Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention, but do not limit the invention to only some, but not all embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating steps of a policy information displaying method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the policy information displaying method according to the embodiment is suitable for visually and efficiently displaying policy information of a customer. The method of the present embodiment may be performed by a server. The method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step 101, acquiring a target family identifier of a target family sent by a client.
The target family identifier may be an Identity Identifier (ID) of the target family, each family in this embodiment has one ID, when the user needs to query policy information, the ID of the family that needs to be queried may be input, the client may obtain the ID of the family input by the user and send the ID of the family input by the user to the server, and the server may obtain the ID of the family sent by the client, where the ID of the family input by the user is the target family identifier.
And 102, acquiring all target policy trees associated with the target family identifications from each policy tree according to the stored association relationship between each family identification and each policy tree taking the policy year as a root node.
The member information related to the family identification is a child node of the root node, and the policy information of the policy year related to the member information is a leaf node of the child node.
The server stores the association relationship between each family identifier and each policy tree taking policy year as root node, and can acquire all target policy trees associated with the target family identifiers from each policy tree according to the association relationship. The policy year is the effective year of the policy. For example, referring to table 1, the association of family identifiers with policy trees is shown in table 1:
Figure BDA0002252490310000041
TABLE 1
If the target family identifier obtained in step 101 is family identifier 1, all target policy trees associated with the target family identifier obtained in this step include policy tree 1, policy tree 2, policy tree 3, and policy tree 4. The policy tree comprises a root node of each policy tree associated with the family identifier, a child node of each member associated with the family identifier, and a leaf node of each policy, wherein the root node of each policy tree associated with the family identifier is the policy year, the member information of each member associated with the member information corresponding to the child node is the child node of the root node, and therefore the policy tree comprises the policy year, the member information of each member of the family, and all policy information of each member. For a clearer introduction of the policy-preserving tree, the policy-preserving tree 1 and the policy-preserving tree 2 are exemplified in table 2, and in table 1, the member in the family identifier 1 includes a member 1 and a member 2, the member information of the member 1 is the member information 1, and the member information of the member 2 is the member information 2. The policy information of the policy associated with the member information 1 includes policy information 1 and policy information 2, the policy year of the policy information 1 is 2017, and the policy year of the policy information 2 is 2018; the policy information of the policy associated with the member information 2 includes policy information 3, policy information 4, and policy information 5, the policy year of the policy information 3 is 2017, and the policy year of the policy information 4 and the policy information 5 is 2018. The policy information of 2017 related to the member information 1 is policy information 1, the policy information of 2018 related to the member information 1 is policy information 2, the policy information of 2017 related to the member information 2 is policy information 3, and the policy information of 2018 related to the member information 2 is policy information 4 and policy information 5, which are specifically referred to as shown in the following table 2:
Figure BDA0002252490310000051
TABLE 2
Referring to table 2 and fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a policy tree according to an embodiment of the present invention. Taking the policy tree 1 as an example, in fig. 2, 2017 is taken as a root node 1, a child node 1 of the root node 1 corresponds to member information 1, a child node 2 of the root node corresponds to member information 2, a leaf node of the child node 1 is policy information 1, and a leaf node of the child node 2 is policy information 3; taking policy tree 2 as an example, in fig. 2, 2018 is taken as root node 2, child node 1 of the root node 2 corresponds to member information 1, child node 2 of the root node corresponds to member information 2, leaf nodes of child node 1 are policy information 2, and leaf nodes of child node 2 are policy information 4 and policy information 4.
It should be noted that the member data of each member includes member identification, member name, family identification, policy identification. The member Identifier may be a Master Data Management (MDM) number, the family Identifier is used to indicate a family to which the member belongs, one policy Identifier corresponds to one policy of the member, the member Data of one member may include a plurality of policy identifiers, the policy Identifier is a Universal Unique Identifier (UUID) randomly generated when the policy tree is generated, and is used as a leaf node of the policy tree and is a Unique Identifier of one policy, and only records and is not displayed to the client. The member information may be a member name included in the member data. The policy information for each policy may include: member identification, policy year, insured person identification, premium, policy number, policy validation date, contract termination date, policy type identification, and the like. The policy number is generated when the policy is signed, and the policy number can be directly read from the database.
