Abstract
The miniature two-axis/three-axis single-reflection holder stabilizer provided by the invention changes the layout positions of a transverse roller (21) and a pitching shaft (31) of the traditional single-reflection stabilizer; large-size connecting arms among the transverse roller (21), the pitching shaft (31) and the course shaft (41) are eliminated, and compact-structure direct connection among the shafts is replaced; the transverse rolling adjusting mechanism (22) and the separated battery bin (24) which are positioned at a low position are designed to realize the non-sight and operation blocking, miniaturization, light weight operation and portability of the single-reflection tripod head stabilizer; the motor in the course shaft (41) forming the handle assembly (13) is eliminated, namely the conversion from a three-shaft stabilizer to a two-shaft stabilizer and the sharing of design schemes are realized.
Description
Technical Field

A transverse rolling shaft assembly (11) consisting of a transverse rolling shaft (21), a transverse rolling adjusting mechanism (22), a mounting plate (23) and a battery bin (24); a pitching shaft assembly (12) consisting of a pitching shaft (31) and a pitching adjusting mechanism (32); a handle assembly (13) consisting of a heading shaft (41) and a handle (42). The layout positions of a transverse roller (21) and a pitching shaft (31) of the traditional single-lens reflex stabilizer are creatively changed, a transverse roller adjusting mechanism (22) which is at a low position as shown in the figure position and a separated battery bin (24) are designed, so that a mounting plate (23) of the single-lens reflex camera is higher than a course shaft (41) of the pitching shaft (31) of the transverse roller (21) and is positioned above the three shafts, and therefore, structural components do not exist on the left, the right, the front, the back, the front and the upper parts of the mounting plate (23) to block the sight, and the operation is free of blocking; the flattening working state of the roll shaft (21), the pitch shaft (31), the heading shaft (41) and the handle (42) of the stabilizer is realized, so that the external dimension of the stabilizer is effectively reduced. The invention is applicable to both biaxial and triaxial single-reaction stabilizers.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the large-size connecting arm among the transverse roller (21), the pitching shaft (31) and the course shaft (41) is eliminated, the direct connection among motor structures is replaced, the layout position of the transverse roller (21) and the pitching shaft (31) of the traditional single-reaction stabilizer is changed, a transverse roller adjusting mechanism (22) and a separated battery bin (24) which are positioned at a low position are designed, and the pitching adjusting mechanism (32) is added to realize the non-sight and operation blocking, miniaturization, light-weight operation and portability of the single-reaction tripod head stabilizer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the size of the holder stabilizer is obviously reduced and the use convenience is improved through the change and innovation of the mechanism design, the actual working appearance width size of the product is one third of that of the similar traditional product, the hand-holding force is not half of that of the conventional stabilizer, and the use, the trip and the carrying of a user are greatly optimized.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 2, the layout positions of a roll shaft (21) and a pitch shaft (31) of the traditional single-reaction stabilizer are changed, a roll adjusting mechanism (22) and a separated battery bin (24) which are arranged at a low position as shown in the figure are designed, and the roll shaft (21), the pitch shaft (31), a course shaft (41) and a handle (42) are designed to work in a plane, so that the overall size is greatly reduced, and the sight line and operation blockage are eliminated. Referring to fig. 2, the conventional large-size connecting arm among the transverse roller (21), the pitch shaft (31) and the course shaft (41) is eliminated, and the traditional large-size connecting arm is replaced by a direct connection of a shaft motor structure, so that the structure size in the same plane is further greatly reduced.
Referring to fig. 6, it is a common state diagram after the single lens reflex camera is installed on the micro two-axis/three-axis single lens reflex holder stabilizer. At the moment, the stabilizer enters a working state when the stabilizer is started by holding the handle (42) by a hand. The roll shaft (21), the pitch shaft (31), the course shaft (41) and the handle are all designed below the mounting plate (23); the handle (42) is designed to be arranged at the position close to the lower part of the gravity center of the single reflex, so that the moment generated by the single reflex is small when the handle is held by hand, and the use is very easy.
Referring to fig. 1, two gravity center adjusting mechanisms, namely a roll adjusting mechanism (22) and a pitch adjusting mechanism (32), are structurally designed to realize the balance of the gravity center in a compact structure range.
Referring to fig. 1, the motor in the course shaft (41) forming the handle assembly (13) is eliminated, namely, the three-shaft stabilizer is converted into the two-shaft stabilizer, the weight and the cost of the product are further reduced, and therefore, a structural design scheme shared by the two-shaft stabilizer and the three-shaft stabilizer is realized.

1. 4. The stabilizer of claim 1, wherein the miniature two-axis single-reflection pan-tilt stabilizer is formed by eliminating the motor in the course shaft (41) of the handle assembly (13).
