c, when the outside personnel arrive at the lower part of the corresponding building, the walking camera unit 4 shoots, the building terminal 3 carries out video identification verification through the image information transmitted by the walking camera unit 4, and the control unit controls the entrance guard to open when the verification is passed, and transmits the information back to the building server 1; if no external person is collected or identified within a certain time, the building terminal 3 feeds back information to the building server 1;
and D, when the outside person leaves the door, the receiving and transmitting card terminal 5 identifies and recovers the previously transmitted in-out card, and the building entrance machine 2 transmits the time of the person leaving to the building server 1.
In summary, the present invention provides an intelligent building video monitoring system; the system can carry out face video scanning on external personnel entering a community, carry out face information acquisition and registration, and carry out corresponding verification when arriving at a corresponding building so as to confirm whether the personnel enter a predetermined place. Meanwhile, the nearest road to the corresponding building can be displayed through the corresponding guiding unit 6, and the person can be guided to go.

The utility model provides an intelligent building video monitoring system which characterized in that: the system comprises a building server (1), a building doorway machine (2) positioned at a community doorway, a building terminal (3) positioned at an entrance and an exit below a building, and a walking camera unit (4) positioned at the entrance and the exit below the building; the building entrance machine (2) is connected with the building server (1) for communication, corresponding information input is carried out by external people at the building entrance machine (2), meanwhile, the building entrance machine (2) carries out video registration on people entering and leaving a community, meanwhile, the building entrance machine (2) sends collected information to the building server (1) for storage, and meanwhile, the building server (1) sends corresponding video identification instructions for people to enter to the building terminal (3) corresponding to a building; the building doorway machine (2) is externally connected with a receiving and dispatching card terminal (5) and controls the receiving and dispatching card terminal (5) to send out an access card for accessing a cell to the outside;
the walking camera unit (4) is connected with the corresponding building terminal (3), and the building terminal (3) is connected and communicated with the building server (1) through the branch switch; when an outworker enters a corresponding building entrance, the walking camera unit (4) shoots, the building terminal (3) carries out video identification verification through image information transmitted by the walking camera unit (4), and the control unit controls the entrance guard to open when the verification is passed.

The intelligent building video monitoring system of claim 1, wherein: the system also comprises a plurality of guiding units (6) paved in the road surface, wherein each guiding unit (6) comprises a hemispherical stainless steel concave cavity (7), an LED display panel (8), a control circuit board (9) and a toughened glass panel (10); the hemispherical stainless steel concave cavity (7) is integrally paved in a road, the toughened glass panel (10) covers the hemispherical stainless steel concave cavity (7), and the hemispherical stainless steel concave cavity and the toughened glass panel are subjected to waterproof treatment; the LED display panel (8) and the control circuit board (9) are installed in the hemispherical stainless steel cavity (7), and the control circuit board (9) receives an instruction of the building server (1) to control the LED display panel (8).

The intelligent building video monitoring system of claim 1, wherein: the building doorway machine (2) comprises a base (11), a doorway host machine (12), a storage battery (13), a touch display screen (14), a support column (15) and a camera (16); the doorway main machine (12) is arranged in the base (11) or at the upper end of the doorway main machine, the storage battery (13) is arranged in the base (11), and the touch display screen (14) and the camera (16) are arranged through the supporting column (15).

The intelligent building video monitoring system of claim 3, wherein: the doorway host (12) internally comprises a control module (17), a power supply module (18), a communication module (19), a storage module (20) and a card issuing module (21); the power supply module (18) is externally connected with a solar photovoltaic panel (22) and is connected with the storage battery (13) at the same time, so that the solar photovoltaic can automatically charge the storage battery (13); the control module (17) is externally connected with a card receiving and sending terminal (5) through a card sending module (21);
the building terminal (3) internally comprises a terminal control module (23), a terminal touch display screen (24), a terminal power module (25), a terminal communication module (26), a terminal storage module (27) and an acquisition module (28); the terminal machine control module (23) is connected with the walking camera unit (4) through the acquisition module (28); in addition, the terminal machine control module (23) is simultaneously connected with the terminal machine touch display screen (24), the terminal machine power supply module (25), the terminal machine communication module (26) and the terminal machine storage module (27).

The intelligent building video monitoring system of claim 1, wherein: the walking camera unit (4) is integrally hoisted at a top plate track (29) of a building entrance and exit, and the walking camera unit (4) comprises a walking mechanism (30), a bracket (31) and a miniature camera (32); the bracket (31) is connected to the traveling mechanism (30), the traveling mechanism (30) can travel in the top plate rail (29), and the micro camera (32) is hung on the bracket (31).

a, a foreign person carries out corresponding information input at a building entrance machine (2) through a touch display screen (14), a building number and a room number to be entered are input, meanwhile, the building entrance machine (2) carries out face video scanning on a person entering a cell through a camera (16), face information is collected and registered, meanwhile, the building entrance machine (2) sends collected information to a building server (1) for storage, meanwhile, the building server (1) communicates with a building terminal (3) corresponding to a building, information that a person enters the area is sent, and the building terminal (3) is required to carry out corresponding video identification; meanwhile, the building entrance machine (2) controls the card receiving and transmitting terminal (5) to send out an access card for entering and exiting the cell to the outside, and the access card can be used for positioning and timing;
b, the building server (1) plans a road going to the appointed building, and meanwhile, the building server (1) sends a light-on instruction to the corresponding guide unit (6) in the road; the external personnel can reach the appointed building according to the guide unit (6) with the light;
c, when the outside personnel arrive at the lower part of the corresponding building, the walking camera unit (4) shoots, the building terminal (3) carries out video identification verification through the image information transmitted by the walking camera unit (4), and the control unit controls the entrance guard to be opened when the verification is passed, and transmits the information back to the building server (1); if no external person is collected or identified within a certain time, the building terminal (3) feeds back information to the building server (1);
