Description

Transfer platform, transfer-in or transfer-out acceptance mechanism, computer storage medium and execution method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of transfer payment, in particular to a transfer platform, a transfer-in/out acceptance mechanism, a computer storage medium and an execution method.
Background
At present, the transfer and payment of mobile phone banking and internet banking are realized, and the bank card number is basically used as a main target identifier. For example, the process of transferring money between bank cards by using a bank client is as follows: firstly, a user inputs a username, a card number, a bank and a transfer amount of a transfer party; then, the user verifies through a withdrawal password and/or a mobile phone verification code; then, if the transferred bank successfully verifies the account name and the account number of the payee, the transfer operation is executed; finally, after the transfer is successfully carried out, the bank records the account name and the card number of the transfer party, and the subsequent transfer can be automatically filled in by clicking the record.
However, the scheme of transferring accounts through the bank card number needs the transfer party to manually input the name of the transfer party, the bank card number and the bank to which the transfer party belongs so as to transfer the accounts, and the input steps are too complicated for the transfer party. In addition, the transfer party needs to inform the complete bank card account information (including the card number), which causes a certain privacy disclosure risk.
The Chinese patent 'mobile banking business processing method, device and system' (application number: CN201310389925.5) describes a method and system for transferring accounts by using mobile phone numbers. The specific process is as follows: (1) the user A opens the application of the bank for transferring out the bank card, and inputs the transfer amount and the phone number of the payee; (2) the payment bank freezes the fund of the bank A and sends a search request to the number management platform; (3) the number management platform searches all bank card accounts corresponding to the mobile phone number, replies the search result to a payment bank, and determines a specific target account for transferring accounts by the user A; (4) and if the target agrees to transfer, transferring accounts by using a traditional transfer process according to the target account information. In the prior art, the transfer party selects the transfer account, so that the platform needs to inform the transfer party of the bank account information of the transfer party, and unnecessary privacy disclosure is caused. In addition, the user funds are frozen when the transfer is initiated in this prior art, and thus there is a potential risk of funds.
The above information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person skilled in the art.

The request content comprises: the transfer-in party's mobile phone number, the transfer-in party's name, and the transfer amount.
Next, in step 4, the transfer platform mobile phone number transfer platform finds all mobile phone Pay device IDs associated with the transfer platform according to the mobile phone number (13888888888) of the transfer party (for example, a device with a device ID of SEID1 is bound on the millet Pay platform), and sends a transfer notification to the mobile phone Pay management platform (also called a transfer-in management platform or a transfer-in acceptance mechanism) of all associated devices in step 5, where the notification content includes: the SEID of the associated device and the transfer amount. For example, in one embodiment, the system sends a "100-dollar transfer of a device targeted to SEID 1" message to the millet Pay platform.
In step 6, the transfer-in management platform notifies the mobile terminal of SEID1 of the transfer request.
Subsequently, in step 7, the mobile terminal displays the transfer information to the transferring party. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the specific display format may be determined by the manufacturer of the respective mobile phone, and the present invention is not limited thereto. In step 8, the transferor confirms the transfer information via the mobile phone pay wallet, picks the credited bank card (here assumed to be 62 x 6666) and confirms. Next, in step 9, the mobile phone pay wallet of the transfer-in party replies the selected charge card information to the transfer-in management platform. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that when the transferring party has multiple check-in cards, the transferring party may select one of them and confirm it with the transfer acceptance authority. When the transfer party has only one card, the transfer party only needs to confirm to the transfer acceptance mechanism without a selection step. In step 10, the transfer is submitted to the transfer platform by the transfer-in management platform. The information of the account-in card is similar to the format of the information of the roll-out request, and comprises the account ID (example: example2@ test. com) of the roll-in party and the roll-in card Token (example 6200567856785678). And the transfer platform receives the account card information from the transfer management platform and performs TOKEN removing operation on the TOKEN of the transfer party account.
In step 11, the transfer platform submits a real-name inquiry request to the bank to which the posting card belongs, and receives a reply in step 12. In this example, the transfer platform sends a real name inquiry request to the bank to which the card number 62 is 6666, and the bank replies authenticated and privacy-processed cardholder information (e.g. ". three") to the transfer platform. In steps 13 to 15, the transfer platform replies the verified name of the transfer-in cardholder to the transfer-out acceptance mechanism and notifies the transfer-out acceptance mechanism to allow the transfer-out party to perform secondary confirmation. The secondary confirmation information includes the name of the transferee (× three), the money receiving bank card (62 × 5678), and the amount of money transferred (100 yuan).
And the transfer-out party inputs the payment password to complete verification after secondary confirmation according to the verified transfer-in party information. In steps 16 to 18, the roll-out mobile phone Pay wallet submits a secondary confirmation result to the roll-out management platform. Comprises the following steps: com, a roll-out card TOKEN (6200123412341234), a transfer amount (100 yuan), a roll-out card PIN BLOCK, a transaction ciphertext and risk information (On-device Indicator), and after a roll-out management platform carries out risk scoring (low risk), a formal transfer request (which can contain information uploaded by a mobile phone Pay wallet and a risk scoring result) is submitted.
