Abstract
The invention provides a bolt type electrolytic capacitor fixing device, which is characterized in that a capacitor bracket, a throat hoop and rubber strips are arranged, the rubber strips are wound at two ends of a bolt type electrolytic capacitor and are placed on the capacitor bracket, an arc-shaped bottom support is arranged on the capacitor bracket, grooves are arranged at four corners of the bottom support, the throat hoop penetrates through the grooves at two ends of the capacitor bracket and is pressed on the rubber strips of the bolt type electrolytic capacitor, so that the bolt type electrolytic capacitor is more firmly fixed through the arrangement of the grooves, the rubber strips and the throat hoop, and in addition, the bolt type electrolytic capacitor fixing device can be vertically or horizontally welded on a bottom plate of a machine box through the arrangement of the capacitor bracket, and the vertical and horizontal installation of the bolt type electrolytic capacitor is met.

However, the fixing mode is mainly suitable for vertical assembly of the bolt type electrolytic capacitor, and the clamping ring is fixed on one side, so that if the clamping ring shakes, the clamping ring is easily stressed and deformed or the screw is loosened.

The invention aims to provide a bolt type electrolytic capacitor fixing device, which aims to solve the problems that a bolt type electrolytic capacitor clamping ring is easy to loosen and only can be assembled vertically in the prior art, so that the bolt type electrolytic capacitor is more firmly fixed and can be installed vertically or horizontally.

a capacitor bracket, a hose clamp, an adhesive tape and a bolt type electrolytic capacitor;

rubber strips are wound at two ends of the bolt type electrolytic capacitor and are placed on the capacitor bracket, and the hose clamp penetrates through the grooves at two ends of the capacitor bracket and is pressed on the rubber strips of the bolt type electrolytic capacitor.
Preferably, the fixing device is welded on the chassis bottom plate in a vertical or horizontal mode.
Preferably, the length calculation formula of the arc-shaped bottom support arc length, the single connecting piece arc length and the single support column length of the capacitor bracket is as follows:

L2=2πr*(90+δ/2)/360
l1 is the arc length of the arc bottom support, L2 is the arc length of the single connecting piece, and L3+ L4 are the length of the single support column;
r is the radius of the arc-shaped bottom support and is the same as the radius of the bolt type electrolytic capacitor; delta is the angle corresponding to the arc length of the arc bottom support; r is the connector radius; the L4 is the space height of the reserved mounting hose clamp.

As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a bolt-type electrolytic capacitor fixing device, which includes:
capacitor bracket, throat hoop, rubber strip and bolt type electrolytic capacitor.
The capacitor bracket comprises an arc-shaped bottom support for supporting the bolt type electrolytic capacitor, two support columns and two transition connecting pieces for connecting the bottom support and the support columns, wherein the arc-shaped bottom support for supporting the bolt type electrolytic capacitor is provided with grooves at four corners. The rubber strips are wound at two ends of the bolt type electrolytic capacitor, the bolt type electrolytic capacitor wound with the rubber strips is placed on the capacitor bracket, the hose clamp penetrates through the grooves at two ends of the capacitor bracket and is pressed on the rubber strips of the bolt type electrolytic capacitor, the hose clamp is matched with the rubber strips in width, and therefore the hose clamp and the bolt type electrolytic capacitor are fixed through the rubber strips, and deformation is not prone to causing the hose clamp to loosen. The arrangement of the arc-shaped bottom support can be matched with bolt type electrolytic capacitors with different sizes. In addition, the capacitor bracket can be vertically or horizontally welded on a bottom plate of the machine box, so that the vertical and horizontal installation of the bolt type electrolytic capacitor can be met.
The capacitor bracket is preferably made of 5052 aluminum alloy, the throat hoop is preferably made of 304 stainless steel and is standard, the diameter of the throat hoop is matched with the diameter of a capacitor, the adhesive tape is preferably a single-sided adhesive EVA sponge adhesive tape, and the width of the adhesive tape is matched with the width of the throat hoop.
The three views of the capacitor bracket are shown in fig. 3, and the length calculation formulas of the arc-shaped bottom support arc length, the single connecting piece arc length and the single support column length of the capacitor bracket are as follows:
L1=2πR*δ/360
L2=2πr*(90+δ/2)/360
l1 is the arc length of the arc bottom support, L2 is the arc length of the single connecting piece, and L3+ L4 are the length of the single support column;
r is the radius of an arc-shaped bottom support, and the radius of a bolt-type electrolytic capacitor is preferably selected; delta is the angle corresponding to the arc length of the arc bottom support, and the preferred angle is 100 degrees; r is the connector radius, preferably R/10; the L4 is the reserved space height of the mounting hose clamp, and is preferably 4 mm.
After the capacitor bracket is unfolded, as shown in fig. 4, the length X1 of the capacitor bracket is smaller than the total length of the bolt-type electrolytic capacitor, and the maximum width Y1 of the capacitor bracket is calculated as follows:
Y1=L1+2*L2+2(L3+L4)
the groove length of the four corners of the capacitor bracket is X2, the width is Y3, wherein the length X2 of the groove is preferably the width of the hose clamp, the length of the width Y3 can be set according to experience, and the groove can prevent the hose clamp from moving laterally. The length of the groove from the side edge of the nearest capacitor bracket is X3, preferably 2mm, the width of the capacitor bracket at the fixed throat hoop is Y2, and the arc length of the arc bottom bracket is L1.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the capacitor bracket, the hose clamp and the rubber strip are arranged, the rubber strip is wound at two ends of the bolt type electrolytic capacitor and is placed on the capacitor bracket, the arc-shaped bottom support is arranged on the capacitor bracket, the grooves are arranged at four corners of the bottom support, the hose clamp penetrates through the grooves at two ends of the capacitor bracket and is pressed on the rubber strip of the bolt type electrolytic capacitor, so that the bolt type electrolytic capacitor is more firmly fixed through the arrangement of the grooves, the rubber strip and the hose clamp, and in addition, the bolt type electrolytic capacitor can be vertically or horizontally welded on a bottom plate of a machine box through the arrangement of the capacitor bracket, so that the vertical and horizontal installation of the bolt type electrolytic capacitor is met.

the capacitor bracket comprises an arc-shaped bottom support for supporting the bolt type electrolytic capacitor, two support columns and two transition connecting pieces for connecting the bottom support and the support columns, wherein the arc-shaped bottom support for supporting the bolt type electrolytic capacitor is provided with grooves at four corners;
rubber strips are wound at two ends of the bolt type electrolytic capacitor and are placed on the capacitor bracket, and the hose clamp penetrates through the grooves at two ends of the capacitor bracket and is pressed on the rubber strips of the bolt type electrolytic capacitor;
the length calculation formulas of the arc-shaped bottom support arc length, the single connecting piece arc length and the single support column length of the capacitor bracket are as follows:
