To facilitate the user's understanding of settlement-related information for items to be purchased, in some embodiments, the method may further comprise:
generating goods order information based on the respective goods price of the at least one goods;
sending the goods order information to a first display device so that the first display device can output the goods order information; wherein the first display device is disposed in the first predetermined area.
Further, in some embodiments, the settling of the goods according to the respective price of the goods for the at least one goods may include:
identifying the target user entering the first acquisition range to obtain a user identifier;
determining preferential information corresponding to the user identification;
and carrying out goods settlement according to the respective goods price of the at least one goods and the preferential information.
Wherein the settling of the goods according to the price of the respective goods of the at least one goods and the preference information may include:
generating goods settlement information according to the respective goods price and quantity of the at least one goods and the discount information;
and carrying out goods settlement based on the goods settlement information.
The coupon information may be, for example, an electronic coupon, such as a discount coupon and a voucher, etc., and after obtaining a price and a value based on a price of a respective item of the at least one item, a total price of the item may be obtained based on the coupon information, thereby generating item settlement information.
Optionally, based on the item settlement information, the item settlement is performed, and an optional manner may be:
generating a payment link based on the goods settlement information;
and sending settlement prompt information comprising the payment link to a first display device, so that the first display device can output the settlement prompt information.

identifying the target user entering the first acquisition range to obtain a user identifier;
searching a payment account bound by the user identifier;
and deducting corresponding settlement resources from the payment account number based on the goods settlement information.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an information processing system provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the system may include a first acquisition device 201 and a processing device 202 deployed in a first predetermined area of an offline service site;
the first collecting device 201 is used for respectively collecting the goods information of at least one goods within a first collecting range;
the processing device 202 is configured to obtain at least one item information acquired by the first acquisition device; based on the at least one item information, searching for the item price of each item of the at least one item; and carrying out the goods settlement according to the respective goods price of the at least one goods.
As an optional mode, the first collecting device may be an image collecting device, and the goods information refers to a goods image obtained by collecting;
the processing device may identify image features of the at least one item image, respectively, and look up respective corresponding item prices based on the at least one image feature.
As another alternative, the system may further include electronic tags (not shown) configured for respective items in the offline service location;
the first detection device may thus be used in particular to read item information in the electronic tags of at least one item respectively within its first detection range.
In some embodiments, the electronic tag may be an RFID tag.
The first acquisition device may include at least one RFID reader therein.
The at least one RFID reader is used for polling and reading at least one goods located in the first acquisition range;
the obtaining, by the processing device, at least one item information collected by the first collecting device may specifically be:
acquiring the goods information respectively read by the at least one RFID reader;
and respectively reading the obtained goods information by the at least one RFID reader, and combining the goods information to obtain at least one piece of goods information corresponding to the at least one goods.
The first acquisition equipment can comprise a plurality of RFID readers, and a polling reading mode is adopted, so that the condition that some goods are missed to be read can be avoided.
Wherein, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the first acquisition device may comprise two structural components 20 disposed in opposition; the passage area between the two structural parts 20 belongs to the first acquisition range; the at least one RFID reader is distributed among the two structural members 20.
Alternatively, at least two RFID readers whose RFID antenna portions coincide may be provided in each structural component 20.
As shown in fig. 3, a schematic structural view is shown in which the RFID antennas 21 of at least two RFID readers partially overlap in any one of the structural components 20. In fig. 3, the two RFID antennas 21 are respectively represented by a solid line and a dotted line, and by overlapping, most of the reading dead angle of the first acquisition range can be covered, and the identification accuracy is ensured.
In certain embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the system may further include a first display device 203 disposed in the first predetermined area;
the processing device 202 may perform the item settlement according to the respective item price of the at least one item, including:
generating goods settlement information according to the respective goods price and quantity of the at least one goods;
generating a payment link based on the goods settlement information;
sending settlement prompting information including the payment link to a first display device 203, so that the first display device 203 outputs the settlement prompting information; the payment link is used for calling a third party payment system to carry out online payment.
The first display device 203 is used for displaying the settlement prompting information.
As another optional mode, the processing device is further configured to identify a target user entering the first acquisition range, and obtain a user identifier; searching a payment account bound by the user identifier;
the processing device may perform the item settlement according to the respective item price of the at least one item, including:

