技术领域
本发明涉及插座技术领域,尤其涉及一种电动车充电插座盒。
背景技术
插座,又称电源插座、开关插座。插座是指有一个或一个以上电路接线可插入的座,通过它可插入各种接线。这样便于与其他电路接通。通过线路与铜件之间的连接与断开,来达到最终达到该部分电路的接通与断开。
现有的插座种类繁多,其中,可分为家用式插座和外用式插座这两种,而一般的家用式插座多是用于屋内电器供电充电使用,外用式插座则一般用于电动车等用电设备供电充电使用。
现有的外用式插座,特别是商用型插座,其结构设计较为简单,无法很好的进行商业使用,如与使用者的交互不强、触发反馈较慢、内部结构设计不合理、存在安全隐患等情况,不利于进行大面积推广使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种内部结构设计合理,触发反馈较快、不存在安全隐患,且与使用者的交互更强,利于进行大面积推广使用的电动车充电插座盒。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种电动车充电插座盒,包括有插座安装盒,及安装于插座安装盒内充电插座,所述插座安装盒包括有盒体,及安装于盒体上的盖体,及安装于盒体内的充电插座,及安装于盒体内的、与充电插座电性连接的PCB板,所述PCB板上设有主控模块,所述主控模块分别连有通讯模块、刷卡模块、环境温度传感器、端口温度传感器、存储芯片、语音模块和继电器,所述充电插座包括有第一壳体,及安装于第一壳体内的、具有插孔的第二壳体,及安装于第二壳体内的、覆盖于插孔外的挡块机构,所述第二壳体顶部开有第一通孔,所述第一通孔对应第二壳体的侧边处设有第一限位柱,所述挡块机构上设有与第一限位柱相对准的第二限位柱,所述第一限位柱与第二限位柱之间卡入有弹簧,所述挡块机构对应第一通孔处设有与第一通孔口径相适配的凸头,所述挡块机构对应第二壳体的插孔处设有斜挡体,所述斜挡体的倾斜方向与第二限位柱的凸出方向相反。
作为优选,所述盒体内开有插座安装槽和指示灯安装槽,所述充电插座采用螺钉固定于插座安装槽内,所述指示灯安装槽内卡入有指示灯,所述盒体内设有电路板安装柱,所述PCB板对应插座安装槽处设有开口、且对应指示灯安装槽处与指示灯相抵靠,所述PCB板经由电路板安装柱贯穿、并采用螺栓固定于盒体内。
进一步的,所述盒体的正面处设有二维码扫描区和IC卡感应区,所述插座安装槽和充电插座皆设有两组、且分别沿二维码扫描区和IC卡感应区两侧呈对称设置,所述指示灯安装槽设有三个、分别位于两个插座安装槽上方及IC卡感应区内,所述指示灯与PCB板电性连接,所述PCB板对应IC卡感应区处设有感应模块。
进一步的,所述盒体内还设有喇叭安装槽,所述喇叭安装槽内卡入有喇叭,所述喇叭安装槽设置于插座安装槽的一侧,所述喇叭与PCB板电性连接,所述盖体分别与电路板安装柱和盒体之间采用螺栓连接。
更进一步的,所述盒体外部套入有挡雨罩,所述盒体背部设有安装板,所述挡雨罩对应安装板处设有缺口,所述安装板、盖体和电路板安装柱之间采用同一螺栓固定。
作为优选,所述第一壳体与第二壳体之间采用卡持连接,所述第二壳体上的插孔包括有三相插孔和两相插孔,所述三相插孔的接地孔与两相插孔呈平行设置,所述挡块机构对应三相插孔的火线孔与零线孔处设有平挡体,所述斜挡体与平挡体为一体成型设置,所述斜挡体覆盖于两相插孔外表面。
进一步的,所述第一壳体对应第一通孔的一侧开有缺口,所述第二壳体卡入于缺口内,所述缺口对应第一通孔处开有与第一通孔连通的第二通孔。

本发明的有益效果是:
