The heat dissipation device comprises a plurality of first cooling fins 10 and second cooling fins 11, wherein the first cooling fins 10 are arranged at the two ends of the connecting rod 8 at equal intervals, and the second cooling fins 11 are arranged at the outer side of the connecting piece 15 at equal intervals.
