In this embodiment, the news events include various kinds, such as traffic events, theft events, robbery and killer events, public event events, life events, natural disaster events, and the like, wherein the robbery and killer events and the natural disaster events belong to public safety events. The management platform analyzes the event according to the existing information, and if the event is a public safety event, the management platform sends reminding information to all users, wherein the reminding information comprises an occurrence address, occurrence time, event description, notice items and the like, so that people are reminded of public safety.
In summary, in this embodiment, when a news event occurs, task information is sent to reporter terminals near the occurrence place, after the reporter terminals receive the task, the positions of the reporter terminals are monitored, and when a reporter arrives at the occurrence place, the task is ended, so that reporters near the occurrence place can be quickly scheduled to arrive at the occurrence place, and the timeliness of news reports is ensured. The embodiment can also send alarm information to the rescue unit after a news event occurs, so that the rescue unit can conveniently arrive at the event occurrence place in time and process the event in time, and adverse effects of the event are reduced; and sending reminding information to the masses to remind the masses to pay attention to safety.

1. A news interview scheduling system for real-time events is characterized by comprising a user terminal, a reporter terminal and a management platform, wherein the user terminal and the reporter terminal are respectively communicated with the management platform;
the user terminal is used for sending alarm information to the management platform;
the reporter terminal is used for checking alarm information and sending task receiving information to the management platform;
and the management platform is used for determining the event geographic position of the news event occurrence place according to the alarm information, sending the alarm information to reporter terminals around the news event occurrence place according to the event geographic position, and monitoring the reporter terminals which receive the interview tasks according to the task receiving information of the reporter terminals.
2. The news interview scheduling system for real-time events as claimed in claim 1, wherein the management platform is specifically configured to:
acquiring alarm information, starting scheduling, and acquiring an event geographic position of a news event occurrence place according to the alarm information;
calling monitoring equipment in a first preset range according to the geographic position of the event, acquiring audio and video information of a news event occurrence place through the monitoring equipment, analyzing by combining alarm information, and determining the grade of the news event;
searching reporter terminals in a second preset range according to the event geographic position, and feeding back the task information scheduled at this time to N reporter terminals in the second preset range; the task information comprises alarm information, audio and video information and news event grades;
acquiring task receiving information fed back by a reporter terminal, monitoring the terminal geographical position of the reporter terminal receiving the task in real time, generating a navigation map from the event geographical position and the terminal geographical position, and feeding back the navigation map to the N reporter terminals;
and calculating the distance between the event geographic position and the terminal geographic position in real time, and when the distance is smaller than a set threshold value, the reporter arrives at the news event place and the task scheduled at this time is finished.
3. A news interview scheduling system for real-time events as claimed in claim 2 wherein said management platform is further configured to:
and searching for a rescue unit in a third preset range according to the event geographic position, and sending alarm information to the rescue unit in the third preset range.
4. A news interview scheduling system for real-time events as claimed in claim 3 wherein said management platform is further configured to:
and analyzing the news event according to the alarm information and the audio and video information acquired by the monitoring equipment, judging whether the news event is an event related to public safety, and if so, sending reminding information to all users of the management platform.
5. A news interview scheduling system for real-time events as claimed in claim 1 wherein said monitoring device is a camera mounted at each street intersection.

The news interview scheduling system for the real-time event according to claim 5, wherein the monitoring device within the first preset range is called according to the geographic location of the event, and the audio and video information of the news event place is obtained through the monitoring device, specifically:
the management platform sends the event geographic position to the butted traffic management platform;
the traffic management platform calls monitoring equipment in a first preset range according to the geographical position of the event and controls the monitoring equipment to face a news event place;
the traffic management platform acquires audio and video information of a news event place acquired by the monitoring equipment and sends the audio and video information to the management platform.
7. A news interview scheduling method for real-time events is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring alarm information, starting scheduling, and acquiring an event geographic position of a news event occurrence place according to the alarm information;
calling monitoring equipment in a first preset range according to the geographic position of the event, acquiring audio and video information of a news event occurrence place through the monitoring equipment, analyzing by combining alarm information, and determining the grade of the news event;
searching reporter terminals in a second preset range according to the event geographic position, and feeding back the task information scheduled at this time to N reporter terminals in the second preset range; the task information comprises alarm information, audio and video information and news event grades;
acquiring task receiving information fed back by a reporter terminal, monitoring the terminal geographical position of the reporter terminal receiving the task in real time, generating a navigation map from the event geographical position and the terminal geographical position, and feeding back the navigation map to the N reporter terminals;
and calculating the distance between the event geographic position and the terminal geographic position in real time, and when the distance is smaller than a set threshold value, the reporter arrives at the news event place and the task scheduled at this time is finished.
