four guide posts 105, which are respectively inserted into four corners of the movable plate 106 and fixedly connected below the fixed plate 104;
a movable plate 106 connected with the movable end of the cylinder 103, wherein a plurality of pressing heads 107 corresponding to the bearing blocks 102 are fixedly arranged on the lower end surface of the movable plate 106, and the guide pillar 105 is arranged in the movable plate 106 in a penetrating manner; under the control of the air cylinder 103, the movable plate 106 moves downwards along the guide post 105, and the press head 107 on the movable plate 106 flattens and shapes the product.

Firstly, the product 10 is placed on the object carrying plate 101, then the PLC controller controls the movable end of the cylinder 103 to move downwards, so as to drive the movable plate 106 to move downwards along the guide pillar 105, and the pressure head 107 on the movable plate 106 presses the product 10 downwards to complete the shaping operation.
