Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the application discloses a control method of a self-service terminal, which specifically includes the following steps:
s101, receiving a user money sending request sent by a client.
The money sending request of the user carries the money sending amount requested by the user and the geographical position information of the user. The user send money request is generated by triggering the client by the user, for example, the user creates a send money order in the client by triggering a display interface related to the send money service, and the order is filled with information such as a send money address of the user (namely, geographical location information of the user), a send money amount required by the user and the like. And the client generates a corresponding user money sending request according to the order information created by the user. Optionally, the user money sending request further carries information such as identification information of the user, money sending time required by the user, and the like. The user transfer request is used for requesting the transfer service required by the acceptance user. The geographical location information of the user carried in the user payment request is actually information of a payment address specified by the user, and the payment amount requested by the user refers to the payment amount applied by the user. The money delivery service refers to a service for delivering the amount of money requested by the user to a place designated by the user safely.
It should be noted that, specific forms of generating the send payment request are many, including but not limited to what is proposed in the embodiments of the present application.
And S102, determining a basic payment amount range corresponding to the user according to the geographical position information of the user.
The basic payment amount range corresponding to the user is obtained by calculating the per-capita deposit amount of the bank outlets corresponding to the user. And the bank outlets corresponding to the users are determined according to the geographical position information of the users. The basic sum of money sending is increased along with the increase of the average deposit amount.
The basic payment amount range refers to a range of payment amounts that can be provided to the user by a platform providing the payment service, and is determined by an upper limit amount of the basic payment amount range and a lower limit amount of the basic payment amount range. For example, if the basic payment amount range is 10000 to 30000 yuan, the payment amount that the user can apply for is required to be 10000 to 30000 yuan, wherein the upper limit amount of the basic payment amount range is 10000 yuan, and the lower limit amount of the basic payment amount range is 30000 yuan.
Specifically, in the process of executing step S102, the user money sending request in step S101 is first analyzed to obtain the geographic location information of the user and the money sending amount requested by the user, then the bank outlet corresponding to the user is determined according to the geographic location information of the user, and then the basic money sending amount range corresponding to the user is determined according to the bank outlet corresponding to the user.
It should be noted that the corresponding payment amount range of the user may be a preset basic payment amount range according to different geographic location information, and then the preset basic payment amount range is determined according to the geographic location information of the user analyzed in the payment request of the user. Or determining the bank outlets corresponding to the user according to the geographical position information of the user, and then calculating according to the per-capita deposit amount of the bank outlets corresponding to the user to obtain the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user. That is, when step S102 is executed, the basic sending amount range corresponding to the geographic location information of the user may be determined directly from the preset basic sending amount range, that is, the basic sending amount range corresponding to the user does not need to be calculated. Or, when step S102 is executed, the basic payment sending amount range corresponding to the user is obtained by calculating the per-capita deposit amount of the banking outlet corresponding to the user, that is, in the process of executing step S102, the basic payment sending range corresponding to the user is obtained by calculation.
Optionally, the bank outlet closest to the geographical location information of the user may be selected as the bank outlet corresponding to the user, or the bank outlet corresponding to the user may be selected according to the geographical location information of the user according to other rules. The bank outlets corresponding to the users provide corresponding money delivery services for the users. In the embodiment of the application, the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user is obtained by calculating the per-capita deposit amount of the bank branch corresponding to the user, and the bank branch corresponding to the user is determined according to the geographic position of the user. Therefore, the deposit amount of each bank branch corresponding to each user is different correspondingly according to the different geographic positions of the users. If the per-capita deposit amount of the bank corresponding to the user is higher, the bank is rich in the amount stock, and the economic condition of the user is better, so that the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user is set to be higher. Similarly, if the per-capita deposit amount of the bank corresponding to the user is low, the bank amount is less in stock, and the economic level of the user of the bank is low, so that the set range of the payment amount of the user can be low. For example, if the per-capitalized deposit amount of the bank branch corresponding to the user is 1 ten thousand yuan, the set user sending amount range may be 3000 to 5000 yuan, and if the per-capitalized deposit amount of the bank branch corresponding to the user is 10 ten thousand yuan, the user may be 30000 to 50000 yuan, that is, the basic sending amount range is adjusted up as the per-capitalized deposit amount increases.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present application, a method for determining a per-capita deposit amount of a banking outlet corresponding to a user includes:
s201, counting all deposit amounts and all client numbers of bank outlets corresponding to the users.
And the bank outlets corresponding to the users are determined according to the geographical position information of the users. And counting the current total deposit amount of the banking outlets corresponding to the user and the current total number of clients of the banking outlets corresponding to the user. Specifically, the total deposit amount and the total number of customers can be determined by reading a database of customer information in the banking system. Other means of statistics may also be used. The realization of the embodiment of the application is not influenced by the difference of the modes of counting all deposit amounts and all client numbers of the bank outlets corresponding to the users.