In certain embodiments, as depicted in fig. 2, the system further comprises a second acquisition device 204 disposed in the first predetermined area;
the second acquisition device 204 is used for performing biological feature acquisition on a target user entering the first acquisition range;
the processing device 202 is further configured to perform biometric identification on the biometric information acquired by the second acquisition device to obtain a first feature identification result; searching for a user identifier corresponding to the first feature recognition result and a payment account bound by the user identifier;
the processing device 202 performs the item settlement according to the respective item price of the at least one item, specifically, generates item settlement information according to the respective item price and quantity of the at least one item; and deducting corresponding settlement resources from the payment account number based on the goods settlement information.
In certain embodiments, the system may further comprise a third collection device 205 deployed in a second predetermined area of the offline service site;
the third acquisition device 205 is configured to perform biometric acquisition on the target user entering a second predetermined area;
the processing device 202 is further configured to perform biometric identification on the biometric information acquired by the third acquisition device to obtain a second feature identification result; receiving a binding request sent by a user side; wherein, the binding request comprises the user identification of the target user; determining a user authentication characteristic corresponding to the user identifier; verifying whether the second feature identification result is the same as the user authentication feature; and if the second characteristic identification result is the same as the user authentication characteristic, establishing an association relation among the second characteristic identification result, the user identification and the payment account bound by the user identification.
In practical applications, the first predetermined area may be a departure area in an offline service location, and the second predetermined area may be an entrance area in the offline service location.
In addition, to further improve the security, as illustrated in fig. 2, the system may further include:
a gate device 206 disposed in the first predetermined area;
the processing device 202 is further configured to control the gate device 206 to open if the at least one item is successfully settled, that is, to leave the release target user after the at least one item is successfully settled.
Of course, in some implementations, the first predetermined area of the offline service site may be provided with an enclosed space within which the first collection device is deployed, the enclosed space constituting the collection range of the first collection device. The target user can place the goods to be purchased in the closed space or carry the goods to be purchased into the closed space, and the goods settlement is realized according to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application.
Optionally, the second capturing device 204 and the first display device 203 may be integrated with the first capturing device 201 into an integrated device, or may be separately provided.
Of course, the second capture device 201 and the first display device 203 may be integrated with the gate device 206 as a unitary device, as shown in fig. 2 and 4.
Of course, the second collecting device 201 and the first displaying device 203 may be integrated into an integrated device, and may be disposed on the gate device 206 or the first collecting device 201, and the like, which is not particularly limited in this application.
Further, in some embodiments, the system may further include a detection device;
the detection device is used for detecting whether a target user exists in the first acquisition range;
the processing device is further configured to send a first acquisition instruction to the first acquisition device if a target user exists in the first acquisition range;
the first acquisition device is specifically configured to respectively acquire item information of at least one item within a first acquisition range thereof in response to the first acquisition device.
The processing device is further configured to send a second acquisition instruction to a second acquisition device if the target user exists within the first acquisition range;
the second acquisition equipment is used for responding to the second acquisition instruction and carrying out biological feature acquisition on the target user entering the first acquisition range.
The processing device may be configured to execute the information processing method according to any of the above embodiments, and specific operations executed by the processing device are described in detail in the above embodiments, which will not be described in detail herein.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, where the apparatus may include:
the information acquisition module 501 is configured to acquire at least one item information acquired by a first acquisition device; wherein the first collection device is deployed in a first predetermined area of an offline service site; the at least one item information is acquired by the first acquisition equipment by respectively acquiring at least one item within a first acquisition range of the first acquisition equipment;

the registration module is used for receiving a binding request sent by a user side; wherein, the binding request comprises the user identification of the target user;
determining a user authentication characteristic corresponding to the user identifier;

verifying whether the second feature identification result is the same as the user authentication feature;

In some embodiments, the information obtaining module may be specifically configured to detect whether a target user exists within the first acquisition range; and if the target user exists in the first acquisition range, controlling the first acquisition equipment to acquire and obtain at least one item information.
In some embodiments, the obtaining of the first feature recognition result by the user recognition module performing biometric recognition on the target user entering the first acquisition range may specifically be:
acquiring biological characteristic information acquired by second acquisition equipment on a target user entering the first acquisition range; wherein the second acquisition device is deployed in the first predetermined area;
and performing biological feature identification on the biological feature information to obtain a first feature identification result.
In some embodiments, the verification processing module performs biometric identification on the target user, and obtaining the second feature identification result may be specifically configured to:
acquiring biological characteristic information acquired by a third acquisition device for a target user entering a second preset area; wherein the third acquisition device is deployed in a second predetermined area in the offline service site;