通过插座安装槽和指示灯安装槽的设计,通过指示灯对插座状态进行表示,方便使用者了解插座是否通电启用,另外采用了电路板安装柱进行PCB板的安装固定,使PCB板一方面可以抵住指示灯,并进行控制和供电,另一方面可以卡在充电插座外周,通过插头插入充电插座后,充电插座对PCB板进行插入反馈,PCB板接收到反馈信号实现相应内部电路程序的启动,相比于现有的商用型插座,其内部结构设计更为合理,且与使用者的交互性更强,更利于大面积推广使用,另外,通过第一限位柱与第二限位柱,配合在第一限位柱与第二限位柱之间卡入的弹簧,使挡块机构与第二壳体形成抵靠结构,经由弹簧进行支撑,在插头插入第二壳体上的插孔中时会抵住斜挡体,而由于斜挡体的倾斜方向与第二限位柱的凸出方向相反,在推动斜挡体时,会使斜挡体向第二限位柱的凸出方向推动,从而使第二壳体上的插孔暴露,以便于插头的插入,同时,斜挡体的移动也会带动凸头的一并移动,从而实现物理性的插入反馈功能。

参阅图1、2、9所示,一种电动车充电插座盒,包括有盒体1,及安装于盒体1上的盖体2,及安装于盒体1内的充电插座3,及安装于盒体1内的、与充电插座3电性连接的PCB板4,所述盒体1内开有插座安装槽11和指示灯安装槽12,所述充电插座3采用螺钉固定于插座安装槽11内,所述指示灯安装槽12内卡入有指示灯5,所述盒体1内设有电路板安装柱13,所述PCB板4对应插座安装槽11处设有开口41、且对应指示灯安装槽12处与指示灯5相抵靠,所述PCB板4经由电路板安装柱13贯穿、并采用螺栓固定于盒体1内。
参阅图1、4所示,所述盒体1的正面处设有二维码扫描区14和IC卡感应区15,既可以通过二维码扫描使插座通电,也可以通过IC卡感应使插座通电,所述插座安装槽11和充电插座3皆设有两组、且分别沿二维码扫描区14和IC卡感应区15两侧呈对称设置,所述指示灯安装槽12设有三个、分别位于两个插座安装槽11上方及IC卡感应区15内,所述指示灯5与PCB板4电性连接,在插头插入后,通过插头对PCB板4的反馈,控制对应的指示灯5变色,而位于IC卡感应区15内的指示灯5则用于整体插座的电源通断反馈,所述PCB板4对应IC卡感应区15处设有感应模块,感应模块用于反馈IC卡信息,从而进行插座的供电。
参阅图3所示,所述盒体1内还设有喇叭安装槽16,所述喇叭安装槽16内卡入有喇叭17,喇叭17在插座进行商用时进行反馈,如在IC卡刷卡式进行声音反馈,以及二维码扫码式进行声音反馈,或者在插头插入或拔出时进行声音反馈,所述喇叭安装槽16设置于插座安装槽11的一侧,所述喇叭17与PCB板4电性连接,在PCB板4接收到相应信息时触发喇叭17发出声音反馈,如通过二维码接收到无线信息、通过感应模块接收IC卡数据信息、通过插头插入接收进行触发。
参阅图2、5所示,所述盖体2分别与电路板安装柱13和盒体1之间采用螺栓连接,通过螺栓进行固定,也可采用其他具有等同效果的固定方式,所述盒体1对应插座安装槽11处设有三相插孔和两相插孔,对应三相插头和两相插头,所述盒体1外部套入有挡雨罩6,所述盒体1背部设有安装板7,所述挡雨罩6对应安装板7处设有缺口61,所述安装板7、盖体2和电路板安装柱13之间采用同一螺栓固定,挡雨罩6为透明设置,挡雨罩6与盒体1背部的安装板7形成卡持结构,通过安装板7固定在墙面,通过墙面与盒体1背部实现卡持固定。
参阅图6-8,所采用的充电插座3包括有第一壳体31,及安装于第一壳体31内的、具有插孔的第二壳体32,及安装于第二壳体32内的、覆盖于插孔外的挡块机构33,所述第二壳体32顶部开有第一通孔321,所述第一通孔321对应第二壳体32的侧边处设有第一限位柱322,所述挡块机构33上设有与第一限位柱322相对准的第二限位柱331,所述第一限位柱322与第二限位柱331之间卡入有弹簧332,所述挡块机构33对应第一通孔321处设有与第一通孔321口径相适配的凸头333,所述挡块机构33对应第二壳体32的插孔处设有斜挡体334,所述斜挡体334的倾斜方向与第二限位柱331的凸出方向相反。