S202, calculating the quotient of all deposit amounts of the banking outlets corresponding to the users and all the clients to obtain the per-capita deposit amount of the banking outlets corresponding to the users.
And dividing the total deposit amount of the banking network corresponding to the user by the total number of the clients of the banking network corresponding to the user to obtain the per-capita deposit amount of the banking network corresponding to the user.
It should be noted that, as can be seen from the steps shown in fig. 2, the per-capita deposit amount of the banking outlets corresponding to the user is dynamically changed with time, all deposit amounts of the banking outlets at different time points may be different, the number of all customers of the banking outlets may also be different, and further, the calculated basic payment amount range of the banking outlets corresponding to the user may also be changed. Therefore, the total deposit amount and the total number of the clients of the current bank outlets can be used for determining the basic payment amount range of the user so as to calculate the basic payment amount range suitable for the current payment situation. And the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user can be updated in a staged manner for reducing the calculated amount, carrying out staged statistics on all deposit amounts and all client amounts of the bank outlets and carrying out staged updating.
It should be noted that there are many methods for determining the per-capita deposit amount of the bank outlets corresponding to the user, for example, the deposit amounts of all clients of the bank outlets corresponding to the user may be counted, the highest deposit amount and the lowest deposit amount are removed, and the per-capita deposit amount is obtained. The method for determining the per-capita deposit amount of the bank outlets corresponding to the users includes but is not limited to what is provided in the embodiment of the application.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present application, a method for determining a basic payment amount range corresponding to a user includes:
s301, multiplying the per-capita deposit amount of the bank outlets corresponding to the user by the average upper limit coefficient to obtain the upper limit amount of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user.
Wherein, the average upper limit coefficient can be set artificially. The average upper limit coefficient may be determined based on upper limit coefficients of a plurality of banking outlets. Optionally, the upper limit coefficient may be obtained according to upper limit coefficients of a plurality of banking outlets in an area to which the banking outlet corresponding to the user belongs. The range of the user corresponding to the region of the bank outlet can be specified manually. For example, the city and county to which the bank outlets corresponding to the user belong may be used as the region to which the bank outlets corresponding to the user belong, or the jurisdiction to which the bank outlets corresponding to the user belong may be used as the region to which the bank outlets corresponding to the user belong. The upper limit coefficient of each banking outlet can be set according to the previous operation condition of the banking outlet, the cost and other factors.
It should be noted that the average upper limit coefficient is a value less than or equal to 1, and in consideration of cost factors, the upper limit amount of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user does not exceed the per-capita deposit amount of the banking outlet corresponding to the user.
Optionally, a value obtained by multiplying the average credit amount of the bank outlets corresponding to the user by the average upper limit coefficient may be compared with a preset supervision value, if the value obtained by multiplying the average credit amount of the bank outlets corresponding to the user by the average upper limit coefficient is greater than the supervision value, the preset supervision value is used as an upper limit amount of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user, and if the value obtained by multiplying the average credit amount of the bank outlets corresponding to the user by the average upper limit coefficient is less than or equal to the supervision value, the value obtained by multiplying the average credit amount of the bank outlets corresponding to the user by the average upper limit coefficient is used as an upper limit amount of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user. Wherein the supervision value is a value set in consideration of supervision safety of the transportation process. In consideration of safety, the upper limit of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user needs to be less than or equal to a preset supervision value.
Optionally, in a specific embodiment of the present application, an implementation manner of obtaining an average upper limit coefficient according to upper limit coefficients corresponding to all banking outlets in an area to which the banking outlet corresponding to the user belongs includes:
and removing the maximum value and the minimum value of the upper limit coefficients corresponding to all the banking outlets in the region to which the banking outlet corresponding to the user belongs, and calculating the average value of the remaining upper limit coefficients to obtain the average upper limit coefficient.
Specifically, the upper limit coefficients corresponding to all the banking outlets in the region to which the banking outlet corresponding to the user belongs are counted, and the maximum value and the minimum value of the upper limit coefficients corresponding to all the banking outlets are removed. And adding all the upper limit coefficients after the maximum value and the minimum value are removed, and then dividing the sum by the number of the upper limit coefficients to obtain an average upper limit coefficient.
The average upper limit coefficient is obtained by considering the upper limit coefficients of a plurality of banking outlets, so that the method is not unilateral, and the upper limit of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user obtained by using the average upper limit coefficient is more reasonable and accurate.
S302, multiplying the per-capita deposit amount of the bank outlets corresponding to the user by the average lower limit coefficient to obtain the lower limit amount of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user.
