the top of the end part of each support frame in the second direction is fixedly provided with a mounting seat 14, and one end of the end part walking platform 2 is rotatably connected with the mounting seat 14 on the corresponding support frame; a plurality of first hinge lugs 15 are arranged on each supporting frame at intervals, a plurality of second hinge lugs 16 are sequentially arranged on the end part walking platform 2 at intervals along a first direction, the second hinge lugs 16 and the first hinge lugs 15 are correspondingly arranged, the second hinge lugs 16 and the corresponding first hinge lugs 15 are positioned on a plane vertical to the horizontal plane, the second hinge lugs 16 and the corresponding first hinge lugs 15 are connected through first telescopic oil cylinders 17, and the two end part walking platforms 2 can be opened and closed by controlling the extension and retraction of the first telescopic oil cylinders 17, namely when the vehicle body needs to be circulated, the two end part walking platforms 2 are splayed to provide enough operating space for the circulation of the vehicle body (as shown in figure 10), and when the circulation of the vehicle body is finished, the two end part walking platforms 2 are straight lines (as shown in figure 9) so as to conveniently process the side edges of the vehicle body in the width direction, thereby forming the flow operation.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, two mounting seats 14 may be provided, the two mounting seats 14 may be respectively disposed on the top of the two upright posts 3 located at the end of each support frame in the second direction, and a telescopic sleeve 18 may be sleeved on the first telescopic cylinder 17, the telescopic sleeve 18 includes two insertable guide cylinders, one of the guide cylinders is fixed on the telescopic end of the first telescopic cylinder 17, and the other guide cylinder is fixed on the fixed end of the first telescopic cylinder 17, when the first telescopic cylinder 17 works, the two guide cylinders of the telescopic sleeve 18 may be extended and retracted along with the first telescopic cylinder 17 to provide guidance and support for extension and retraction of the first telescopic cylinder 17, so that the telescopic sleeve 18 works stably.
When the method is implemented, the length of the side walking platform, the distance between the two side walking platforms and the heights of the side walking platform and the end walking platform are adjusted according to the length, the width and the height of a vehicle body to be processed and assembled, then the two end walking platforms at one end are opened, the vehicle body is transported between the two side walking platforms on a track, the two end walking platforms are closed, assembling and processing of the vehicle body on the side walking platforms and the end walking platforms are started, after the assembling and processing are finished, the two end walking platforms at the other end are opened, the vehicle body is transported to the outer side of the device on the track, and meanwhile, the vehicle body which is not processed and assembled is transported between the two side walking platforms, so that flow operation is formed.
All components of the flexible assembling operation device for the vehicle body disclosed by the embodiment of the invention are designed into a detachable module structure, so that the flexible assembling operation device is convenient to detach and assemble and has good adaptability.
The following embodiments are provided for the purpose of illustrating the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention in any way, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the technical features of the present invention can be modified or changed in some ways without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle body flexible assembling work apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the two support frames are oppositely arranged along a first direction;
the side walking platforms are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the support frames, the side walking platforms can lift relative to the working ground, the distance between the side walking platforms on the two support frames is adjustable, the length of the side walking platforms in a second direction is adjustable, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction;
the tip is walked the platform, every the both ends of support frame second direction all correspond and are provided with one the platform is walked to the tip, the tip is walked the relative working face of platform and is gone up and down, the tip is walked the one end of platform and is rotationally set up on the tip of support frame second direction, the tip is walked the other end of platform and is extended to two along first direction between the support frame.

The vehicle body flexible assembling operation device according to claim 1, wherein a mounting seat is fixedly arranged at the top of the end part of each support frame in the second direction, and one end of each end part walking platform is rotatably connected with the corresponding mounting seat on the support frame;
a plurality of first hinge lugs are arranged on each support frame at intervals, a plurality of second hinge lugs are sequentially arranged on the end walking platform at intervals along a first direction, the second hinge lugs and the first hinge lugs are correspondingly arranged, the second hinge lugs and the corresponding first hinge lugs are positioned on a plane perpendicular to a horizontal plane, and the second hinge lugs and the corresponding first hinge lugs are connected through first telescopic oil cylinders.

The vehicle body flexible assembly operation device according to claim 1, wherein each support frame includes a plurality of columns, the plurality of columns are sequentially arranged at intervals along the second direction, each column is vertically retractable, the side walking board is supported by the corresponding plurality of columns of the support frame, and the end walking board is supported by at least two columns located at the ends of the corresponding support frame in the second direction.

The vehicle body flexible assembling operation device according to claim 3, wherein each of the pillars includes an inner pillar and an outer pillar, the outer pillar is vertically and fixedly disposed on a working floor, a lower end of the inner pillar is movably inserted into the outer pillar from an upper end of the outer pillar, a plurality of insertion holes for inserting bolts are formed at intervals on the inner pillar and the outer pillar, and the bolts are inserted through the insertion holes at proper positions to adjust a height of the upper end of the inner pillar;
the side walking platform is arranged at the upper ends of the inner sleeve columns of the plurality of upright columns of the corresponding support frame;
the end part walking platform is arranged at the upper ends of at least two inner sleeve columns of the upright columns, which are positioned at the end parts of the corresponding support frame in the second direction.

The flexible vehicle body assembling device according to claim 3, wherein each of the columns is provided with a cylinder base, the cylinder base of each of the columns is located below the side walking platform and the end walking platform, the side walking platform and the end walking platform are connected with the corresponding cylinder base of the column through two second telescopic cylinders, and the two second telescopic cylinders are respectively disposed at two sides of the corresponding column.
6. The vehicle body flexible assembling operation device according to claim 3, wherein a tripod is provided at a top portion of an outer side of each of the pillars in the first direction, and the side deck is fixedly provided on the tripod on the plurality of pillars.

The vehicle body flexible assembly operation device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the side walking platform comprises a bearing frame, a base plate and a platform plate, the bearing frame is fixedly arranged on the supporting frame corresponding to the side walking platform, a plurality of base plates are sequentially arranged on the bearing frame along a second direction, the platform plate and the base plates are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, one end of each platform plate is arranged at the inner end of the corresponding base plate in the first direction, and the other end of each platform plate can movably extend out of the inner end of the corresponding base plate in the first direction.
8. The vehicle body flexible assembling work apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a staircase, one staircase being provided at least one of both second-direction ends of each of the side steps, an upper end of the staircase being rotatably connected to the second-direction end of the side step, and a lower end of the staircase being provided on the working floor.
9. The vehicle body flexible assembling work apparatus according to claim 8, wherein two connecting arms are provided at the end of the side deck in the second direction, the two connecting arms being disposed opposite to each other in the first direction;
each stair comprises two side beam groups which are oppositely arranged along a first direction, the side beam groups and the connecting arms are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, each side beam group comprises a first side beam and a second side beam, the first side beam and the second side beam are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the upper end of the first side beam and the upper end of the second side beam are rotatably connected to the connecting arms corresponding to the side beam groups along a second direction respectively, and the lower end of the first side beam and the lower end of the second side beam are arranged on the working ground in a rolling mode along the second direction through rollers;
every two of stair connect through a plurality of footboards between the boundary beam group, a plurality of footboards are from last to setting up at interval down in proper order, the both ends of the first direction of every footboard respectively with the homonymy the boundary beam group first boundary beam with second boundary beam rotatable coupling.
10. The vehicle body flexible assembly operation device according to claim 9, wherein a handrail is provided on each of the first side members.
