Background
At present, most domestic power distribution networks belong to a low-current grounding system, and a mode that a neutral point is not directly grounded (including the neutral point which is not grounded and the neutral point which is grounded through an arc suppression coil) is adopted. The probability of single-phase earth fault of the small-current earth system is very high, the line voltage symmetry can still be ensured due to power supply during fault, the fault current is small, continuous power supply of a load is not influenced, and power failure can be avoided immediately under normal conditions. However, as the number of distribution network feeders increases, capacitance current on a line increases gradually, and the fault is easily expanded into a two-point or multi-point grounding short circuit due to long single-phase grounding operation time; the arc grounding can cause the overvoltage of the whole system, so that the equipment is damaged, and the safe and stable operation of the system is damaged when the equipment is seriously damaged; the single-phase grounding has the phenomenon of multi-station concurrence in severe weather, and can bring about more serious results. Therefore, when a single-phase earth fault of a low-current earth system occurs in the power distribution network, a fault line needs to be checked in time and corresponding fault removal processing needs to be carried out.
According to the traditional method for checking the single-phase earth fault line of the low-current grounding system, a power supply scheduling command is issued to a monitoring person of a monitoring platform to try to pull lines which are likely to have faults one by one, after one line is pulled open, whether a bus earth remote measurement signal is reset or not is judged, if the bus earth remote measurement signal is reset, a switch is turned on, the bus earth is also operated, namely the line is judged to be grounded, and due to the fact that the lines which need to be checked are numerous, the mode is large in workload, time and labor are wasted, the accident processing efficiency is low, and the safety risk is high. With the progress of the technology, the existing substation field protection measurement and control device can realize the automatic opening and closing function of the circuit breaker, a monitoring person can remotely control the grounding exploration soft pressing plate of each circuit (the automatic opening and closing function of the circuit breaker is realized) through a monitoring platform to complete single-interval grounding searching operation, the method is more convenient than the traditional method, but the method still needs to check the circuits one by one until the grounding circuit is found, and the accident processing efficiency is still lower. Therefore, how to conveniently, rapidly and efficiently find out the line with the single-phase earth fault of the low-current earth system becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently in the industry.
