The invention discloses a load switch configured with a high-standard alignment grounding on-off capacity isolator, which comprises a cabinet body, wherein a plurality of groups of circuit breakers and isolating switches which are matched with each other are arranged in the cabinet body, each circuit breaker comprises a first fixed contact arranged at the lower end, and each isolating switch comprises a movable contact knife mechanism; one end of the movable contact knife mechanism is a rotating end, the other end of the movable contact knife mechanism is provided with a second fixed contact matched with the first fixed contact, and the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact are contacted or separated with each other through the rotation of the movable contact knife mechanism. The invention realizes the requirement of high standard of the circuit device.

As shown in the figure, the load switch provided with the isolator with high standard alignment grounding switching-on and switching-off capacity comprises a cabinet body 1, wherein a plurality of groups of circuit breakers and isolating switches which are matched with each other are arranged in the cabinet body 1, each circuit breaker comprises a first fixed contact 4 arranged at the lower end, and each isolating switch comprises a movable contact knife mechanism 5; one end of the movable contact knife mechanism 5 is a rotating end, the other end of the movable contact knife mechanism is provided with a second fixed contact 2 matched with the first fixed contact 4, and the first fixed contact 4 and the second fixed contact 2 are contacted or separated with each other through rotation of the movable contact knife mechanism 5, so that an isolation switching-on state and an isolation switching-off state are realized.
The movable contact knife mechanism 5 comprises two opposite connecting rods 8, one end of each connecting rod 8 is connected to a mounting seat arranged on the cabinet body and used for mounting the movable contact knife mechanism 5 through a connecting piece 12, the connecting pieces 12 are used as rotating shafts to rotate, and the second fixed contact 2 is attached to the inner side of the other end of each connecting rod 8. In an embodiment of the present invention, the second stationary contact 2 is made of tungsten copper, and the connecting member 12 may be connected by using a pin or a bolt.
In order to improve the voltage resistance of the isolating switch, the movable contact knife mechanism 5 is improved as follows: the gap distance between the second fixed contacts 2 on the two sides is smaller than the size of the first fixed contact 4.
The heat dissipation device comprises a plurality of first cooling fins 10 and second cooling fins 11, wherein the first cooling fins 10 are arranged at the two ends of the connecting rod 8 at equal intervals, and the second cooling fins 11 are arranged at the outer side of the connecting piece 12 at equal intervals. The radiating fin is made of aluminum foil. The first heat sink 10 and the second stationary contact 2 are connected together by sintering, and are tightly combined with each other and are not easy to fall off.
A shield 3 is further provided on the outside of the first heat sink 10 to wrap a portion of the outer surface thereof for equalizing the electric field of the contact springs 14 in the isolator.
In order to drive the movable knife mechanism 5 to rotate, the movable knife mechanism further comprises a transmission mechanism for providing rotating power, the transmission mechanism comprises a transmission connecting piece 13, a transmission arm 14 and a transmission main shaft 6, the transmission connecting piece 13 is fixedly connected with the movable knife mechanism 5, the transmission main shaft 6 is arranged in the cabinet body 1, one end of the transmission arm 14 is connected with the transmission connecting piece 13, and the other end of the transmission arm is connected with the transmission main shaft 6. The transmission connecting piece 13 is of a triangular structure and comprises two fixed point positions connected with the connecting rod 8 and a rotating point position connected with the transmission arm 14.
In the invention, the transmission main shaft 6 penetrates through the cabinet body 1, and the transmission arms 14 in all the isolating switches in the cabinet body 1 are connected with the transmission main shaft 6.
In order to improve the overall strength of the device, the device further comprises a first arc-extinguishing grid device 7 matched with the isolating switch, wherein the first arc-extinguishing grid device 7 is arranged at a grounding position, and a grounded third static contact 9 is arranged on the bottom surface of the first arc-extinguishing grid device. The first arc chute device 7 can realize two states of isolated switching-on and isolated switching-off, and can also realize a grounding state. When the moving contact knife mechanism 5 rotates to the horizontal position, the arc extinguishing function is completed through the mutual clamping of the first arc extinguishing grid device 7 and the first radiating fin 10 at the front end of the moving contact knife mechanism 5.
According to the invention, the minimum electric appliance gaps between phases and to the ground in SF6 gas are larger than or equal to 60mm, the minimum creepage distance is larger than or equal to 120mm, the fracture of the isolating switch is controlled to be about 65mm, the fracture of the grounding switch is controlled to be about 60mm, the closing speed of the load switch is 6m/s, the opening speed of the load switch is 5.5m/s, and the closing speed of the grounding switch is about 6.5 m/s.
The structure of the circuit breaker additionally installed in the cabinet body 1 is as follows: the main structure of the circuit breaker is arranged in a sealed space surrounded by a circuit breaker shell 15 arranged inside the cabinet body 1, and a second arc-extinguishing grid device 16 is arranged outside the circuit breaker shell 15.
