Description

Method for washing breeding house with breeding wastewater for recycling
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural waste resource utilization, in particular to a method for flushing a breeding house with breeding wastewater for recycling.
Background
With the rapid development of large-scale livestock farms in China, the discharge amount of livestock and poultry breeding wastewater is increased rapidly, the livestock and poultry breeding wastewater becomes one of important discharge sources of agricultural non-point source pollution and discharge of greenhouse gases and ammonia gases, and the treatment and utilization of the breeding wastewater becomes an important factor limiting the rapid development of livestock and poultry breeding industries in China at present. The breeding house is flushed by the breeding wastewater after being treated, so that the use of exogenous flushing water is reduced, and the total amount of the breeding wastewater is reduced.
At present, the standard related to the recycling of the aquaculture wastewater in China is mainly implemented according to design specifications for building reclaimed water (GB50336-2002) and design specifications for sewage recycling (GB50335-2002), and no technical specification related to the recycling of the aquaculture wastewater washing culture houses exists, and three indexes including pH, color/turbidity, faecal coliform flora number and the like in the design specifications for building reclaimed water (GB50336-2002) and the design specifications for sewage recycling (GB50335-2002) are referred to and screened as the technical indexes for the recycling of the aquaculture wastewater washing culture houses. The breeding wastewater contains a large amount of pathogenic microorganisms, livestock and poultry can be infected with pathogenic bacteria by directly washing the breeding house with the breeding wastewater, and meanwhile, a large amount of ammonia gas can be released from the breeding wastewater, so that the pH value is too high or too low to cause discomfort to the animals by directly using the breeding wastewater, and the three indexes are screened out to be used as technical indexes for flushing the breeding house with liquid dung for recycling.
The prior art (CN109133516A) discloses a method for recycling aquaculture wastewater, wherein the low-concentration wastewater obtained by evaporation and concentration is feasible for washing aquaculture houses, but the investment of the treatment method is high, and a large amount of ammonia gas is released into the environment during the treatment of liquid dung, which is harmful to environmental safety.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for flushing a breeding house with breeding wastewater for recycling, which can effectively reduce the volatilization of ammonia gas in the breeding wastewater, ensure that the number of faecal coliform bacteria in the breeding wastewater meets the requirement of harmless treatment, ensure that the breeding wastewater is recycled safely, and reduce the generation of the breeding wastewater, thereby overcoming the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a method for washing a breeding house with breeding wastewater comprises the following steps:
(1) adding concentrated sulfuric acid into the aquaculture wastewater for acidification, continuously stirring in the adding process, and adjusting the pH value of the aquaculture wastewater to 5.5-6.5;
(2) storing the acidified aquaculture wastewater for at least 30 days;
(3) and washing the breeding house by using the supernatant of the stored breeding wastewater.
Wherein, the pH value can be completed by adopting a pH on-line detector.
Furthermore, the volume fraction of the added concentrated sulfuric acid accounts for 1-5 per mill of the aquaculture wastewater.
Further, the breeding wastewater comprises one or more of dry clear manure and liquid manure of a pig farm, a dairy farm or a beef farm, and liquid parts of water-washed manure and water-soaked manure in a livestock and poultry farm after solid-liquid separation.
Further, the original pH value of the aquaculture wastewater is 6.5-8.5, and the solid content is less than 5%.
Furthermore, the concentrated sulfuric acid is industrial concentrated sulfuric acid with the mass fraction of 96%, and the adding mode is that the concentrated sulfuric acid is firstly diluted and then slowly added into the culture wastewater from an acid storage tank by an acid adding pump.
Further, in the step (2), when the acidified aquaculture wastewater is stored, the surface of the aquaculture wastewater in the storage pond is uniformly covered with crushed straws, the crushed length of the straws is 5-15 cm, and the covering thickness of the straws is 3-6 cm.
Further, the straw is one or more of dry corn straw, wheat straw or rice straw.
And (3) further, enabling the acidified and stored aquaculture wastewater to pass through a three-stage sedimentation tank and then enter a reclaimed water reuse tank to obtain aquaculture wastewater supernatant, and pumping the aquaculture wastewater supernatant in the reclaimed water reuse tank to a aquaculture house through a pipeline pump for flushing.
Further, before the step (3), the method further comprises the steps of firstly adopting a dry manure cleaning mode to clean solid manure in the breeding house, and then pumping the supernatant of the breeding wastewater in the reclaimed water recycling pool to the breeding house for flushing through a pipeline.
Further, after the step (3), the method further comprises the step of washing the cultivation house with clear water after the cultivation house is washed with the supernatant of the cultivation wastewater.

wherein the volume fraction of the added concentrated sulfuric acid accounts for 1-5 per mill of the aquaculture wastewater. The breeding wastewater comprises dry clear manure and liquid dung of a pig farm, a dairy cow farm or a beef farm, and one or more of liquid parts of water-washed manure and water-soaked manure in a livestock and poultry farm after solid-liquid separation. The original pH value of the aquaculture wastewater is 6.5-8.5, and the solid content is less than 5%. The concentrated sulfuric acid is industrial concentrated sulfuric acid with the mass fraction of 96%, and the adding mode is that the concentrated sulfuric acid is firstly diluted and then is slowly added into the culture wastewater from an acid storage tank by an acid adding pump.
(2) Storing the acidified aquaculture wastewater for at least 30 days; when the acidified aquaculture wastewater is stored and treated, the surface of the aquaculture wastewater in the storage pond is uniformly covered with crushed straws, the crushed length of the straws is 5-15 cm, and the covering thickness is 3-6 cm. The straw is one or more of dry corn straw, wheat straw or rice straw.
(3) Firstly, cleaning solid dung in the breeding house by adopting a dry dung cleaning mode, then washing the breeding house by adopting the supernatant of the stored breeding wastewater, and finally washing the breeding house by adopting clear water. Specifically, the culture wastewater after acidification storage passes through a three-stage sedimentation tank and then enters a reclaimed water reuse tank to obtain culture wastewater supernatant, and the culture wastewater supernatant in the reclaimed water reuse tank is pumped to a culture house through a pipeline pump for flushing.