The average lower limit coefficient can be set artificially, and the average lower limit coefficient needs to be smaller than the average upper limit coefficient. The average lower limit coefficient may be determined according to lower limit coefficients of a plurality of banking outlets. Optionally, the lower limit coefficient may be obtained according to lower limit coefficients of a plurality of banking outlets in an area to which the banking outlet corresponding to the user belongs. The lower limit coefficient of each bank branch can be set according to the previous operation condition of the bank branch, the cost and other factors.
It should be noted that the average lower limit coefficient is a value less than or equal to 1, and in consideration of cost factors, the lower limit amount of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user does not exceed the per-capita deposit amount of the banking outlet corresponding to the user.
Optionally, in a specific embodiment of the present application, an implementation manner of obtaining an average lower limit coefficient according to lower limit coefficients corresponding to all banking outlets in an area to which the banking outlet corresponding to the user belongs includes:
and removing the maximum value and the minimum value of the lower limit coefficients corresponding to all the bank outlets in the region to which the bank outlet corresponding to the user belongs, and calculating the average value of the remaining lower limit coefficients to obtain the average lower limit coefficient.
Specifically, the lower limit coefficients corresponding to all the banking outlets in the region to which the banking outlet corresponding to the user belongs are counted, and the maximum value and the minimum value of the lower limit coefficients corresponding to all the banking outlets are removed. And adding all the lower limit coefficients after the maximum value and the minimum value are removed, and then dividing the sum by the number of the lower limit coefficients to obtain the average lower limit coefficient.
The average lower limit coefficient is obtained by considering the lower limit coefficients of a plurality of banking outlets, so that the lower limit of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user obtained by using the average lower limit coefficient is not unilateral.
It should be further noted that the order of executing step S301 and step S302 does not affect the implementation of the embodiment of the present application.
In the prior art, the basic payment amount ranges corresponding to all users are the same, which results in that the payment service cannot meet the requirements of many users. For example, in an area with good economic condition, the amount of the payment requested by the user will be generally higher, in an area with low economic condition, the amount of the payment requested by the user will be generally lower, and the consistent basic payment amount range is uniformly adopted, and the geographical location factor of the user is not considered, so that for the user in the area with good economic condition, the amount of the payment requested by the user is higher and exceeds the upper limit of the basic payment amount range, and the payment request of the user cannot be met. And the users in the regions with poor economic conditions can not meet the money sending requirements of the users because the applied money sending amount is lower than the lower limit of the basic money sending amount range.
In the embodiment of the application, the bank outlets corresponding to the users are determined according to the geographical position information of the users, the current inventory condition and the local economic level of the bank outlets can be known according to the per-capita deposit amount of the bank outlets corresponding to the users, and then the basic payment amount range corresponding to the users is determined according to the per-capita deposit amount of the bank outlets corresponding to the users, so that the payment demand of the users is better met.
S103, judging whether the payment amount requested by the user is within the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user.
Specifically, it is determined whether the payment amount requested by the user is less than or equal to the upper limit of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user and is greater than or equal to the lower limit of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user, and if the payment amount requested by the user is less than or equal to the upper limit of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user and is greater than or equal to the lower limit of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user, it indicates that the payment amount requested by the user is within the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user, step S104 is executed, i.e., it is determined that the payment service is provided for the user.
If the payment amount requested by the user is larger than the upper limit of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user or smaller than the lower limit of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user, the payment amount requested by the user is out of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user, and the payment service requested by the user is not provided. Optionally, a prompt message may be sent to the user to prompt the user that the requested payment amount is not within the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user, and the user is informed of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user. After receiving the information, the user can adjust the amount of the self-requested payment according to the basic payment amount corresponding to the user, and send the user payment request again, namely, re-execute the step S101.
Optionally, in a specific embodiment of the present application, after the step S103 is executed, the method further includes:
and if the payment amount requested by the user is not in the range of the basic payment amount corresponding to the user, sending a prompt adjustment message to the user.
And the prompting adjustment information is used for prompting the user to adjust the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user according to a preset adjustment rule. The preset adjustment rule specifies how to adjust the upper limit value limit of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user and how to adjust the lower limit value limit of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user. For example, if the user pays for the I yuan, the upper limit amount of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the primary user can be increased, and if the user pays for the X yuan, the upper limit amount of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user for one year can be adjusted. The lower limit amount of the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user is adjusted in a similar way. It should be noted that the preset adjustment rule may be various, including but not limited to what is proposed in the embodiments of the present application.
Optionally, in a specific embodiment of the present application, after the user wants to send the prompt adjustment information, the method further includes:
and responding to the adjustment request of the user, and adjusting the basic payment amount range corresponding to the user according to the preset adjustment rule and the adjustment request of the user.
