An instrument integrating gas collection body sampling and cleanliness detection comprises an instrument bottom plate (1), a detection box body (5), a storage battery pack (6), a gas collection box (7), an air inlet fan (13), an installation baffle (15), an air filter (16), an air inlet steering mechanism (17), a detector (27) and an exhaust pipe (31), and is characterized in that the detection box body (5) and the gas collection box (7) are installed on the instrument bottom plate (1) side by side, the storage battery pack (6) is fixedly installed on the instrument bottom plate (1), a motor support (8) is fixedly installed on the gas collection box (7), a fan motor (10) is fixedly installed on the motor support (8), the fan motor (10) is in wired connection with the storage battery pack (6), and an output shaft of the fan motor (10) is connected with a rotating blade of the air inlet fan (13), the air inlet fan (13) is fixedly installed in the air collection box (7), the installation baffle plate (15) is fixedly installed in the air collection box (7) in the vertical direction, one end, facing the air inlet fan (13), of the installation baffle plate (15) is fixedly provided with a filtering box body (14) through a bolt, the air filter (16) is fixedly installed in the air collection box (7) and located on the right side of the installation baffle plate (15), the air inlet steering mechanism (17) is provided with three ports, a first port of the air inlet steering mechanism (17) is connected with an air inlet of the air inlet fan (13), a second port of the air inlet steering mechanism (17) is located in the filtering box body (14), and a third port of the air inlet steering mechanism (17) is located on the right side of the installation baffle plate (15); a sampling air inlet pipe (11) and a sampling air outlet pipe (12) are arranged at the upper end of the gas collection box (7), an air outlet of the sampling air inlet pipe (11) extends into the gas collection box (7) and is positioned on the right side of the air filter (16), and an air inlet of the sampling air outlet pipe (12) extends into the filtering box body (14);
a gas detection purification box (23) is arranged in the detection box body (5), a detection gas inlet pipe (22) is arranged on the detection box body (5), a gas inlet of the detection gas inlet pipe (22) is communicated with a gas outlet of the sampling gas outlet pipe (12) through a pipeline, the gas outlet of the detection gas inlet pipe (22) extends into the gas detection purification box (23), a reagent solution for gas detection is filled in the gas detection purification box (23), a gas outlet pipe (26) is arranged on the gas detection purification box (23), a baffle (24) is fixedly arranged in the gas detection purification box (23), the baffle (24) is positioned between the detection gas inlet pipe (22) and the gas outlet pipe (26), a through hole is formed in the middle of the baffle (24), and a water quality filter screen (25) is arranged on the through hole; the detector (27) is installed in the detection box body (5), the exhaust pipe (31) is arranged on the detection box body (5), and an exhaust valve (32) is arranged on the exhaust pipe (31).

The gas collection body sampling and cleanliness detection integrated instrument according to claim 1, wherein the lower end of the instrument base plate (1) is fixedly provided with four sets of movable casters (2), the four sets of movable casters (2) are respectively positioned at four corners of the instrument base plate, two sets of movable casters (2) positioned at the front end adopt directional wheels, two sets of movable casters (2) positioned at the rear end adopt universal wheels, and the universal wheels are provided with wheel brake sheets.

The gas collection sampling and cleanliness detection integrated instrument according to claim 1, wherein access doors (9) are provided at both ends of the gas collection box (7), the access doors (9) are rotatably connected to the gas collection box (7) through hinges, and sealing rings are provided on the intersecting end faces of the access doors (9) and the gas collection box (7).

The gas collection sampling and cleanliness detection integrated instrument according to claim 1, wherein the gas inlet steering mechanism (17) comprises a straight-through pipe (171) and a branch pipe (172) vertically connected to the straight-through pipe (171), one end of the straight-through pipe (171) is provided with a mounting plate (173) connected to the gas inlet end of the gas inlet fan (13), the other end of the straight-through pipe (171) extends to the right side of the mounting baffle (15), one side of the straight-through pipe (171) close to the gas inlet fan (13) is provided with an air filter screen (174), and the branch pipe (172) is located in the filter box body (14).

The gas collection sampling and cleanliness detection integrated instrument according to claim 1, wherein a support plate (20) is arranged in the gas collection box (7), a dust particle counter (21) is detachably mounted on the support plate (20) through a bolt, and the dust particle counter (21) is located at an air outlet of the sampling air inlet pipe (11).

The gas collection sampling and cleanliness detection integrated instrument according to claim 1, wherein a flow guide block (28) is arranged in the gas detection purification box (23), the flow guide block (28) is located right below the detection gas inlet pipe (22), an electric heating pipe (30) is arranged in the gas detection purification box (23), a temperature controller (29) is arranged in the detection box body (5), the temperature controller (29) is connected with the electric heating pipe (30), and the temperature controller (29) is connected with the storage battery (6) in a wired manner.
9. The gas collector sampling and cleanliness detection integrated instrument according to claim 1, wherein the sampling gas inlet pipe (11), the sampling gas outlet pipe (12) and the detection gas inlet pipe (22) are all connected in a flange manner.
