Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted shark fin antennas, in particular to a shark fin antenna structure with an ETC function, which comprises a shark fin, an ETC antenna and an ETC box, wherein the shark fin is positioned at the top of an automobile; the ETC antenna is fixedly arranged in the shark fin; the ETC box is arranged in the vehicle. The invention aims to provide a shark fin antenna structure with an ETC function, and the technical scheme provided by the invention solves the technical problems that the existing ETC equipment is large in size, signals are easy to interfere and embezzlement exists.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted shark fin antennas, in particular to a shark fin antenna structure with an ETC function.
Technical Field
With the increase of the number of automobiles, more and more people choose to drive by themselves for travel, and the pressure of congestion at high-speed intersections is relieved to a great extent by the appearance of Electronic Toll Collection (ETC). More and more vehicles choose to install ETC equipment in order to be able to pass through the high-speed toll road junction more quickly. The ETC employs a DSRC (Dedicated Short Range Communication) technology, and an operating frequency is 5.8 GHz.
The existing ETC equipment is placed on a front windshield through a box, an antenna and a bank card, and the existing ETC equipment belongs to a rear-mounted product, so that the design plasticity is not large. The state encourages the majority of vehicle owners to install ETC equipment recently from the political policy, accelerates the promotion of highway electronic non-stop rapid charging application service, and from 7/1/2020, a vehicle type approved by new application should be additionally provided with an ETC vehicle-mounted device in a selecting and assembling device. This brings the ETC device to the front loading product line and also brings more flexibility to the design of ETC products.
The ETC equipment has the following technical problems at present:
1) the ETC box, the antenna and the bank card are arranged on the front windshield, and the size is too large, so that the trim and the attractiveness of the interior of the vehicle are affected;
2) the ETC antenna is designed in the box and is easily interfered, the design complexity of the ETC circuit PCB is increased, and meanwhile, the flexibility of the antenna design is limited;
3) there is a risk of brush theft.

The invention aims to provide a shark fin antenna structure with an ETC function, and the technical scheme provided by the invention solves the technical problems that the existing ETC equipment is large in size, signals are easy to interfere and embezzlement exists.
In order to achieve the technical effect, the invention provides a shark fin antenna structure with an ETC function, which comprises a shark fin, an ETC antenna and an ETC box, wherein the shark fin is positioned at the top of an automobile; the ETC antenna is fixedly arranged in the shark fin; the ETC box is arranged in the vehicle.
Preferably, the ETC antenna is vertically arranged in the shark fin towards the direction of the vehicle head.
Preferably, an upper portion of the ETC antenna is inclined rearward.
Preferably, the ETC antenna is a Patch antenna structure.
Preferably, the ETC antenna includes a radiation unit, a reference ground and a feeder line; the radiating unit is arranged on the front surface of a PCB in the shark fin, and the reference ground is the back surface of the PCB.
Preferably, a 2G/3G/4G/5G antenna, a 5G MIMO antenna, a C-V2X antenna and a GNSS antenna are further arranged in the shark fin.

According to the technical scheme, the ETC box is separated from the antenna, the ETC antenna is placed in the shark fin, and the ETC box can be placed in other places in the vehicle, so that the environment in the vehicle is neat and attractive, and meanwhile, the risk of stealing and brushing a bank card is avoided.

The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The ETC equipment has the following technical problems at present: the ETC box, the antenna and the bank card are arranged on the front windshield, and the size is too large, so that the trim and the attractiveness of the interior of the vehicle are affected; the ETC antenna is designed in the box and is easily interfered, the design complexity of the ETC circuit PCB is increased, and meanwhile, the flexibility of the antenna design is limited; there is a risk of brush theft.
As shown in fig. 1-3, in order to solve the above technical problem, the present embodiment provides a shark fin antenna structure with an ETC function, in which the ETC box is separated from the antenna, the ETC antenna is placed inside the shark fin, and the ETC box can be placed elsewhere in the vehicle, so as to ensure the neatness and beauty of the environment in the vehicle, and avoid the risk of stealing and brushing the bank card.
The shark fin antenna structure that this embodiment provided specifically includes shark fin, ETC antenna and the ETC box that is located the car top, and wherein the ETC antenna is fixed to be set up in the shark fin, and the ETC box sets up in the car.
As a preferred scheme, the ETC antenna is vertically arranged in the shark fin towards the direction of the vehicle head and inclines backwards by 15 degrees, so that electromagnetic wave signals are radiated forwards and upwards better, and normal communication with the road side unit RSU is guaranteed.
The ETC antenna can also adopt a Patch antenna form and comprises a radiation unit, a reference ground and a feeder line; the radiating unit is arranged on the front surface of the PCB in the shark fin, and the reference ground is the back surface of the PCB. The reference ground has two main functions: 1. the antenna acts as a reference ground of the patch antenna, and can reflect partial signals, so that the radiation to the direct front of the ETC antenna is enhanced; 2. and the shark fins are isolated from other antennas inside the shark fins, so that mutual interference between the shark fins and other antennas is avoided. Therefore, the shark fin antenna structure provided by the embodiment can ensure normal communication of the ETC antenna, and cannot affect other shark fin antennas.
In order to realize the antenna function of the shark fin, eight commonly used antennas of an automobile, namely a 2G/3G/4G/5G main set antenna, a 2G/3G/4G/5G diversity antenna, a 5G MIMO antenna 1, a 5G MIMO antenna 2, a C-V2X main set antenna, a C-V2X diversity antenna, a GNSS antenna and an ETC antenna, are further arranged in the shark fin. The distribution positions of the eight antennas are shown in fig. 1.
According to the technical scheme, the ETC box is separated from the antenna, the ETC antenna is placed in the shark fin, and the ETC box can be placed in other places in the vehicle, so that the environment in the vehicle is neat and attractive, and meanwhile, the risk of stealing and brushing a bank card is avoided.
This patent only proposes the shark fin antenna design of a kind of band ETC function, does not make the restriction to ETC antenna size and shark fin size, and size information can be adjusted according to specific environment.