The information processing apparatus shown in fig. 5 can execute the information processing method shown in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are not described again. The specific manner in which each module and unit of the information processing apparatus in the above embodiments perform operations has been described in detail in the embodiments related to the method, and will not be described in detail here.
In one possible design, the information processing apparatus of the embodiment shown in fig. 5 may be implemented as a processing device, which may include a storage component 601 and a processing component 602 as shown in fig. 6;
the storage component 601 one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are for execution invoked by the processing component 602.
The processing component 602 is configured to:
acquiring at least one item information acquired by first acquisition equipment; wherein the first collection device is deployed in a first predetermined area of an offline service site; the at least one item information is acquired by the first acquisition equipment by respectively acquiring at least one item within a first acquisition range of the first acquisition equipment;
based on the at least one item information, searching for the item price of each item of the at least one item;
and carrying out the goods settlement according to the respective goods price of the at least one goods.
Among other things, the processing component 602 may include one or more processors to execute computer instructions to perform all or some of the steps of the methods described above. Of course, the processing elements may also be implemented as one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components configured to perform the above-described methods.
The storage component 601 is configured to store various types of data to support operations in the processing device. The memory components may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
Of course, the processing device may of course also comprise other components, such as input/output interfaces, communication components, etc.
The input/output interface provides an interface between the processing components and peripheral interface modules, which may be output devices, input devices, etc.
The communication component is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the processing device and other devices, and the like.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by a computer, the information processing method of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 can be implemented.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Claims (29)

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
acquiring at least one item information acquired by first acquisition equipment; wherein the first collection device is deployed in a first predetermined area of an offline service site; the at least one item information is acquired by the first acquisition equipment by respectively acquiring at least one item within a first acquisition range of the first acquisition equipment;
based on the at least one item information, searching for the item price of each item of the at least one item;
and carrying out the goods settlement according to the respective goods price of the at least one goods.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the settling the items according to the respective item price of the at least one item comprises:
generating goods settlement information according to the respective goods price and quantity of the at least one goods;
generating a payment link based on the goods settlement information;
sending settlement prompting information comprising the payment link to first display equipment so that the first display equipment can output the settlement prompting information; the first display device is deployed in the first predetermined area, and the payment link is used for calling a third-party payment system to carry out online payment.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein while determining the at least one item information collected by the first collection device, the method further comprises:
identifying the target user entering the first acquisition range to obtain a user identifier;
searching a payment account bound by the user identifier;
the performing the item settlement according to the respective item price of the at least one item includes:
generating goods settlement information according to the respective goods price and quantity of the at least one goods;
and deducting corresponding settlement resources from the payment account number based on the goods settlement information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the identifying the target user entering the first acquisition range and obtaining the user identification comprises:
performing biological feature recognition on the target user entering the first acquisition range to obtain a first feature recognition result;
and searching the user identification corresponding to the first characteristic recognition result.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein before biometric identification of the target user entering the first acquisition range and obtaining a first biometric identification result, the method further comprises:
receiving a binding request sent by a user side; wherein, the binding request comprises the user identification of the target user;
determining a user authentication characteristic corresponding to the user identifier;
performing biological characteristics on the target user to obtain a second characteristic identification result;
verifying whether the second feature identification result is the same as the user authentication feature;
and if the second characteristic identification result is the same as the user authentication characteristic, establishing an association relation among the second characteristic identification result, the user identification and the payment account bound by the user identification.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
if the second characteristic identification result is different from the user authentication characteristic, sending verification prompt information to the user side; the verification prompt information is used for prompting a target user to input verification data;
judging whether the verification data sent by the user side is wrong or not;
and if the verification data is correct, establishing an association relation among the second characteristic recognition result, the user identification and the payment account number bound by the user identification.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
and if the verification data is correct, updating the user authentication characteristic by using the second characteristic identification result.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein the finding the user identity bound payment account comprises:
searching a user identification corresponding to the first characteristic recognition result;
verifying whether the first feature identification result is the same as the user authentication feature corresponding to the user identifier;
and if the first characteristic identification result is the same as the user authentication characteristic corresponding to the user identification, obtaining the payment account bound by the user identification.
9. The method of claim 5, wherein the binding request is triggered by the user terminal scanning an information carrier in the offline service location to obtain binding hint information.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining at least one item information collected by the first collection device comprises:
detecting whether a target user exists in the first acquisition range;
and if the target user exists in the first acquisition range, controlling the first acquisition equipment to acquire and obtain at least one item information.
11. The method of claim 4, wherein the biometric identification of the target user entering the first acquisition range, and obtaining a first feature identification result comprises:
acquiring biological characteristic information acquired by second acquisition equipment on a target user entering the first acquisition range; wherein the second acquisition device is deployed in the first predetermined area;
and performing biological feature identification on the biological feature information to obtain a first feature identification result.
12. The method of claim 5, wherein the biometric identification of the target user and obtaining a second feature identification result comprises:
acquiring biological characteristic information acquired by a third acquisition device for a target user entering a second preset area; wherein the third acquisition device is deployed in a second predetermined area in the offline service site;
and performing biological feature recognition on the biological feature information to obtain a second feature recognition result.
13. The method of claim 1, wherein the settling the items according to the respective item price of the at least one item comprises:
based on the at least one item information, looking up an item inventory record to determine whether the at least one item has been ex-warehouse;
determining goods which are not delivered from the warehouse in the at least one goods according to the searching result;
carrying out goods settlement according to the goods price of the goods which are not delivered out of the warehouse;
the method further comprises the following steps:
the related information of the settled goods is deleted from the goods inventory record.
14. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the at least one item information is collected by the first collecting device from electronic tags respectively allocated to at least one item within its first collecting range.
15. The method of claim 1, wherein a gate device is deployed in the first predetermined area;
after the settlement of the goods is performed according to the price of the goods which are not delivered from the warehouse in the at least one goods, the method further comprises the following steps:
and if the settlement of the at least one goods is successful, controlling the gate equipment to be opened.
16. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
generating goods order information based on the respective goods price of the at least one goods;
sending the goods order information to a first display device so that the first display device can output the goods order information; wherein the first display device is disposed in the first predetermined area.
17. The method of claim 2, wherein the settling the items according to the respective item price of the at least one item comprises:
identifying the target user entering the first acquisition range to obtain a user identifier;
determining preferential information corresponding to the user identification;
and carrying out goods settlement according to the respective goods price of the at least one goods and the preferential information.
18. An information processing system comprising a first acquisition device deployed in a first predetermined area of an offline service site and a processing device;
the first acquisition equipment is used for respectively acquiring the goods information of at least one goods in a first acquisition range;
the processing equipment is used for acquiring at least one item information acquired by the first acquisition equipment; based on the at least one item information, searching for the item price of each item of the at least one item; and carrying out the goods settlement according to the respective goods price of the at least one goods.
19. The system of claim 18, further comprising an electronic tag for each item configuration in the offline service location;
the first acquisition equipment is specifically used for respectively reading the goods information in the electronic tags of at least one goods within the first acquisition range.
20. The system of claim 19, wherein the first collection device comprises at least one RFID reader; the electronic tag is an RFID tag;
the at least one RFID reader polls and reads at least one item located in the first acquisition range;
the step of acquiring, by the processing device, at least one item information acquired by the first acquisition device is specifically:
and acquiring at least one item information obtained by polling and reading the at least one RFID reader.
21. The system of claim 20, wherein the first collection device comprises two structural members disposed in opposition; the channel area between the two structural components belongs to the first acquisition range; the at least one RFID reader is disposed in a distributed manner in the two structural components.
22. The system of claim 21, wherein at least two RFID readers are provided in each structural component that are partially overlapped by an RFID antenna.
23. The system of claim 18, further comprising a first display device disposed in the first predetermined area;
the processing equipment performs the goods settlement according to the respective goods price of the at least one goods, specifically, the processing equipment generates the goods settlement information according to the respective goods price and quantity of the at least one goods; generating a payment link based on the goods settlement information; sending settlement prompting information including the payment link to the first display device; the payment link is used for calling a third party payment system to carry out online payment;
the first display device is used for displaying the settlement prompt information.
24. The system of claim 18, further comprising a second acquisition device disposed in the first predetermined area;
the second acquisition equipment is used for acquiring biological characteristics of a target user entering the first acquisition range;
the processing equipment is also used for carrying out biological characteristic identification on the biological characteristic information acquired by the second acquisition equipment to acquire a first characteristic identification result; searching for a user identifier corresponding to the first feature recognition result and a payment account bound by the user identifier;

