the control box is internally provided with a data processor 1, a communication module 2, an input/output module 3, a display screen 4 and a storage 5; the display screen 4, the voice alarm 8, the human body detector 7, the image shooting module 6, the communication module 2, the input and output module 3 and the storage 5 are respectively in communication connection with the data processor 1; the data processor 1 detects human body information through the human body detector 7; acquiring image information of a power supply and distribution area through an image pickup module 6, acquiring distance information of a human body from a safety fence after detecting the human body information, and giving an alarm prompt through a voice alarm 8 when the distance information is lower than a preset threshold value;
the data processor 1 acquires the setting information and the control instruction information input by the user through the input and output module 3; the video information shot by the image shooting module 6 is displayed through the display screen 4, the data information is stored through the memory 5, and the communication module 2 is connected with the server.
The server may send a control instruction to the data processor 1 to control the image pickup module 6 to pick up the video information in a preset direction. Data information stored by the data processor 1 may be retrieved.
The human body detector 7 and the image shooting module 6 can both realize the acquisition of human body information, and the two can be simultaneously monitored according to the requirements, and can adopt a mode independently.
The memory 5 may include computer storage media such as Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), non-volatile random access memory (NVRAM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory, magnetic or optical data storage media, and the like. In some embodiments, an article of manufacture may comprise one or more computer-readable storage media.
The data processor 1 may comprise one or more processors executing, for example, one or more Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), general purpose microprocessors, Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), or other equivalent integrated or discrete logic circuitry. Thus, the term "processor," as used herein, may refer to any of the foregoing structure or any other structure more suitable for implementing the techniques described herein. In addition, in some aspects, the functionality described in this disclosure may be provided in software modules and hardware modules.
In the invention, the data processor 1 is connected with the mobile terminal through the communication module 2 and transmits the acquired data information to the mobile terminal. The user can learn the processing information of the data processor 1 and the collected information through the mobile terminal.
An infrared sensor is further arranged on the safety fence in the power supply and distribution area and is in communication connection with the data processor 1. The infrared sensor can be installed on the safety fence, and when the unauthorized person strides over, the infrared sensor can sense and give an alarm.
The image capturing module 6 related to the present invention may employ a panoramic camera to obtain a camera assembly with pan-tilt control.
When the image information is shot, the data processor 1 acquires the image information shot by the image shooting module 6, processes the image information to acquire human body information in the image information, and calls at least two frames of images of adjacent time points after processing;
the person position information in the first frame of image information is separated from a preset reference object, and whether the distance exceeds a threshold value is judged;
and (4) carrying out distance between the person position information in the second frame of image information and a preset reference object, and judging whether the distance exceeds a threshold value.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of images adjacent to each other at time points may be selected and compared, such that the image information based on each frame is based on the preset reference object information, such that the person position information may be obtained in real time, and whether the position change exceeds the threshold value is determined based on the position change at each time point, and if the position change exceeds the threshold value, an alarm prompt may be performed.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the data processor 1 is further configured to compare the person position information in the first frame of image information with the person position information in the second frame of image information, obtain a movement track of the human body, and determine whether the current movement track is close to the power supply and distribution area. The position trend of the action of the person can be judged based on the position information of the person in the image information of the plurality of frames, and then the movement duration and the movement speed are combined to judge that the next time point cannot reach the threshold range, so that the advance judgment can be realized, and the alarm prompt is carried out.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the data processor 1 is further configured to obtain image information captured by the image capturing module 6, obtain face information in the image information, compare the face information with face information of a preset power supply operator, and determine whether the face information is consistent with the face information. The light supplement processing can be performed at night or in an area with insufficient light.
After the light supplement processing, the data processor 1 is further configured to acquire the facial information of the person, and send a focusing control instruction to the image capturing module 6 to acquire the facial image information of the person. Namely, the face information of the person is amplified and is convenient to compare and use.
The device continues to perfect functions, realizes multiple warning functions such as crossing warning, moving warning and the like, and establishes a security fence intercommunication mechanism to realize mutual communication and free combination of the security fences. And the functions of mobile phone communication, control and alarm can be realized by combining with the mobile phone APP.

the data processor acquires the setting information and the control instruction information input by a user through the input and output module; the video information shot by the image shooting module is displayed through the display screen, the data information is stored through the storage device, and the communication module is connected with the server.