Note that, in table 2, only the policy years of 2017 and 2018 are taken as examples for description, and there may be policy trees of more policy years in practical application, and the number of policy trees in this embodiment is not particularly limited.
Referring to fig. 2, if the target family identifier is the family identifier 1, the target policy tree includes the policy tree 1 having the root node of 2017 and the policy tree 2 having the root node of 2018.
And 103, sending at least one target insurance policy tree to the client so that the client displays the at least one target insurance policy tree.
The server can send the policy protection tree 1 and/or the policy protection tree 2 to the client, and the client can display the received target policy protection tree after receiving the policy protection tree sent by the server.
In the policy information display method provided in this embodiment, the target family identifier of the target family sent by the client is obtained, according to the association relationship between each stored family identifier and each policy tree using policy year as a root node, all target policy trees associated with the target family identifier are obtained from each policy tree, and at least one target policy tree is sent to the client, so that the client displays at least one target policy tree. Therefore, the target policy-keeping tree is displayed by the tree diagram, and the display mode is more visual. And after acquiring the target family identifier sent by the client, the server directly acquires all target policy-keeping trees associated with the target family identifier, and does not need to inquire a plurality of data tables to acquire all policy information of the client during each inquiry, so that the inquiry efficiency is improved to a certain extent. Moreover, under the condition that a plurality of members exist in a family, all policy information of each member of the family in a certain year can be queried once, namely all target policy trees associated with the target family identification are directly obtained from each policy tree, and all policy information of each member of the family can be queried without multiple queries, so that the query efficiency can be further improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating steps of another policy information displaying method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method according to the embodiment includes the following steps:
step 301, acquiring a target family identifier of a target family input by a user.
Step 302, determining a target member identifier associated with the target family identifier according to each member identifier associated with the stored family identifier of each family.
Wherein, the member identification is the identification of the member, and the target member identification is the identification of the target member. For example, the identity of member 1 is member identity 1 and the identity of member 2 is member identity 2. The member identifier associated with the family identifier 1 comprises a member identifier 1 and a member identifier 2, and the member identifier associated with the family identifier 2 is a member identifier 3 and a member identifier 4. Referring to table 3, for example, the association between the family identifier and the member identifier is shown in table 3.
Figure BDA0002252490310000071
TABLE 3
In this embodiment, the target family identifier is taken as the family identifier 1, and the target member identifier includes a member identifier 1 and a member identifier 2 for illustration.
Step 303, determining each target policy information associated with each target member identifier according to the association relationship between each member identifier and the policy identifier.
And the target policy information is policy information of the target policy corresponding to the target policy identification. The incidence relation between each member identification and the policy identification can determine the target policy identification associated with the target member identification, and the policy information of the target policy corresponding to the target policy identification can be determined after the target policy identification is determined.
Wherein, according to the association relationship between each member identifier and the policy identifier, determining each target policy information associated with each target member identifier can be realized by the following steps:
and determining each target policy information associated with each target member identification according to the stored association relationship among each member identification, the policy type identification and the policy identification.
For example, referring to table 4, table 4 shows the association relationship among the member identifier, the policy type identifier, and the policy identifier, and table 5 shows the association relationship between the policy type identifier and the policy identifier, where the policy type identifier is used to identify the type of insurance, such as severe illness, accident, etc.:
Figure BDA0002252490310000072
Figure BDA0002252490310000081
TABLE 4
If the target member identifier includes the member identifier 1 and the member identifier 2, it can be known that the target policy identifier associated with the member identifier 1 includes the policy identifier 1 and the policy identifier 2 according to the association relationship among the member identifier, the policy type identifier, and the policy identifier shown in table 4. The target policy identification associated with the member identification 2 includes policy identification 4, policy identification 5, and policy identification 6. Referring to table 2 above, the policy information of the policy corresponding to the policy identifier 1 is policy information 1, the policy information of the policy corresponding to the policy identifier 2 is policy information 2, and so on, each policy identifier corresponds to one policy information. In this embodiment, the family identifier 1 is taken as a target family identifier, and the target member identifier includes a member identifier 1 and a member identifier 2 for example, so that the target policy information associated with the member identifier 1 includes policy information 1 and policy information 2, and the target policy information associated with the member identifier 2 includes policy information 3, policy information 4 and policy information 5.
