The invention carries out natural language processing on the fault input by the maintenance personnel, inputs the fault into the classification model of iterative training for scoring, selects the historical maintenance records with high similarity and close scores in sequence, and recommends the maintenance scheme corresponding to the historical maintenance records to the maintenance personnel, so that the maintenance personnel work more quickly and conveniently, and quickly makes maintenance decision measures when encountering familiar faults.