In steps 19 to 22, the transfer platform executes the transfer request and obtains the reply information of the transfer-out bank and the transfer-in bank (for example, the transfer serial number 001, the transfer is successful).
Finally, in step 23, the transfer platform replies the transfer result (transfer serial number 001, transfer success) to the management platforms of the transferring-in and transferring-out parties, and the transfer result is pushed to the user by the management platforms of the transferring-in and transferring-out parties.
In the above embodiment, the transfer party has only one binding record, and the transfer party belong to different mobile phone pay platforms.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that in another embodiment, the transfer-in party and the transfer-out party may belong to the same mobile phone Pay platform, for example, Apple Pay is transferred to Apple Pay. In this embodiment, the forwarding party initiates a request for forwarding, as in step 1 of fig. 5. Then, the transfer-out acceptance mechanism finds the binding information of the transfer-in party on the mobile phone PAY management platform. Because the transfer-in party and the transfer-out party belong to the same mobile phone payment platform, the transfer-out acceptance mechanism selects to inform the transfer-in party by itself, and automatically carries out the subsequent processes of matching the bank card of the transfer-in party and inputting the transfer password by the transfer-out party, and the specific form is not regulated. And then, the roll-out acceptance mechanism sends the card numbers, the transfer amount and relevant verification information (such as passwords and the like) of the transfer parties to the mobile phone number transfer platform. And finally, the mobile phone number transfer platform executes the subsequent fund transfer step.
In yet another embodiment, the transfer-in party's phone number has a cell phone PAY binding record in multiple platforms. At the moment, the mobile phone number transfer platform needs to send matching query requests to a plurality of platforms, and obviously, the transfer platform can select to send the requests to the plurality of platforms at the same time. However, considering that a mobile phone number can only be activated in one mobile phone at the same time, it is obvious that a matching query system with priority is more effective. One possible alternative is proposed here: firstly, a transfer party normally initiates a mobile phone number transfer request; then, the mobile phone number transfer platform finds out the binding records of the same mobile phone number on different platforms in the records; then, the mobile phone number transfer platform sends an inquiry request to an operator to which the mobile phone number belongs, and inquires the ID of the equipment which currently activates the mobile phone number; then, the operator feeds back the equipment ID for activating the mobile phone number to the mobile phone number transfer platform (assuming that the mobile phone is a millet mobile phone); then, the mobile phone number transfer platform searches the device ID in the binding record, and if the device ID exists in the binding record, the transfer platform to which the device belongs is set as a preferred notification platform. And finally, the mobile phone number transfer system independently sends a transfer party matching request to the optimal notification platform for subsequent operation. For example, subsequent operations may remain consistent with corresponding steps in fig. 5.
In another embodiment, the binding records of the transferring party may also include binding records of the same platform as the transferring party (for example, the transferring party is an iphone, and the phone number of the transferring party has binding records on Apple Pay and millet Pay at the same time). The operation can be carried out according to the following flow: firstly, a transfer party normally initiates a mobile phone number transfer request; then, the binding record of the mobile phone number is recorded on the transfer-out acceptance platform, and the self-matching transfer-in party is selected; and if the transfer-out acceptance platform successfully completes the matching process of the transfer-in party, executing the transfer operation according to the flow of the embodiment that the transfer-in party and the transfer-out party belong to the same mobile phone pay platform. Otherwise, the roll-out acceptance platform cannot complete the roll-in party matching process in the platform, and the roll-in party mobile phone number is sent to the mobile phone number transfer platform. Then, the mobile phone number transfer platform searches the binding records of the transfer party in the binding records, and notifies the transfer-in acceptance platform according to a certain priority order. And finally, the transfer platform is transferred to complete the transfer party matching process, and a subsequent fund transfer process is carried out. An example of a priority order may be from top to bottom (1) an acceptance platform that is the same platform as the transferor (if the acceptance platform elects to let the transfer platform handle the transferor match work); (2) the mobile phone number currently activates the acceptance platform to which the terminal belongs.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, apparatus or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of hardware, software, or a combination of hardware and software. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present invention has been described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (platform systems) and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable processing device to produce a sequence of instructions that implement specified operations.
In conclusion, the mobile phone number transfer scheme provided by the invention can reduce the transfer content required to be input by the user, reduce the transfer time and communication cost and improve the transfer efficiency. In addition, the technical scheme of the invention can support transfer among the cross-payment platforms, and the transfer parties do not need to own the account of the same third-party payment provider. In addition, the technical scheme of the invention allows the transfer party to select the account to be checked by himself during the transfer process, and the transfer party does not need to be informed each time, so that the transfer method is convenient and quick. Moreover, because the account is selected by self (protected by the TOKEN technology) instead of informing the transfer party of the real card number, the privacy risk possibly caused by the card number leakage is avoided. Finally, in the technical solution of the present invention, the funds are actually transferred out after the second confirmation, thereby avoiding possible risk of funds to the maximum extent.
The foregoing examples have generally described the transfer platform, transfer-in or transfer-out acceptance mechanism, computer storage medium, and execution method of the present invention.