Step 304, a first target policy year is determined from the target policy years included in each target policy information.
By way of example in step 303 and by way of example in connection with table 2 above, it can be seen that all of the target policy information includes policy information 1, policy information 2, policy information 3, policy information 4, and policy information 5. Target policy years included in policy information 1 and policy information 3 are 2017 years, target policy years included in policy information 2, policy information 4, and policy information 5 are 2018 years, and thus the first target policy year determined from the 5 target policy years is 2017 years and 2018 years.
Step 305, generating a first policy tree with each first target policy year as a first root node.
Target member information associated with the target member identification is a first child node of the first root node, and target policy information associated with the target member identification in the first target policy year is a leaf node of the first child node.
The generated first insurance tree with 2017 as the first root node refers to the insurance tree on the left of the dotted line in fig. 2, and the generated first insurance tree with 2018 as the first root node refers to the insurance tree on the right of the dotted line in fig. 2. The identifier of the first insurance tree may be the same as the target family identifier, and the target insurance tree associated with the target family identifier may be determined according to the target family identifier.
And step 306, storing the association relationship between the target family identification and the first insurance tree, and taking the generated first insurance tree as the target insurance tree.
And 307, sending the at least one target policy tree to the client so that the client displays the at least one target policy tree.
In the policy information presentation method provided in this embodiment, after determining a first target policy year from target policy years included in each piece of target policy information, a first policy tree is directly generated with each first target policy year as a root node, with target member information associated with each target member identifier as a child node of the root node of the first policy tree, and with target policy information associated with the target member identifier in the first target policy year as a leaf node of a child node corresponding to the target member, an association relationship between the target family identifier and the first policy tree is stored, and the generated first policy tree is used as a target policy tree, and at least one target policy tree is sent to the client, so that the client presents at least one target policy tree. Therefore, the policy year, the information of each member of the family and all policy information of each member in the policy year are generated into the policy tree of the policy year and sent to the client for display, so that the policy information of each member of one family can be displayed more visually, and in the prior art, only the policy information of one member can be inquired each time, and if the policy information of all members of one family is to be checked, the policy information needs to be inquired for many times. And if the policy information of one member is more, the problem that all the policy information of the client cannot be displayed even if the policy information is inquired once exists, so that the policy information inquiring efficiency and the policy information displaying efficiency in the prior art are lower. In the embodiment, all policy information of all members of one family in at least one policy year can be displayed in the form of the policy tree by querying once, so that the policy tree display method is more intuitive and improves the query efficiency and display efficiency of the policy information to a certain extent.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating steps of another policy information displaying method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method according to the embodiment includes the following steps:
step 401, acquiring a target family identifier of a target family input by a user.
Step 402, determining a target member identifier associated with the target family identifier according to each member identifier associated with the stored family identifier of each family.
And step 403, determining each target policy information associated with each target member identifier according to the association relationship between each member identifier and the policy identifier.
A second target policy year is determined from the target policy years included in each target policy information, step 404.
The present step is the same as the example in step 304, and the second target policy year in the present step is 2017 and 2018.
And 405, judging whether a second policy tree with a third policy year as a second root node exists in the stored policy trees associated with the target family identifier.
Wherein the third policy year is any one of every second policy year. For example, the third policy year is 2017 or 2018.
If there is no second policy tree with the third policy year as the second root node, go to step 406; if there is a second policy tree with the third policy year as the second root node, step 407 is executed.
