Abstract
The invention discloses a special nano-silver sol for gel and a preparation method thereof, wherein the special nano-silver sol for gel is prepared by the following steps: dissolving carbomer in deionized water, adding a proper amount of alkaline solution, and adjusting the pH value to be neutral to obtain a neutral carbomer solution with the mass concentration of 0.01-2 g/l; dissolving silver salt in deionized water to obtain silver salt water solution with mass concentration of 0.001-10 g/l; dissolving sodium borohydride in deionized water to obtain a sodium borohydride aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 0.001-1 g/l; and (3) mixing the neutral carbomer solution and the silver salt aqueous solution, uniformly stirring, and dripping the sodium borohydride aqueous solution until silver ions are completely reduced into nano silver particles under continuous stirring to obtain the nano silver sol special for gel. The nano-silver sol system has good stability, can be directly added into carbomer gel, and is convenient to popularize and apply in nano-silver antibacterial gel.

Background
The nano silver has strong bacteriostasis and sterilization effects and broad-spectrum antibacterial activity, and has incomparable antibacterial effect compared with the traditional inorganic antibacterial agent due to quantum effect, small-size effect and extremely large specific surface area. The nano silver antibacterial gel is widely applied to the clinical treatment of gynecological diseases and burn wounds. The nano silver antibacterial gel is generally prepared by adding a nano silver solution into a carbomer aqueous solution, and then adjusting the pH value to be neutral to obtain the antibacterial gel. The nano silver solution in the market is usually stable in respective stable systems due to the adoption of unique stable systems, but when the nano silver solution is added into carbomer gel, the stable system is changed or damaged, so that the nano silver particles are agglomerated, discolored and the like, and the stable and uniform nano silver antibacterial gel is not obtained easily. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the silver salt component is one or a mixture of silver nitrate and silver acetate.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the alkaline solution is an ammonia solution, a diethanolamine solution or a triethanolamine solution.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adopts another technical scheme that: provides a special nano silver sol for gel, which is prepared by the preparation method of the special nano silver sol for gel.

(3) neutral carbomer solution and aqueous silver salt solution 1: 1, uniformly stirring, and dripping sodium borohydride aqueous solution until silver ions are completely reduced into nano silver particles under continuous stirring to obtain the special gel nano silver sol with the silver content of about 1000 mg/kg.

Mixing the nano-silver antibacterial gel with a mixture of 1: 5 percent of the silver-containing antibacterial carbomer gel is added into the carbomer gel with the solid content of 0.2 percent, so that the silver-containing antibacterial carbomer gel which is stable and uniformly dispersed can be obtained.

(2) dissolving silver salt in deionized water to obtain silver salt water solution with mass concentration of 0.001-10 g/l;
(3) dissolving sodium borohydride in deionized water to obtain a sodium borohydride aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 0.001-1 g/l;
(4) mixing the neutral carbomer solution and the silver salt aqueous solution, and uniformly stirring;
(5) and (3) under the condition of continuously stirring, dropwise adding a sodium borohydride aqueous solution until silver ions are completely reduced into nano silver particles, thus obtaining the special nano silver sol for gel.
