The present invention includes a frame; a bidirectional screw rod is arranged in the frame; two ends of the bidirectional screw rod are respectively and rotatably connected with the inner side surface of an opposite arm of the frame; two thread sections of the bidirectional screw rod are respectively sleeved with matched nuts; one surface of each of the two nuts is rotatably connected with a transmission plate; one ends of the two transmission plates are rotatably connected through the supporting plate; the upper surface of the supporting plate is rotatably provided with a positioning seat; one opposite side of the supporting plate is at least rotationally connected with a locking lath; one end of the locking lath is provided with a locking hole; the upper surfaces of the other opposite arms of the frame are rotatably connected with side supporting plates; a locking column matched with the locking hole on the locking lath is inserted on one surface of the side supporting plate. According to the invention, the screw rod assembly and the transmission rod are utilized to drive the support plate to move downwards or downwards, so that the belt conveyor body is convenient to mount, the working efficiency of workers is improved, and the belt conveyor has higher market popularization value.

Furthermore, at least one guide rod is arranged in the frame; two ends of the guide rod are respectively rotatably connected with the inner side surface of an opposite arm of the frame; two guide sleeves are slidably sleeved on the guide rods; the two guide sleeves are respectively connected with the corresponding transmission plates in a rotating way.
Furthermore, two limiting rods are fixed on the upper surface of one opposite arm of the frame side by side; the top ends of the two limiting rods on the same side are connected through a limiting plate.
Furthermore, the limiting rod is a telescopic rod; the telescopic rod comprises a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod; the first supporting rod is in threaded connection with the second supporting rod; the first supporting rod is fixed on the upper surface of the frame; the upper end of the second supporting rod is rotatably connected with the lower part of the limiting plate.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the present invention is a supporting device for a belt conveyor of grain, comprising a frame 1; the lower part of the frame 1 is provided with two walking wheel pairs 101 side by side; two limiting rods 9 are fixed on the upper surface of one opposite arm of the frame 1 side by side; the top ends of the two limiting rods 9 on the same side are connected through a limiting plate 901; the limiting rod 9 is a telescopic rod; the telescopic rod comprises a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod; the first supporting rod is in threaded connection with the second supporting rod; the first supporting rod is fixed on the upper surface of the frame 1; the upper end of the second supporting rod is rotatably connected with the lower part of the limiting plate 901; a bidirectional screw rod 2 is arranged in the frame 1; one end of the bidirectional screw rod 2 is connected with a driving motor 202; the driving motor 202 is fixedly arranged on one side surface of the frame 1; two ends of the bidirectional screw rod 2 are respectively and rotatably connected with the inner side surface of one opposite arm of the frame 1; two thread sections of the bidirectional screw rod 2 are respectively sleeved with a matched nut 201; one surface of each of the two nuts 201 is rotatably connected with a transmission plate 3; one end of each of the two transmission plates 3 is rotatably connected through a support plate 4; the upper surface of the supporting plate 4 is rotatably provided with a positioning seat 5; two locking laths 6 are rotatably connected to one opposite side surface of the supporting plate 4; one end of the locking lath 6 is provided with a locking hole; two guide rods 8 are arranged in the frame 1; the two guide rods 8 are positioned at one opposite side of the bidirectional screw rod 2; two ends of the guide rod 8 are respectively connected with the inner side surface of one opposite arm of the frame 1 in a rotating way; two guide sleeves 801 are slidably sleeved on the guide rod 8; the two guide sleeves 801 are respectively and rotatably connected with the corresponding transmission plates 3; the upper surface of the other opposite arm of the frame 1 is rotatably connected with a side supporting plate 7 in an isosceles trapezoid structure; the side supporting plate 7 has a surface inserted with a locking column 602 matching with the locking hole of the locking lath 6.
When the support plate 4 is closest to the ground, the belt conveyor body 10 is assembled on the support device through the positioning seat 5; the driving motor 202 drives the bidirectional screw rod 2 to rotate, the two nuts 201 move in a similar manner, the two transmission plates 3 drive the supporting plate 4 to move upwards to a set position, and then the two supporting plates 7 are respectively fixed on the supporting plate 4 through the locking laths 6 and the locking columns 602, so that the supporting and mounting of the belt conveyor body 10 are realized, the working efficiency of workers is effectively improved, the manual labor intensity is reduced, and the working stability of the belt conveyor body 10 is ensured; the upper surface of the limiting plate 901 is attached to the lower surface of the beam of the belt conveyor body 10 by rotating the limiting rod 9, so that the structural stability of the belt conveyor body 10 is ensured.

two screw threads of the bidirectional screw rod (2) are respectively sleeved with a matched nut (201); one surface of each of the two nuts (201) is rotatably connected with a transmission plate (3); one ends of the two transmission plates (3) are rotatably connected through a supporting plate (4); the upper surface of the supporting plate (4) is rotatably provided with a positioning seat (5);
one opposite side surface of the supporting plate (4) is at least rotatably connected with a locking lath (6); one end of the locking lath (6) is provided with a locking hole;
the upper surfaces of the other opposite arms of the frame (1) are rotatably connected with a side supporting plate (7); and a locking column (602) matched with a locking hole on the locking lath (6) is inserted into one surface of the side supporting plate (7).
2. A supporting device of a belt conveyor for grain according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower part of the frame (1) is equipped with two running wheel pairs (101) side by side.

A supporting device of a belt conveyor for grain according to claim 1, characterised in that at least one guide bar (8) is arranged in the frame (1); two ends of the guide rod (8) are respectively and rotatably connected with the inner side surface of one opposite arm of the frame (1); two guide sleeves (801) are slidably sleeved on the guide rod (8); the two guide sleeves (801) are respectively in rotating connection with the corresponding transmission plates (3).

The supporting device of a belt conveyor for grain according to claim 1, characterized in that two stop bars (9) are fixed side by side on the upper surface of one opposite arm of the frame (1); the top ends of the two limiting rods (9) on the same side are connected through a limiting plate (901).

The supporting device of a belt conveyor for grain according to claim 4, characterized in that the limiting rod (9) is a telescopic rod; the telescopic rod comprises a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod; the first supporting rod is in threaded connection with the second supporting rod; the first supporting rod is fixed on the upper surface of the frame (1); the upper end of the second supporting rod is rotatably connected with the lower part of the limiting plate (901).
6. The supporting device of a belt conveyor for grain according to claim 1, characterized in that one end of the bidirectional screw rod (2) is connected with a driving motor (202); the driving motor (202) is fixedly arranged on one side surface of the frame (1).
