The method and the device have the advantages that when the deployment personnel deploy the video terminal, the configuration information of the video terminal is sent to the server, and the service adds the identification mark to the received configuration information and stores the configuration information. When a user needs to deploy a video system, the user sends the position of a mobile terminal to a server through the mobile terminal, the server searches video terminals near the mobile terminal according to the position information of the mobile terminal and sends the configuration information of the mobile terminal to the mobile terminal, after the mobile terminal receives the configuration information, the configuration information is subjected to two-dimensional code picture generation according to a format which can be identified by the video terminal, corresponding identification marks are added, and then the two-dimensional code is sent to the video terminal. And after receiving the two-dimension code, the video terminal opens an identification function and identifies the two-dimension code picture, extracts configuration information in the two-dimension code picture, and configures the configuration information to a video system so as to establish communication connection between the video terminal and the video system.