26. The system of claim 18, further comprising a gate device deployed in the first predetermined area;
the processing device is also used for controlling the gate device to be opened if the settlement of the at least one goods is successful.
27. The system of claim 18, further comprising a detection device;
the detection device is used for detecting whether a target user exists in the first acquisition range;
the processing device is further configured to send a first acquisition instruction to the first acquisition device if a target user exists in the first acquisition range;
the first acquisition device is specifically configured to respectively acquire item information of at least one item within a first acquisition range thereof in response to the first acquisition device.
28. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring at least one item information acquired by the first acquisition equipment; wherein the first collection device is deployed in a first predetermined area of an offline service site; the at least one item information is acquired by the first acquisition equipment by respectively acquiring at least one item within a first acquisition range of the first acquisition equipment;
the information searching module is used for searching the respective goods price of the at least one goods based on the at least one goods information;
and the goods settlement module is used for performing goods settlement according to the respective goods price of the at least one goods.
29. A processing device comprising a processing component and a storage component;
the storage component stores one or more computer instructions; the one or more computer instructions to be invoked for execution by the processing component;
the processing component is to:
acquiring at least one item information acquired by first acquisition equipment; wherein the first collection device is deployed in a first predetermined area of an offline service site; the at least one item information is acquired by the first acquisition equipment by respectively acquiring at least one item within a first acquisition range of the first acquisition equipment;
based on the at least one item information, searching for the item price of each item of the at least one item;
and carrying out the goods settlement according to the respective goods price of the at least one goods.