参阅图7,所述第一壳体31与第二壳体32之间采用卡持连接,第二壳体32的口径小于第一壳体31、并卡入在第一壳体31内形成卡持结构,所述第二壳体32上的插孔包括有三相插孔323和两相插孔324,分别用于三相插头和两项插头,所述三相插孔323的接地孔与两相插孔324呈平行设置,最大化的利用空间分布,所述挡块机构33对应三相插孔323的火线孔与零线孔处设有平挡体335,平挡体335用于覆盖三相插孔323的火线孔与零线孔,避免外部灰尘杂物进入。
参阅图7-8,所述斜挡体334与平挡体335为一体成型设置,采用一体成型结构组成,也可采用其他具有等同效果的固定结构组成,所述斜挡体334覆盖于两相插孔324外表面,斜挡体334位于侧边处,便于插头插入时受力滑出,所述第一壳体31对应第一通孔321的一侧开有缺口311,所述第二壳体32卡入于缺口311内,缺口311处用于卡住第二壳体32,所述缺口311对应第一通孔321处开有与第一通孔321连通的第二通孔312,第一通孔321与第二通孔312配合呈一大型通孔,以便于凸头333的推出。
通过弹簧332结构进行第一限位柱322与第二限位柱331之间的支撑,再配合斜挡体334的设计,在插头插入插座后会推动斜挡体334移动,从而使弹簧332压缩,并使凸头333推出第一通孔321,在配合在第一壳体31外部设置相应的触发机构,即可在凸头333推出后,经由凸头333接触实现触发反馈。
参阅图9-16所示,所述PCB板4上设有经由插座模块触发的主控模块,及与主控模块连接、并与二维码扫描区14和IC卡感应区15对应的通讯模块和刷卡模块,及设置在插座安装盒内、并与主控模块连接的环境温度传感器和端口温度传感器,及设置在PCB板4上、并与主控模块连接的存储芯片、语音模块和继电器。
所述通讯模块无线连接有云服务器,二维码扫描区14内的二维码图像数据存储于云服务器内,通过扫描二维码可连接云服务器从而将数据信息传输至通讯模块,从而控制与主控模块连接的语音模块进行启动,并控制插座模块进行通电。
所述通讯模块和刷卡模块皆设置在PCB板4上,刷卡模块感应IC卡信息反馈至主控模块,IC卡包括有非接触式IC卡和接触式IC卡,所述PCB板4上还设有用于PCB板4供电的电源模块,电源模块用于整体插座系统的供电,所述PCB板4上还设有电源及电流采样模块,进行电源和电流的采样,所述PCB板4上还设有电源过零检测电路和负载过零检测电路,进行电源和负载的过零检测,其中,所述的环境温度传感器采用紧贴外壳设计,所述的端口温度传感器采用安装在充电插座3内设计。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过插座安装槽和指示灯安装槽的设计,通过指示灯对插座状态进行表示,方便使用者了解插座是否通电启用,另外采用了电路板安装柱进行PCB板的安装固定,使PCB板一方面可以抵住指示灯,并进行控制和供电,另一方面可以卡在充电插座外周,通过插头插入充电插座后,充电插座对PCB板进行插入反馈,PCB板接收到反馈信号实现相应内部电路程序的启动,相比于现有的商用型插座,其内部结构设计更为合理,且与使用者的交互性更强,更利于大面积推广使用,另外,通过第一限位柱与第二限位柱,配合在第一限位柱与第二限位柱之间卡入的弹簧,使挡块机构与第二壳体形成抵靠结构,经由弹簧进行支撑,在插头插入第二壳体上的插孔中时会抵住斜挡体,而由于斜挡体的倾斜方向与第二限位柱的凸出方向相反,在推动斜挡体时,会使斜挡体向第二限位柱的凸出方向推动,从而使第二壳体上的插孔暴露,以便于插头的插入,同时,斜挡体的移动也会带动凸头的一并移动,从而实现物理性的插入反馈功能。