If the client sends the target family identifier to the server before, and the server generates the policy tree associated with the target family identifier, the policy tree with the policy year as the root node which is generated before does not need to be regenerated when the client sends the target family identifier to the server next time, and only the child nodes are added on the root node and/or the leaf nodes are added on the child nodes. Moreover, after the policy tree is generated, when the policy tree in the historical years is queried again, the policy tree in the historical years does not need to be regenerated, so that the time for generating the policy tree in the historical years is saved, and the query efficiency is improved. For example, the policy trees of the family a in 2017 and 2018 are searched in 5.2019, when the member of the family a in 6.2019 buys insurance and generates policy, only the policy tree of the family a in 2019 needs to be generated when the policy tree of the family a needs to be queried in 8.2019, but the policy trees of the family a in 2019 already exist in the last query and do not need to be regenerated, and the policy trees of the year 2017, 2018 and 2019 can be returned to the client side, so that the time for generating the policy tree of the historical year is saved, and the query efficiency is improved.
For example, if only policy information of member 3 in family 2 is available, policy information a corresponding to the insurance purchased by member 3 in month 3 of 2017 is generated, and then policy information a is generated, if policy information of the family needs to be queried, the client sends family identifier 2 to the server, the server generates a policy tree with 2017 as a root node, a child node with member information 3 as a root node, and policy information a as a leaf node of the child node, and the generated policy tree refers to the policy tree shown on the left side of the dotted line in fig. 5, where fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of another policy tree provided in the embodiment of the present invention. If policy information B of the member 4 is newly added in the family 2 of month 1 in 2018, the member information of the member 4 is the member information 4, policy information of the family identifier 2 is to be queried in month 3 in 2018, and the server determines that the association relationship between the family identifier 2 and the policy tree shown on the left side of the dotted line in fig. 5 has been stored before, that is, a second policy tree with 2017 as a second root node is generated before, step 407 is executed without regenerating the second policy tree with 2017 as the second root node. Since there is no second policy tree with the second root node in 2018, step 406 is executed to generate a second policy tree with the second root node in 2018.
And 406, generating a second policy tree taking the third policy year as a second root node, and taking the second policy tree as a target policy tree.
And the target member information of each target member is a second child node of the second root node, and the target policy information associated with the target member identifier in the third target policy year is a leaf node of the second child node.
The second root node in 2018 is taken as the second root node, the member information 3 and the member information 4 are child nodes of the second root node, and the policy information in 2018 associated with the member information 3 does not exist, so that the leaf node of the member information 3 does not exist in the second policy tree taking 2018 as the root node, the policy information B is the leaf node of the member information 4, the generated second policy tree taking 2018 as the second root node is shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of another policy tree provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and it can be directly seen from the policy tree on the left of the dotted line in fig. 6 that the member information 3 is not associated with the policy information in 2018. It should be noted that, if policy information C associated with the member information 3 is added in 2018, in 2 months, the policy information C associated with the member information 3 can be seen from the policy tree on the right side of the dotted line in fig. 6, and the policy information C of 2018 is a leaf node of the member information 3. The target policy tree generated after step 406 is performed is, for example, shown as the policy tree to the left of the dotted line or the policy tree to the right of the dotted line in fig. 6.
Step 407, determining whether each target member information corresponds to a second child node of the second policy tree.
If the first target member information in each target member information does not correspond to the second child node of the second policy tree, execute step 408; if the first target member information corresponds to a second child node of the second policy tree, then step 409 is performed.
Because the second policy tree with 2017 as the second root node exists as shown on the left side of the dotted line in fig. 5, the second policy tree with 2017 as the second root node does not need to be regenerated in this step, and it only needs to judge that all the target member information corresponds to the second child node of the second policy tree. Since member information 4 does not correspond to a child node on the policy tree shown in fig. 5, a second child node corresponding to member information 4 may be added by performing step 408. The member information 4 is the first target member information.
And 408, adding a second child node corresponding to the first target member information on the second policy tree, and taking each piece of target policy information associated with the first target member identifier in the third policy year as a leaf node of the added second child node to obtain the target policy tree.
