本发明公开了一种具有双机屏蔽电离技术净化空气的空调系统,包括压缩机,所述压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀阀、蒸发器通过管道依次连接成制冷系统,所述蒸发器安装在风道进口端,所述空气净化装置安装在风道出口端,所述风机安装在蒸发器与空气净化装置之间,所述空气质量感应器安装在空气净化装置出口端,并与控制系统连接。空调送风通过制冷系统制冷除湿后再经过空气净化装置处理后送出,空调送出适宜温湿度空气的同时,净化空气、杀菌消毒,达到高质量的空气环境。空气净化装置采用双极屏蔽电离技术净化空气。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化空调系统领域,具体是一种具有双机屏蔽电离技术净化空气的空调系统。
背景技术
在医院、医疗舱、高铁等对空气质量要求高的场合,除了对空气的温度、湿度有要求外,还要求净化空气、杀菌消毒。传统的措施采用制冷系统加装过滤网或改性活性炭装置,满足了温度和湿度的要求,但过滤网仅限于过滤颗粒物,改性活性炭可以吸附颗粒物并能去除甲醛、异味的功能,但风阻大,寿命短,易失效,两者不能达到综合要求。目前有在制冷系统中采用静电、光等离子等新型空气净化技术,空气经过制冷系统制冷除湿后,用静电可以除颗粒物,有微弱的杀菌、除病毒作用,但作用单一,所产生的臭氧形成了二次污染;用光等离子技术具有除颗粒物、杀菌消毒、去除异味、清新空气、除甲醛等综合效果,但使用寿命短,光照有害,同时有臭氧产生,形成二次污染,也不能达到高质量空气处理的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有双机屏蔽电离技术净化空气的空调系统,以解决现有技术空调系统难以实现高质量空气处理的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
具有双机屏蔽电离技术净化空气的空调系统,其特征在于:包括风道,以及压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器构成的制冷剂循环回路,制冷剂循环回路中蒸发器安装于风道的进口处,风道的出口处安装有空气净化装置,蒸发器配置的风机安装于风道内并位于蒸发器、空气净化装置之间,还包括空气质量传感器,空气质量传感器安装于风道出口处接近空气净化装置位置,空气质量传感器与外部控制器电连接。
具有双机屏蔽电离技术净化空气的空调系统,其特征在于:制冷剂循环回路中,压缩机的制冷剂出口通过管路与冷凝器进口连接,冷凝器出口通过管路与蒸发器进口连接,蒸发器出口通过管路与压缩机的制冷剂回口连接。
具有双机屏蔽电离技术净化空气的空调系统,其特征在于:冷凝器与蒸发器之间管路连通接入有膨胀阀。
具有双机屏蔽电离技术净化空气的空调系统,其特征在于:空气净化装置采用双极屏蔽电离技术净化空气。
本发明将制冷系统与空气净化装置结合,将空气进行降温除湿后,通过双极屏蔽电离技术净化空气、杀菌消毒,一次净化效率>90%,无噪音,无二次污染,净化彻底。在提供了满足温度和湿度要求的空气同时,产生富浓度负离子,使人体感舒适,健康,提供高质量的空气环境的空调系统。
制冷系统与空气净化装置结合,在制冷系统送风口安装空气净化装置,通过空气质量感应器检测空气温度、湿度及颗粒物等,反馈并输出信号给控制系统,根据需要自动选择制冷除湿或空气净化功能。另外,制冷系统降温除湿和空气净化装置净化空气利用同一风机进行流体循环,结构紧凑,节约能源。
本发明的优点:
本发明将制冷系统与空气净化装置进行有效的结合,空调送出适宜温湿度的空气的同时,净化空气、去除空气中异味、杀菌消毒。空气净化装置采用双极屏蔽电离技术,能够迅速分解空气中化学有害气体,可净化几乎所有固态、液态、气态、有机污染物,除臭、杀菌,一次净化效率>90%,无噪音,无二次污染,同时产生正负离子羟基团,不改变空气原有中性,性能稳定高效持久。空调系统通过空气质量感应器检测并反馈信号,根据需要自动控制,使人体感舒适,健康,高效节能。另外,本空调系统可根据用户场景定制设备,安装简便,无需复杂设置,自动运行,可使用于医院、高铁、方舱等对空气质量要求高的的空调系统。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,具有双机屏蔽电离技术净化空气的空调系统,包括风道7,以及压缩机1、冷凝器2、蒸发器4构成的制冷剂循环回路,制冷剂循环回路中蒸发器4安装于风道7的进口处,风道7的出口处安装有空气净化装置6,空气净化装置6采用双极屏蔽电离技术净化空气。蒸发器4配置的风机5安装于风道7内并位于蒸发器4、空气净化装置6之间,还包括空气质量传感器8,空气质量传感器8安装于风道7出口处接近空气净化装置6位置,空气质量传感器8与外部控制器9电连接。
制冷剂循环回路中,压缩机1的制冷剂出口通过管路与冷凝器2进口连接,冷凝器2出口通过管路与蒸发器4进口连接,蒸发器4出口通过管路与压缩机1的制冷剂回口连接。冷凝器2与蒸发器4之间管路连通接入有膨胀阀3。
本发明中,蒸发器4通过螺栓安装在风道7进口端,空气净化装置6通过螺栓安装在风道7出口端,风机5通过螺栓固定在蒸发器4与空气净化装置6之间的风道上,空气质量感应器8安装在空气净化装置6出口端固定架上,其电源线和通讯线与控制系统9连接。控制系统根据空气质量感应器反馈信号自动选择制冷除湿及空气净化功能,空调送风经过制冷系统制冷除湿后再通过空气净化装置6处理,送出满足温度和湿度要求的空气同时,净化空气、杀菌消毒,达到高质量的空气环境。

1.具有双机屏蔽电离技术净化空气的空调系统,其特征在于:包括风道,以及压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器构成的制冷剂循环回路,制冷剂循环回路中蒸发器安装于风道的进口处,风道的出口处安装有空气净化装置,蒸发器配置的风机安装于风道内并位于蒸发器、空气净化装置之间,还包括空气质量传感器,空气质量传感器安装于风道出口处接近空气净化装置位置,空气质量传感器与外部控制器电连接。
2.根据权利要求1具有双机屏蔽电离技术净化空气的空调系统,其特征在于:制冷剂循环回路中,压缩机的制冷剂出口通过管路与冷凝器进口连接,冷凝器出口通过管路与蒸发器进口连接,蒸发器出口通过管路与压缩机的制冷剂回口连接。
