the step of reserving a suitable broker for the buy/lease account specifically includes:
the cloud control management system screens out at least one matched intermediary/broker account according to the reservation house-viewing request;
if the house-watching setting information corresponding to the house-watching reservation request requires reservation with the owner before watching, the reservation information is firstly pushed to the corresponding owner account in the sharing system, and after the owner account agrees to reservation, the reservation information is pushed to the screened intermediary/broker account; otherwise, directly pushing the reservation information to the screened broker/broker account;
and the intermediary/broker account confirms to accept the reservation through replying, and the cloud control management system stores the reservation information and informs the related account.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the broker account or the owner account logs in the sharing system on the mobile terminal, the intelligent lock is further managed as follows:
newly adding, deleting and modifying the intelligent lock information stored in the cloud control management system, or acquiring and displaying the access control records of each intelligent lock participated by the current login account in the cloud control management system.

The method for controlling an electronic lock for renting and selling a real estate of claim 1 wherein said method further comprises: and managing and controlling house leasing, including rent management, default management and property charge management, and implementing access control management when related charges are delayed.

A house and customer source electronic lock control system for real estate renting and selling, which executes the control method according to any one of claims 1-3, and is characterized by comprising a smart lock, a cloud control management system, a sharing system and a mobile terminal; the mobile terminal can be used for a user to log in the sharing system by utilizing an account, Bluetooth connection can be established between the mobile terminal and the intelligent lock through scanning the two-dimension code on the intelligent lock, the mobile terminal and the cloud control management system are respectively in network connection with the sharing system, the sharing system is responsible for user registration, house source release and reservation service and intelligent lock service, and the cloud control management system is responsible for data audit and data management of various information and services of the sharing system.
5. The system of claim 4 further comprising a PC on which a user can log into the sharing system.