The first target member identification is the identification of a first target member in each target member, and the first target member information is the information of the first target member. For example, the first target member identification is the identification of member 4, and the first target member information is the information of member 4, i.e., member information 4.
It should be noted that the first target member may be any one member of each target member.
Since the policy tree taking 2017 as the root node does not need to be generated, only whether each target member information corresponds to the child nodes on the policy tree taking 2017 as the root node is judged, the speed of adding the child nodes on the root node can be increased to a certain extent, and the target member information of the policy tree taking 2017 as the root node is improved. For example, in this step, only the second child node corresponding to the member information 4 needs to be added to the root node of the policy tree shown in fig. 5. The policy tree shown in fig. 5 is shown as the policy tree to the right of the dotted line in fig. 5 after adding the second child node corresponding to the member information 4. Since the member identifier 4 does not have associated target policy information in 2017, the leaf node of the member identifier 4 does not exist in the policy tree to the right of the dotted line in fig. 5. And if the member identification 4 corresponds to the target policy information in 2017, taking the target policy information corresponding to the member identification 4 in 2017 as a leaf node of the member information 4. Through the steps, the second child node which is not stored in the policy tree can be added to the second root node, and the leaf node of the second child node can be added to the second child node.
Step 409, judging whether each target policy information associated with the first target member identification corresponds to a leaf node of the second policy tree.
If the first target policy information in each target policy information associated with the first target member identifier does not correspond to a leaf node of the second policy tree, then step 410 is executed; if the first target policy information in the target policy information of each target policy associated with the first target member identifier corresponds to a leaf node of the second policy tree, the leaf node corresponding to the first target policy information is not added to the second child node corresponding to the first target member information, and the second policy tree is taken as the target policy tree and step 411 is executed.
And step 410, adding leaf nodes corresponding to the first target policy information on the child nodes corresponding to the first target member information to obtain the target policy tree.
If only the policy information of the member 3 in the family 2 exists, the policy information A corresponding to the insurance bought by the member 3 in the 3 months of 2017 generates the policy information A, and then if the policy information A of the family needs to be inquired, the client sends the family identifier 2 to the server, and the target policy tree sent by the server to the client is the policy tree shown on the left side of the dotted line of fig. 5. If policy information D of the member information 3 is added in 2017 and 8 months, the policy information D needs to be used as a leaf node of the member information 3 when the step is executed. And the second policy keeping tree after the leaf node is added is the target policy keeping tree.
Step 411, sending at least one target policy tree to the client, so that the client displays the at least one target policy tree.
It should be noted that, before sending the at least one target policy tree to the client in step 411, the following steps may also be included:
sequencing all the target policy trees according to the policy year corresponding to the root node in each target policy tree to obtain a sequencing result;
starting from a first target list keeping tree in the sequencing result, selecting at least one target list keeping tree according to the sequence, and taking the selected at least one target list keeping tree as a target list keeping tree sent to a client;
correspondingly, when step 411 is executed, the selected at least one target policy tree may be sent to the client. The selected target policy tree may be policy trees with a preset number, for example, the preset number is 1, the first target policy tree in the sorting result is sent to the client, then the client may send an operation instruction to the server, and the server sends the second target policy tree in the sorting result to the client for display in response to the operation instruction. The number of the target policy trees sent to the client can also be determined according to the number of the target policy trees, for example, when the number of the target policy trees is less than or equal to 5, all the sorted target policy trees can be sent to the client for display in sequence, and when the number of the target policy trees is greater than 5, 3 target policy trees are selected to be sent to the client for display from the first target policy tree in the sorting result.
In this embodiment, by determining whether a second policy tree using the third policy year as the second root node exists in the policy trees associated with the target family identifier, if so, the second policy tree does not need to be regenerated, if a child node and/or a leaf node needs to be added to the second policy tree, only the child node and/or the leaf node is added, and if the child node and/or the leaf node does not need to be added, the target policy tree may be directly sent to the client, thereby further improving the display efficiency of the policy tree.