Claims (8)

1.一种电动车充电插座盒,包括有插座安装盒,及安装于插座安装盒内充电插座,其特征在于:所述插座安装盒包括有盒体,及安装于盒体上的盖体,及安装于盒体内的充电插座,及安装于盒体内的、与充电插座电性连接的PCB板,所述PCB板上设有主控模块,所述主控模块分别连有通讯模块、刷卡模块、环境温度传感器、端口温度传感器、存储芯片、语音模块和继电器,所述充电插座包括有第一壳体,及安装于第一壳体内的、具有插孔的第二壳体,及安装于第二壳体内的、覆盖于插孔外的挡块机构,所述第二壳体顶部开有第一通孔,所述第一通孔对应第二壳体的侧边处设有第一限位柱,所述挡块机构上设有与第一限位柱相对准的第二限位柱,所述第一限位柱与第二限位柱之间卡入有弹簧,所述挡块机构对应第一通孔处设有与第一通孔口径相适配的凸头,所述挡块机构对应第二壳体的插孔处设有斜挡体,所述斜挡体的倾斜方向与第二限位柱的凸出方向相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车充电插座盒,其特征在于:所述盒体内开有插座安装槽和指示灯安装槽,所述充电插座采用螺钉固定于插座安装槽内,所述指示灯安装槽内卡入有指示灯,所述盒体内设有电路板安装柱,所述PCB板对应插座安装槽处设有开口、且对应指示灯安装槽处与指示灯相抵靠,所述PCB板经由电路板安装柱贯穿、并采用螺栓固定于盒体内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电动车充电插座盒,其特征在于:所述盒体的正面处设有二维码扫描区和IC卡感应区,所述插座安装槽和充电插座皆设有两组、且分别沿二维码扫描区和IC卡感应区两侧呈对称设置,所述指示灯安装槽设有三个、分别位于两个插座安装槽上方及IC卡感应区内,所述指示灯与PCB板电性连接,所述PCB板对应IC卡感应区处设有感应模块。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种电动车充电插座盒,其特征在于:所述盒体内还设有喇叭安装槽,所述喇叭安装槽内卡入有喇叭,所述喇叭安装槽设置于插座安装槽的一侧,所述喇叭与PCB板电性连接,所述盖体分别与电路板安装柱和盒体之间采用螺栓连接。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的一种电动车充电插座盒,其特征在于:所述盒体外部套入有挡雨罩,所述盒体背部设有安装板,所述挡雨罩对应安装板处设有缺口,所述安装板、盖体和电路板安装柱之间采用同一螺栓固定。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种电动车充电插座盒,其特征在于:所述第一壳体与第二壳体之间采用卡持连接,所述第二壳体上的插孔包括有三相插孔和两相插孔,所述三相插孔的接地孔与两相插孔呈平行设置,所述挡块机构对应三相插孔的火线孔与零线孔处设有平挡体,所述斜挡体与平挡体为一体成型设置,所述斜挡体覆盖于两相插孔外表面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种电动车充电插座盒,其特征在于:所述第一壳体对应第一通孔的一侧开有缺口,所述第二壳体卡入于缺口内,所述缺口对应第一通孔处开有与第一通孔连通的第二通孔。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车充电插座盒,其特征在于:所述通讯模块无线连接有云服务器,所述PCB板上还设有用于PCB板供电的电源模块,所述PCB板上还设有电源及电流采样模块,所述PCB板上还设有电源过零检测电路和负载过零检测电路。
