The intelligent lock unlocking management system is expanded on the basis of the intelligent lock, the unlocking authority of the intelligent lock is managed in a grading mode on the premise of realizing safe unlocking, a holder of the intelligent lock can safely and conveniently issue and manage the password of the lock, and the management efficiency can be improved in management of renters or hotels.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the application of the smart lock in the house renting field, where the user side may be an APP or applet, the first-level user side is the owner user side, and the second-level user side is the tenant user side. the second-level user side obtains an unlocking certificate and opens the intelligent lock;
and the management center generates a corresponding unlocking certificate according to the information set by the first-level user side and sends the unlocking certificate to the second-level user side.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the management center comprises a door lock management module for storing the information of the smart lock, and storing and updating the association relationship between the smart lock and the first-level user terminal and the configuration relationship between the smart lock and the second-level user terminal.

The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the smart lock is configured with a one-time activation certificate, and the smart lock scans the management certificate obtained from the management center by the user end according to the activation certificate and is associated with the user end, which is the first-level user end.
